The market for Home Meal Replacement (HMR), which is simple to cook and replace home cooking, is growing every year since customers need to find convenience and speed in purchasing, cooking, and consuming food. In addition, the purchase of HMR through online and mobile is increasing because convenience of purchasing through e-Commerce is growing. However, there are difficulties in analyzing complaints of customers who do not directly express their dissatisfaction with companies that sell products through online and mobile. Therefore, this study examines the influential relationship between customer's characteristics, dissatisfaction factors, complaint behavior, and repurchase intention of 20s who have dissatisfaction experience of purchasing HMR through online or mobile using SPSS and R. In addition, we attempt to analyze the degree of perceived dissatisfaction and its relevance even though customers did not directly experience dissatisfaction factors. As a result, it is meaningful to extend the study of customer dissatisfaction that is rarely handled in the existing HMR research, and to raise the understanding of customers for the management of complaints.

Heavy metals in the stream sediments around Shihwa Lake were studied not only to investigate the characteristics of spacio-temporal distribution but also to assess the pollution degree and ecological risk using various pollution indices. Among metals, Zn had the highest values (1,311 mg/kg) and Hg showed the lowest value (0.261 mg/kg). The order of mean concentrations (mg/kg) of metals was Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr>Ni>Co>As>Cd>Hg in stream sediments around Shihwa Lake. Metal concentrations showed different pollution pattern with industrial region, indicating that these metals originated from different sources and industrial region had higher metal concentration than rural/urban regions. The results of geoaccumulation index (Igeo) showed that the stream sediments were significantly polluted with Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb, indicating moderately to highly polluted by these metals. According to PLI consideration, industrial region was more seriously polluted by metals whereas an rural/urban region was not polluted. About 85% of sampling site for Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb from industrial regions were exceeded the PEL values. The mPELQ and SQI values derived from PEL of industrial region were classified as 'highly toxic' and 'very poor' and metal pollution level tend to be worse in wet season. This indicates that the industrial activities and stromwater runoff represents an important sources of heavy metals around Shihwa Lake.

This study aimed to investigate the prevalence and distribution of enamel hypomineralization, including molar-incisor hypomineralization (MIH), among adolescents and assess their correlation with esthetic satisfaction. A total of 1371 adolescents between the ages of 14 and 16 years in Yangsan city were evaluated for enamel hypomineralization, including MIH, according to the European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (EAPD) criteria. In a parallel survey, esthetic satisfaction about anterior teeth and its correlation with incisor enamel hypomineralization were analyzed. The prevalence of MIH was 13.8% (n = 189), while that of hypomineralization in any permanent tooth was 23.2% (n = 318), which was substantially greater compared to the national prevalence of MIH. Mandibular first molars exhibited the highest prevalence of hypomineralization, followed by maxillary central incisors and mandibular second molars. Among anterior teeth, the most frequently affected site was the incisal edge of maxillary central incisors. A high degree of hypomineralization in anterior teeth was associated with a high demand for esthetic treatment.

In small countries such as Korea, rapid expansion of cities has been pointed out as the main cause of urban and environmental issues. In order to understand the urban problems caused by urban sprawl and prepare countermeasures for it, urban sprawl must be accurately measured first of all. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatio-temporal changes of urban sprawl process in Seoul Metropolitan Area using landscape indices which measure the degree of urban sprawl in terms of urban structure such as area, distribution, and shape of urbanized area. FRAGSTATS, which is a tool for landscape analysis, is utilized to calculate landscape indices. Major findings are as follows. First, the urban sprawl in Seoul Metropolitan Area has been continually intensified since the late 1980s and this tendency was more clearer in the 1990s than the 2000s. While leapfrog development is relatively prominent in the 1990s, infilling development is remarkable in the 2000s. Second, the progress and development types of sprawl progress were different according to the zones which are defined based on Seoul Metropolitan Area Readjustment Planning Act. Congestion Restrain Zone shows the highest level of urban sprawl in terms of the evaluated landscape indices, but infilling development was predominant. In Growth Management Zone1, leapfrog development was dominant in the 1990s and infilling development in the 2000s. In Growth Management Zone1, leapfrog development has been continually remarkable since the late 1980s. Nature Conservation Zone shows the lowest level of sprawl, but its sprawl tendency is gradually being intensified. Third, the sprawl tendency in Seoul Metropolitan Area was different according to the distance and direction from Seoul. Urban sprawl was remarkable at Si-Guns close to Seoul in the late 1980s, Si-Guns close to Seoul and the southern part of Seoul in the late 1990s, and the southern and northern parts of Seoul in the late 2000s.

Korean Black body fowl (Gallus gallus domesticus; Ogae) designated as a natural monument (registration number 265) has been known as a superb traditional Korean medicine. In this study, The production of peptide from the Viscera Waste of Yeonsan Ogae was optimized using commercial protease (bromelain) by response surface methodology under high pressure process. The range of processes was pressure (30 to 100 MPa), reaction time (1 to 5 h), and substrate concentration (10 to 30%, w/v). After reaction, the degree of hydrolysis, distribution of amino acids, and molecular weight of peptides were investigated. As a results, the optimization conditions were pressure 90 MPa, reaction time 3 to 4 h, and the amount of viscera meat 20% (w/v), respectively. The molecular weight of protein hydrolysates was distributed 400 to 1,000 Da. Accordingly we presumed that most products were peptides. Of those peptides, nonpolar or hydrophobic, polar but uncharged, positively charged, and negatively charged amino acids were 42.03, 26.0, 13.3, and 18.6%, respectively. Because higher amount of hydrophobic amino acids, we expected that those products would be able to utilize as the functional food ingredients.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how the degree of distribution influences the calibration of snow and runoff in distributed hydrological models using a multi-criteria calibration method. The Hydrology Laboratory-Research Distributed Hydrologic Model (HL-RDHM) developed by NOAA-National Weather Service (NWS) is employed to estimate optimized parameter sets. We have 3 scenarios depended on the model complexity for estimating best parameter sets: Lumped, Semi-Distributed, and Fully-Distributed. For the case study, the Durango River Basin, Colorado is selected as a study basin to consider both snow and water balance components. This study basin is in the mountainous western U.S. area and consists of 108 Hydrologic Rainfall Analysis Project (HRAP) grid cells. 5 and 13 parameters of snow and water balance models are calibrated with the Multi-Objective Shuffled Complex Evolution Metropolis (MOSCEM) algorithm. Model calibration and validation are conducted on 4km HRAP grids with 5 years (2001-2005) meteorological data and observations. Through case study, we show that snow and streamflow simulations are improved with multiple criteria calibrations without considering model complexity. In particular, we confirm that semi- and fully distributed models are better performances than those of lumped model. In case of lumped model, the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values improve by 35% on snow average and 42% on runoff from a priori parameter set through multi-criteria calibrations. On the other hand, the RMSE values are improved by 40% and 43% for snow and runoff on semi- and fully-distributed models.

Compared with each packaging materials, newspaper packaging is the smallest effect on changes in biological activity of cut lilies during storage. Thus, the results demonstrate that flowering date are affected mainly by the storage temperature rather than packaging materials.
Recently, Appendix A of ACI 318∼02 Code introduced the Strut-and-Tie Model(STM) procedure in shear design of deep flexural members. The STM procedure is widely used in the design of concrete regions where the distribution of longitudinal strains is significantly nonlinear, such as deep beams, beams with large openings, corbels, and dapped-end beams. Experimental study included five high-strength reinforced concrete deep beams with different detailing schemes for the horizontal and vertical reinforcement. The specimens were designed as simply supported beams subjected to concentrated loads on the top face and supported on the bottom face. At failure, all specimen exhibited primary diagonal crack running from the support region to the point load. Specimens which had mechanical anchorages(terminators) gives better representation of the load-carrying mechanism than the specimen had standard 90-degree anchorage at failure in deep flexural members. Based on the test results, shear design procedures contained in the ACI 318-99 Code, Appendix A of the ACI 318-02 Code, CSA A23.3-94 Code and CIRIA Guide-2 were evaluated. Selenized yeast (Se yeast) containing $0.1{\%}$(w/w) of selenium was obtained when the yeast was incubated at a selenium concentration of 1$1.14{\times}10_-3 M$ in rich medium. After washing several times, the inorganic selenium on the cell wall was confirmed with MBRT. There was no indication of inorganic selenium on the cell wall when the blue color in MBRT was stayed for 15 minutes. The selenized yeast was sonicated, then the selenium contained protein was obtained after salting out by ammonium sulfate at the concentration $80{\%}$ saturation. The seven protein bands were seperated by SDS-PAGE and the selenium concentration in protein was measured by ICP-AES. Analytical data showed that the large expressed protein band contained a relatively large amount of selenium. The proteins of the 47kDa was contained the concentrations of 69.5 ${\mu}$ Se/g of most many content. The protein (47 kDa) was seperated from PVDF membrane by tank-electroblotting. The isolated protein was hydrolyzed under acid condition and reacted with PITC. The derivatives of amino acids were analyzed by HPLC and compared with the data obtained from regular yeast. The resulting selenium-yeast was analyzed with the selenomethionine concentration of $2{\%}$ comparaed with general amino acids. The goal of this study is to analyze the selenium concentration in protein bands and measure the degree of biotransformation of selenomethionine in a specific protein.
This study was performed to investigate the body image perception by BMI and the dietary behaviors in 803 college students(408 males and 395 females). The degree of obesity was divided into an underweight group with BMI less than $18.5kg/m^2$, a normal group with BMI of $18.5{\sim}22.9kg/m^2$, an overweight group with BMI of $23{\sim}24.9kg/m^2$ and an obese group with BMI over $25.0kg/m^2$. The average ages of subjects were 22.9 years in males and 20.2 years in females. The average weight and height of male subjects were 175.3 cm and 69.6 kg, respectively and those of female subjects were 162.5 cm and 52.0 kg, respectively. The average BMIs of male and female subjects were $22.6kg/m^2$ and $19.7kg/m^2$, respectively. The distribution of subjects who perceived their current body image as ideal body image was 25.7% in males and 10.9% in females, showing that the body image satisfaction of male subjects was 1.5 times higher than that of female subjects. Body image perception for their own bodies was mostly shown as the average or standard shape both in males and females with 64.2% and 54.2%, respectively, but males showed a higher perception rate than females and 31.1% of females and 19.5% of males perceived their bodies as lean shape(p<0.01). The body image satisfaction was 4.20 in males and 3.70 in females, showing more satisfaction in the male subjects(p<0.001). The correlation between body image and physical variables in male subjects indicated that CBI and IBI showed statistically significant correlation and also BMI showed statistically significant correlation with IBI(p<0.001) and CBI(p<0.001). The frequency of eating out increased as the frequency of skipping meals increased(p<0.001) and the frequency of having snacks increased as the frequency of eating out increased(p<0.01). The correlation between body image and physical variables in female subjects showed that CBI and IBI(p<0.001) had statistically significant correlation. Body weight showed statistically significant correlation with CBI(p<0.001), BMI(p<0.001) and height(p<0.001). The frequency of eating out increased as height(p<0.01) and the frequency of skipping meals(p<0.001) increased. When both male and female subjects wanted leaner body shapes, they preferred much leaner shapes despite their current body images belonging in the normal range. Additionally subjects preferred the body image in the normal range in cases when their current body images were lean. In particular, more female subjects had strong desires to become leaner in their body images than male subjects, which could be analyzed as a risk factor for physical him. From the above results, it is considered that both male and female subjects need to establish proper recognition and dietary behaviors for their body images and also need nutritional education and counseling for desirable weight control methods.
