Purpose: Based on previous research findings, it is well-known that the timing of surgery is generally considered the most important prognostic factor for a Kasai portoenterostomy, the primary treatment for biliary atresia. This research aimed to identify the optimal timing of a Kasai portoenterostomy and to verify if the proposed optimal timing corresponds to previous studies. All patients were classified by the timing of surgery, and pre- and post-operative fibrotic changes of the liver were measured with the elasticity value from fibroscans. Methods: The stiffness scores of the pre- and post-operative fibroscans in 34 patients who were treated by Kasai portoenterostomy from October 2007 to September 2010 in Severance children's hospital were reviewed. Results: The earlier the patients were treated by Kasai portoenterostomy, the lower the fibroscan scores. When the patients were treated prior to the 8th week, the post-operative scores of the fibroscans were significantly better than those patients who were treated after the 8th week, and some even recovered partially. Moreover, when operated before the 8th week, the differences between each pre- and postoperative fibroscan score also showed statistical relevance (p=0.0002). Conclusion: The earlier the patient was treated by Kasai portoenterostomy, the less liver fibrosis that developed, the lower the level of post-operative fibrosis, and the less the degree of fibrotic progress before and after the operation. Thus, this research proposal reconfirms once more that the 8th week is the optimal timing for a Kasai portoenterostomy.

The intent of chis descriptive study is to investigale lhe patients perceived effect and expectance of activity therapy. The subjects for this study were 56 patients from the psychiatric ward in Severance Hospital. The data were collected during Lhe period from June 1, 1991 to January 18, 1992. The effect and expectance of the activity therapy was measured using a questionnaire developed by this study's investigators. The date were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test ancl one-way ANOVA, using the SPSS program. The results of this study can ue summarized as following ; 1. For motivatiorc for the accivity therapy, the response range was from 64.;] % to 89.3 %, that is, it showed a relatively positive response. 2. For the degree of improvement according to the nurse's method in the activity therapy, it was shown that the nurses need professional skill and meeting after activity therapy. 3. For the relevance of the nurse in the activity therapy, 90 % of the subjects had a positive answer for all of the activity therapy except the painting therapy. 4. For the perceived effect of the activity therapy, the following results were obtained. 1) 92% of the subjects had a positive response to the dance therapy, that is-I am vigorous physically. 2) 90 % of the subjects had a positive response to the reading therapy, that is-I acquire good ideas and instruction. 3) 98.1 % of the subjects had a positive response to the recreation therapy, that is-I am joyful. 4) 88.9% of the subjects had a posilive response to the writing therapy, that is-I am interested and become acquainted with other patients. 5) 86.8 % of tbe subjects had a positive response to the occupation therapy, that is-I am happy when I work. 6) 92.6 % of the subjeccs had a positive response to lhe painting therapy, that is-I can express myself in painting. 7) 87.3% of the subjects had a positive response to the musie therapy, that is-I am comforted. 5. For the expectance related to the activity therapy, 97.1 % the subjects had the most postive response to the music therapy which is a pleasant comfortable time. From the above-mentioned findings, it is suggested that psychiatric nurses need to development systematic and professional group activity therapy, and know the patient premorbid hobbies, interests and occupations.
This study was conducted to investigate the variables affecting the quality of life according to the degree of obesity of male and female college students. The research data used the data of the 8th year (2019) of the National Health and Nutrition Survey. Among the survey data, 287 students enrolled in college were enrolled. As a result of the study, the body mass index according to sex was 23.71kg/m2 for male students, 21.31kg/m2 for female students, and male students were overweight, and female students showed normal weight. The quality of life score according to gender was 0.97 points for male students and 0.98 points for female students, indicating a high quality of life score for female students. In the results of a regression analysis conducted to investigate the effect of obesity on the quality of life of college students, boys had normal weight (β=0.053, p=0.003), overweight (β=0.041, p=0.030) and obese weight compared to underweight. The quality of life was significantly higher in (β=0.046, p=0.012). However, there was no significant relevance in female students. In the future, it is considered that the education program for obese body type and the education program for underweight should be combined with the university's health-related education program.

This study was carried out to investigate the flow structure and mixing process of a cross mixing flow formed by two round jets with respect to the ratio of mass flow rate. This flow configuration is of great practical relevance in a variety of combustion systems, and the flow behaviour of a cross jet defends critically on the ratio of mass flow rate and the cross angle. The mass flow rate ratios of two different jets were controlled as 1.0, 0.8, 0.6, and 0.4, and the crossing angle of two round jets was fixed at 45 degree. The velocities issuing from jet nozzle with an exit diameter of 20mm were adjusted to 40m/s, 32m/s, 24m/s, and 16m/s, and the measurements have been conducted in the streamwise range of $1.1X_0$to $2.5X_0$ by an on-line measurement system consisted of a constant temperature type two channel hot-wire anemometry connected to a computer analyzing system. The original air flow was generated by a subsonic wind tunnel with reliable stabilities and uniform flows in the test section. For the analysis of the cross mixing flow structure in the downstream region after the cross point, the mean velocity profiles, the resultant velocity contours, and the three-dimensional profiles depending upon the mass flow rate ratio have been concentrately studied.
This study was undertaken to better understand the professional recognition of the food service industry of college students in food service realted majors based on characteristics of the respondents In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 211 questionnaire surveys were colelcted in the period from May 19 to May 30, 2014. The study conducted regression analysis by using SPSS Win18.0 package, for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, analysis of reliability, correlation analysis tests, t-test, andone way ANOVA. Measure of occupation self-esteem, positive values, social reputation, negatively handled, relatively effectively configuration, each construct was to ensure reliable and statistically significant relevance. The results were analyzed by the difference factor of occupation self-esteem according to demographic characteristics, depending on gender, has confirmed that the perceived social reputation in a different way, depending on the differences in grade, to verify that you are aware of the positive values in a different way. The interest of people is rising on water leisure and the population of water sports is increasing with expanded nationwide roads and 5-day work system for income elevation. However, there are many discussions about the way to prevent the accident related to water leisure activities. Water Leisure Safety Regulation was enacted in 1999 as a part of the way and revised in 2005. Therefore it needs to grasp the present state of water leisure activities and analyze the actual condition of consciousness. For the analysis. the question survey was conducted on water leisurers in the focus with regulation of the revised so that the degree of relevance and correlation between mutual variables were analyzed by Frequency and Crosstabs. From this study we found that more than $60\%$ of water leisurers thought registration, safety instruction, insurance, and safety inspection necessary and there was a characteristic common inclination to all for necessity to impose legal controls on water leisure activities as the level of dissatisfaction for water leisure apparatus and cognition for necessity of insurance was high.

Despite increasing demands for big data application based on the analysis of scattered unstructured data, few relevant studies have been reported. Accordingly, the present study suggests a technique enabling a sentence-based semantic analysis by extracting objects from collected web information and automatically analyzing the relationships between such objects with collective intelligence and language processing technology. To be specific, collected information is stored in DBMS in a structured form, and then morpheme and feature information is analyzed. Obtained morphemes are classified into objects of interest, marginal objects and objects of non-interest. Then, with an inter-object attribute recognition technique, the relationships between objects are analyzed in terms of the degree, scope and nature of such relationships. As a result, the analysis of relevance between the information was based on certain keywords and used an inter-object relationship extraction technique that can determine positivity and negativity. Also, the present study suggested a method to design a system fit for real-time large-capacity processing and applicable to high value-added services.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of chemistry program based on metacognitive learning strategies using realistic contents on prospective teachers' creative thinking skills and science core competencies, and their perception. In particular, it was intended to further improve the effectiveness of the program by introducing a strategy to strengthen metacognition. Participants were classified into the experimental group subject to the newly developed chemistry curriculum and traditional group subject to general programs that exclude realistic contents and metacognitive strategies. Both groups were surveyed before and after the application of the program to measure the degree of change in metacognitive competencies, creative thinking competencies, and science core competencies. It also analyzed the impact of metacognitive competencies and science core competencies on creativity thinking competencies. As a result of the study, relevance and rationality among sub-factors of metacognitive competencies and creative thinking competencies of the experimental group were improved, and all sub-factors except for scientific participation and lifelong learning ability among science core competencies were significantly improved. In addition, it was found that metacognitive knowledge among metacognitive competencies, scientific inquiry ability and scientific thinking ability among science core competencies affect creative thinking competencies. Through the results, it was suggested that realistic content that incorporates metacognitive learning strategies is needed to improve creative thinking competencies, and learning models and programs that can utilize them are needed.
The market for Home Meal Replacement (HMR), which is simple to cook and replace home cooking, is growing every year since customers need to find convenience and speed in purchasing, cooking, and consuming food. In addition, the purchase of HMR through online and mobile is increasing because convenience of purchasing through e-Commerce is growing. However, there are difficulties in analyzing complaints of customers who do not directly express their dissatisfaction with companies that sell products through online and mobile. Therefore, this study examines the influential relationship between customer's characteristics, dissatisfaction factors, complaint behavior, and repurchase intention of 20s who have dissatisfaction experience of purchasing HMR through online or mobile using SPSS and R. In addition, we attempt to analyze the degree of perceived dissatisfaction and its relevance even though customers did not directly experience dissatisfaction factors. As a result, it is meaningful to extend the study of customer dissatisfaction that is rarely handled in the existing HMR research, and to raise the understanding of customers for the management of complaints.
The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' perceptions on chemistry subjects: reasons for choosing chemistry, learning volume and content difficulty, interests, teaching/learning methods, preferable classes etc. A total of 1,087 students who took chemistry subjects at 126 high schools by proportional stratified sampling were voluntarily participated in the survey. The main reasons the students chose chemistry subjects were interests and interests in chemistry, foundation to science, relevance to college majors, and so on. Students recognized that the learning volume and content difficulty as normal level was about 60%. Reasons why chemistry was difficult was that, although there was a difference in degree, chemistry was difficult in itself and had too much things to memorize. In the case of interests in chemistry subjects, students of 43.9% of Chemistry I and 52.0% of Chemistry II recognized the level as normal. The reason why not interested in chemistry subjects was that it was the nature of chemistry contents, or students had neither interests and enjoyment of chemistry nor foundation for chemistry. Classes were mostly lectures but the students preferred mainly experimental activities, or explanation with real-life examples or science stories. The frequency of experimental activities was found to be 1 to 5 times per semester, or not experimented. Research and efforts will be necessary to improve classes and environments for students' experimental activities.
