We define and study a concept of $T^f$-space for a map, which is a generalized one of a T-space, in terms of the Gottlieb set for a map. We show that X is a $T_f$-space if and only if $G({\Sigma}B;A,f,X)=[{\Sigma}B,X]$ for any space B. For a principal fibration $E_k{\rightarrow}X$ induced by $k:X{\rightarrow}X^{\prime}$ from ${\epsilon}:PX^{\prime}{\rightarrow}X^{\prime}$, we obtain a sufficient condition to having a lifting $T^{\bar{f}}$-structure on $E_k$ of a $T^f$-structure on X. Also, we define and study a concept of co-$T^g$-space for a map, which is a dual one of $T^f$-space for a map. We obtain a dual result for a principal cofibration $i_r:X{\rightarrow}C_r$ induced by $r:X^{\prime}{\rightarrow}X$ from ${\iota}:X^{\prime}{\rightarrow}cX^{\prime}$.

The stabbing guide is often used to guide an add-on pile into an existing pile in offshore jacket installation. It provides a pile alignment for a welding tie-in in static condition as well. Even stabbing guide is an essential component in pile installation, it is not considered as a permanent offshore structure. In this regard, there is not a define design guideline proposed. In API RP 2A WSD, it briefly define the design considerations of stabbing guide. The failure of stabbing guide can cause a greate economical loss and a serious impact to the project schedule. Stabbing guide design should consider many factors considering actual work conditions for both static and dynamic situations. In the paper, a design method is proposed by appling the plate theory and it is confirmed numerically with FEM modeling. The geometry of stabbing guide is assumed as a cylinder shape with various wall thickness and effective length. The various thickness, effective length and pile size are compared for stable stabbing guide design.

Chapter 1 in Article 2 of forest law defines the definition of forest. but its meaning is so wide that it itself containg a lot of contradiction in it. And it lose legal adaptation which gives a lot of hindrance with criminal investigation. Furthermore, it has made extension of ferming lands, and promotion of livestocks which are most important matter to be solved in Korea retarded. Such an act made us bewildered to adapt concerned laws being applied to out law. This is to form a basic principal and define its correction. It is required that forestry of Korea should be utilized valuable and reserve forest region instead of definition totally, and the purpose of reforestation should be clear. In addition to above, it is required to define what forestry is, in the direction of reconstructing forestry better in Korea.

1. To define 'Korean medicine industry' through study on existing medicine related industries, Korean medicine industry means all industrial activities related to Korean medicine. It covers material resources such as herbs and products made with herbs, medical instruments, Korean medical service and related information service based on Korean medicine theories. 2. According to Korea National Statistical Office standard industrial branch, Korean medicine industry was classified as a large branch. There were industries such as agriculture, food and beverage manufacture, publishing, copy of prints and record media, manufacture of compound and chemical products, medical service, manufacture of precise optical instruments, wholesale trade and product mediation, retail trade, restaurant, research and development, education service, health preservation service, entertainment, culture and sports industry related to the Korean medicine industry. 3. If we classify this according to the industry branch of English economists Clark, Colin Grant, herb cultivating industry will be classified as primary industry, manufacture of foot and beverage related to Korean medicine, secondary industry and wholesale and retail sales of herb, research and development, education, health preservation, social welfare, tertiary industries.

Nondeterministic finite Rabin-Scott's automata without initial and final states (2 $\omega$-FA) are considered. In this paper they are used to define so called sets of obstruction used also in various alge-braic systems and to consider similar problems for the formal languages theory. Thus we define sets of obstructions of languages(or, rather, 2$\omega$-languages) of such automata. We obtain that each 2$\omega$-language defined by 2 $\omega$-FA has the set of obstruction being a regular language. And vice versa for each regular language L(containing no proper subword of its another word) there exists a 2$\omega$ -FA having L as the set of obstructions.

Apoptosis is an important significance in the pathogenesis of cancer. Caspase 3 and p53 have been identified as important members of the apoptosis related proteins. This study was performed to define roles of caspase 3 expression and its relationship with p53 expression in endometrial cancers by immunohistochemistry. Immunoreactivity for caspase 3 was found in 13 (65.0%) out of 20 endometrial hyperplasia cases and 8 (36.4%) out of 22 endometrial cancers. Seven (87.5%) of the 8 cases with a positive caspase 3 immunoreactivity showed a positive p53 expression in 22 endometrial cancers. There were no significant associations between caspase 3 and p53 expressions. These findings suggest that caspase 3 expression might be associated with carcinogenesis of endometrial cancers. Further studies are needed to define the relationship between caspase 3 and p53 and apoptosis for examining the mechanisms of tissue-specific apoptosis related protein.

Drawing is a basic plastic deformation method and productive manufacturing process make wire. rod and variety section geometry bar. Study for the rod drawing process of rod was researched long littles. but non-axisymmetric drawing process is weak. So metal flow is very irregular in non-axisymmetric drawing process and difficult to define about material deformation generally. In this paper, to solve material deformation, use finite element method and then define suitable shape for rod to hexagonal drawing dies. And research corner filling rate and surface roughness for the high strength steel hexagonal bar produced defined dies.

For a principal fibration $E_{\kappa}{\rightarrow}X$ induced by ${\kappa}:X{\rightarrow}X'\;from\;{\epsilon}:\;PX'{\rightarrow}X'$, we can obtain a sufficient condition to having an $H^{\bar{f}}-structure\;on\;E_{\kappa}$, which is a generalization of Stasheff's result [17]. Also, we define and study a concept of $co-H^g-space$ for a map, which is a dual concept of $H^f-space$ for a map. Also, we get a dual result which is a generalization of Hilton, Mislin and Roitberg's result [6].

There may be two methods defining the rational exponent $a^{\frac{m}{n}}$ for any positive real number a. The one which is used in all korean highschool mathematics textbooks is to define it as $\sqrt[n]{a^m}$, that is $(a^m)^{\frac{1}{n}}$. The other is to define it as $(\sqrt[n]a)^m}$, that is $(a^{\frac{1}{n}})^m$. In this paper, we insist that the latter is more appropriate and universal, and that the contents of current textbooks on the definition of the rational exponent should be corrected.

The paper develops the arguments as to how one should perceive modem theater and how one should categories it, not to mention how one may identify the traits of modern theater. The Contemporary Theater has changed in a way that it is no longer possible to define the genre relying on conventional definitions that we associated with it in the past. The paper in this regard proposes a perspective which by addressing the evolutions that one has seen in the theories of reception and other relevant literary fields may define the very nature of the theater as we Cow it today. The paper is largely based on the aesthetics of reception and the objectivity theory which is based on the decontextualisation, recontextualisation and contextextualisation method that is being more and more commonly used in the field of literary academics of today. The relevancy of this paper rests with the hypothesis that it is by and through using various theories of reception that it is the only true solution as to defining and identifying the characteristics of modem theater.
