Anthropomorphism is one of the commonly used appeal methods in the field of communication design. Almost all visual images that humans encounter are exposed to this anthropomorphism, and we are consciously or unconsciously utilizing or being used. In addition, anthropomorphism can be found in almost all cultures and arts rather than in a specific field of study. Therefore, in this paper, the personification is redefined based on the relationship formation structure based on the anthropomorphic cases observed in culture and art and the results of previous studies. In addition, the personification form is defined as two kinds of personification and inverse personification according to the subject of relationship formation based on the personification type and gesture list derived from the previous study on the personification technique. Through the application cases of anthropomorphic techniques, which are appealed across the design domain, the effective anthropomorphic application system was defined. The definition of anthropomorphic relationship formation and anthropomorphic application system provided a framework for anthropomorphic techniques that could lead to effective audience satisfaction in various media. In addition, through the personification application system that synchronizes the characteristics of the conceptual traits of the medium with the gesture list and the personification type classification, it was confirmed that a device for communicating with the owner can be provided with a powerful and effective personification technique.
This stduy was carried out in order to investigate the effects of concentration and equilibration time of cryoprotective agents on survival rate of slow and ultrarapidly frozen in vitro fertilized bovine embryos. In vitro fertilized bovine embryos, following dehydration by cryoprotective agents and sucrose, were slowly freezed(from 2$0^{\circ}C$ to -7$^{\circ}C$/-1$^{\circ}C$/min., from -7$^{\circ}C$ -35$^{\circ}C$/-0.2$^{\circ}C$/min. from -35$^{\circ}C$ to -38$^{\circ}C$/-0.3$^{\circ}C$/min.) by cell freezer and directly plunged into liquid nitrogen and thawed in 38$^{\circ}C$ water. Survival rate was defined by development rate to the morula and blastocyst stage after in vitro cultured and FDA test. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The survival rates of in vitro fertilized bovine embryos after slow frozen-thawing in the freezing medium of 0.25M sucrose added 2.5M glycerol, 3.0M DMSO, 2.0M propanediol and 2.5M glycerol+2.0M propanediol were 84.3%, 85.9%, 77.8%, 74.3%, respectively. 2. The survival rates of in vitro fertilized bovine embryos after slow frozen-thawing in the freezing of 0.50M sucrose added 2.5M glycerol, 3.0M DMSO, 2.0M propanediol and 2.5M glycerol+2.0M propanediol were 83.8%, 85.1%, 71.4%, 74.6%, respectively. 3. The survival rates of in vitro fertilized bovine embryos after ultrarapid frozen-thawing in the freezing of 0.25M sucrose added 2.5M glycerol, 3.0M DMSO, 2.0M propanediol and 2.5M glycerol+3.0M propanediol were 69.3%, 70.8%, 63.2%, 67.1%, respectively. 4. The survival rates of in vitro fertilized bovine embryos after ultrarapid frozen-thawing in the freezing of 0.25M sucrose added 2.5M glycerol, 3.0M DMSO, 2.0M propanediol and 2.5M glycerol+2.0M propanediol were 69.4%, 70.1%, 62.3%, 63.5%, respectively. 5. The survival rates of in vitro fertilized bovine embryos after slow and ultrarapid fromthawing in the freezing medium of sucrose added cryoprotective agents were not significant difference between 5min. and 10min. of equilibration time.

Biosynthesis of lactate-containing polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) was examined in recombinant Escherichia coli W strain from sucrose. The Pseudomonas sp. MBEL 6-19 phaC1437 gene and the Clostridium propionicum pct540 gene, which encode engineered Pseudomonas sp. MBEL 6-19 PHA synthase 1 ($PhaC1_{Ps6-19}$) and engineered C. propionicum propionyl-CoA transferase ($Pct_{Cp}$), respectively, were expressed in E. coli W to construct key metabolic pathway to produce poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-lactate) [P(3HB-co-LA)]. The recombinant E. coli W expressing the phaC1437 gene and the pct540 gene could synthesize P(3HB-co-13mol%LA) up to the polymer content of 31.3 wt% when it was cultured in chemically defined MR medium containing 20 g/L of sucrose and 2 g/L of sodium 3-hydroxybutyrate. When Ralstonia eutropha phaAB genes were additionally expressed to provide 3-hydroxybutyrate-CoA (3HB-CoA) from sucrose, P(3HB-co-16mol%LA) could be synthesized from sucrose as a sole carbon source without supplement of sodium 3-hydroxybutyrate in culture medium, but the PHA content was decreased to 12.2 wt%. The molecular weight of P(3HB-co-16 mol%LA) synthesized in E. coli W using sucrose as carbon source were $1.53{\times}10^4$ ($M_n$) and $2.78{\times}10^4$ ($M_w$), respectively, which are not different from those that have previously been reported by other recombinant E. coli strains. Engineered E. coli strains developed in this study should be useful for the production of lactate-containing PHAs from sucrose, one of the most abundant and least expensive carbon sources.

The aim is to urge the need of elaborate commissioning of 3D RTP system from the firsthand experience. A 3D RTP system requires so much data such as beam data and patient data. Most data of radiation beam are directly transferred from a 3D dose scanning system, and some other data are input by editing. In the process inputting parameters and/or data, no error should occur. For RTP system using algorithm-bas ed-on beam-modeling, careless beam-data processing could also cause the treatment error. Beam data of 3 different qualities of photon from two linear accelerators, patient data and calculated results were commissioned. For PDD, the doses by Clarkson, convolution, superposition and fast superposition methods at 10 cm for 10${\times}$10 cm field, 100 cm SSD were compared with the measured. An error in the SCD for one quality was input by the service engineer. Whole SCD defined by a physicist is SAD plus d$\sub$max/, the value was just SAD. That resulted in increase of MU by 100${\times}$((1_d$\sub$max//SAD)$^2$-1)%. For 10${\times}$10 cm open field, 1 m SSD and at 10 cm depth in uniform medium of relative electron density (RED) 1, PDDs for 4 algorithms of dose calculation, Clarkson, convolution, superposition and fast-superposition, were compared with the measured. The calculated PDD were similar to the measured. For 10${\times}$10 cm open field, 1 m SSD and at 10 cm depth with 5 cm thick inhomogeneity of RED 0.2 under 2 cm thick RED 1 medium, PDDs for 4 algorithms were compared. PDDs ranged from 72.2% to 77.0% for 4 MV X-ray and from 90.9% to 95.6% for 6 MV X-ray. PDDs were of maximum for convolution and of minimum for superposition. For 15${\times}$15 cm symmetric wedged field, wedge factor was not constant for calculation mode, even though same geometry. The reason is that their wedge factor is considering beam hardness and ray path. Their definition requires their users to change the concept of wedge factor. RTP user should elaborately review beam data and calculation algorithm in commissioning.

For the expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus stearothermophilus cyclodextrin glucanotransferase gene (cgtS) in pCGTS (4.8 kb) was subcloned into the surface expression vector, pYD1 (GALl promoter). The constructed plasmid, pYDCGT (7.2 kb) was introduced into S. cerevisiae EBY100 cells, and then yeast transformants were selected on the synthetic defined media lacking tryptophan. The formation of cyclodextrin (CD) was confirmed with active staining of culture broth of transformant grown on starch medium. Enzymatic reaction products with respect to the culture time and the reaction time were examined by TLC analysis. The results indicated that the enzyme activity was exhibited after 12 h cultivation and CD was produced after 10min of enzymatic reaction. When the surface-engineered yeast cells were cultured on galactose medium, maximum activities of CGTase were about 21.3 unit/l and 16.5 unit/l at $25^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C$, respectively. The plasmids stability showed about $80\%\;even\;at\;25^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C$.

This study was designed to determine the effect of monosodium glutamate (MSG) on in vitro maturation (IVM) of oocytes and early development of parthenogenesis (PA) embryos in pigs. Each IVM and IVC medium was supplemented with various concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.5 and 5 mM) of MSG and non-essential amino acids (NEAA) depending on the experimental design. Immature pig oocytes were matured for 44 h and then oocytes reached metaphase II (MII) stage were electrically activated to induce parthenogenesis (PA). When immature oocytes were treated with MSG in the absence of NEAA during IVM, nuclear maturation (83.1-87.1%), intra-oocyte glutathione content, cumulus expansion, and cleavage (91.4-93.4%) of PA embryos were not influenced by MSG treatment at all concentrations. However, blastocyst formation of PA embryos was significantly increased by 5.0 mM MSG ($45.3{\pm}6.2%$) compared to control ($25.6{\pm}3.4%$). MSG treatment during IVM in the presence of NEAA did not show significant effect on nuclear maturation of oocytes and blastocyst formation after PA while 0.5 mM MSG ($89.3{\pm}1.9%$) decreased (P < 0.05) cleavage of PA embryos compared to 0.1 mM MSG ($94.6{\pm}1.1%$). When PA embryos were treated for 7 days with MSG during IVC, 5.0 mM MSG significantly decreased blastocyst formation ($27.8{\pm}4.9%$) compared to no treatment ($41.4{\pm}1.9%$) while no decrease in blastocyst formation was observed in 0.1 and 0.5 mM ($37.4{\pm}3.4%$ and $34.4{\pm}2.6%$, respectively). Our results demonstrated that 5 mM MSG in a NEAA-free chemically defined maturation medium showed positive effect on PA embryonic development while 5 mM MSG treatment during IVC was deleterious to PA embryonic development in pigs.
In order to investigate waether soil microorganism prefer diazinon to humic substances as their substate, the growth of soil bacteria and the activities of monooxygenase and ${\alpha}-,{\beta}-esterase$ were measured after treatment of diazinon and humic substances in defined medium at $30{\pm}1^{\circ}C$. Also, the degradation rate of diazinon was determined by addition of humic substances to the medium. The number of soil bacteria was increased from 1 day and 3 days after the treatment with humic substances and diazinon, respectively. And it showed about 1.5 times more with humic substances than diazinon at 10 days. Monooxygenase(MO) activity with the treatment of humic substances was higher than diazinon until 3 days after treatment in the order of HA > FA > humin. Esterase(ES) activity with the treament of humin and HA was higher than dizainon from 5 dyas, but FA was much similar to diazinon. The degradation rate of diazinon showed more persistancy by addition of humic substances ; 51.4% with humin treatment, 58.9% with HA, 62.4% with FA and 71.9% in control at 10 days after treatment. Therefore, as soil microorganisms perfer humic substances to diazinon, the degreadation rate of diazinon might be delayed by addition of humic stbstances in submerged soil.

Angiotensin II (ANG II) has a biphasic effect on $Na^+$ transport in proximal tubule: low doses of ANG II increase the $Na^+$ transport, whereas high doses of ANG II inhibit it. However, the mechanisms of high dose ANG II-induced inhibition on $Na^+$ uptake are poorly understood. Thus the aim of the present study was to investigate signal transduction pathways involved in the ANG II-induced inhibition of $Na^+$ uptake in the primary cultured rabbit renal proximal tubule cells (PTCs) in hormonally defined serum-free medium. ANG II $(10^{-9}\;M)-induced$ inhibition of $Na^+$ uptake was blocked by losartan $(10^{-8}\;M,\;AT_1\;antagonist),$ but not by PD123319 $(10^{-8}\;M,\;AT_2\;antagonist)$ (P<0.05). ANG II-induced inhibition of $Na^+$ uptake was also completely abolished by neomycin $(10^{-4}\;M,$ PLC inhibitor), W-7 $(10^{-4}\;M,$ calmodulin antagonist), and $AACOCF_3\;(10^{-6}\;M,\;PLA_2\;inhibitor)$ (P<0.05). ANG II significantly increased $[^3H]arachidonic$ acid (AA) release compared to control. The ANG II-induced $[^3H]AA$ release was blocked by losartan, $AACOCF_3,$ neomycin, and W-7, but not by PD123319. ANG II-induced $[^3H]AA$ release in the presence of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ was greater than in $Ca^{2+}-free$ medium, and it was partially blocked by TMB-8 $(10^{-4}\;M,$ intracelluar $Ca^{2+}$ mobilization blocker). However, in the absence of extracellular $Ca^{2+},$ it was completely blocked by TMB-8. In addition, econazole $(10^{-6}\;M,$ cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase inhibitor) and indomethacin $(10^{-6}\;M,$ cyclooxygenase inhibitor) blocked ANG II-induced inhibition of $Na^+$ uptake, but NGDA $(10^{-6}\;M,$ lipoxygenase inhibitor) did not affect it. In conclusion, $PLA_2-mediated$ AA release is involved in ANG II-induced inhibition of $Na^+$ uptake and is modulated by $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ in the PTCs.

Recently BIM technology has been expanded for using in construction project. However its spread has been delayed than the initial expectations, due to the high-cost of BIM infrastructure development, the lack of regulations, the lack of process and so forth. In design phase, especially, collaboration based on BIM system has being a key factor for successful next generation building project. Through the analysis of current research trend about IT technologies, virtualization and BIM service, data exchange such as drawing, 3D model, object data, properties using cloud computing and virtual server system is defined as a most successful solution. In various industrial fields, cloud computing technology is utilized as a promising solution which can reduce time and cost of hardware infrastructure. Among the cloud computing technology, VDI is receiving a great deal of attention from it market as an essential part cloud computing. VDI enables to host multiple individual virtual machines by using hypervisor. It has an advantage to easy main device management. Therefore, this study implements a step-by-step user's DaaS by analyzing the desktop resource data of the workers from Pre-design phase to Schematic design, Design develop and Construction design phase. It also develops BIM environment based on test of BIM modeler and designers in architectural design firm. The goal of the study is to enable the cloud computing BIM server. It provides cost saving, high-performance quality of working environment and cooperation's convenience and high security when doing BIM work in small and medium sized architectural design firm.
To investigate symbiotic relationship of 'Chunma (Gastrodia elata) and the rhizomorph of Armillaria mellea, volatile organic acids and alcoholic compounds which were considered to be contained in Gastrodia elata were tested to determine stimulatory effects on rhizomorph growth on a chemically defined medium. Also, volatile organic acids were isolated from Gastrodia elata and analyzed by gas chromatography. The growth of rhizomorph was stimulated by the presence of alcohols and volatile organic acids, but acetic acid and methanol were ineffective. In the presence of valeric acid and ethanol, Armillaria mellea produced abundant rhizomorph at concentrations of 0.1 and 1%, respectively. Ethanol and valeric acid supplemented at regular intervals of 3 days as lower concentrations in the medium stimulated the growth of Armillaria mellea. The concentrations of ethanol and valeric acid as low at 0.01% added 3 days intervals for 15 days were more effective than initial concentrations of 0.1 and 1% in stimulating rhizomorph development of Armillaria mellea. Eight kinds of volatile organic acids were identified and quantified by gas chromatography. The major compounds were n-propionic, valeric, iso-carproic and caproic acids, and the minor compounds were iso-butyric, butyric, iso-valeric and hepatanoic acids. Valeric acid was the most abundant among them.
