  • A Color Discerning Device(CDD) is the equipment to use in Rice Processing Complex(RPC). By use a high-speed charge-coupled device camera, CDD can sorting discolored grain according to light and shade. The existing CDD's driving performance is not so good as overseas machine. Besides, transportation process causes a defect in the mechanism from impact or harmonic excitation or etc. This study is represented the problem of CDD through modal analysis and static analysis by using ANSYS workbench. To analysis the problem of driving condition, devide each part of CDD for performed modal analysis. The problem of driving condition and transportation process solved by carry out modal analysis and static analysis.

  • In this paper, design rule of power island is studied. Power island have a defect that increase transfer noise when each power bus structure is resonant. So, in this paper, resonances are suppressed for various noise source positions and in order to improve noise characteristics, it is suggested EGI in order to improve noise characteristic. At the simulation result, the least resonance is showed for various noise source position and transfer impedance with power bus resonance is reduced about 11 $\Omega$ by EGI.

Effects of Welding Condition on Hardness and Microstructure of Friction Stir Welded Joints of AI-7075-T651 Plate (용접조건이 AI-7075-T651의 마찰교반용접부의 경도와 미세조직에 미치는 영향)

  • As well known, the friction stir welding is a novel welding process which is a solid state welding process for sheet or plate using the friction stir phenomenon. This paper describes the effect of welding condition such as the rotation speed and the travelling speed during the friction stir welding process on the micro Virkers hardness and the microstructure of friction stir welded joints in AI-7075-T651 plate. From those investigations, the highest hardness of stir zone was observed at the welding condition of SO-3. The microstructures of the friction stir welded joints was not dependent on the welding conditions, but in the SO-4 specimen, the friction stir welding defect like tunnel shape was found in stir zone.

  • We have demonstrated the fabrication of patterned 3D photonic crystals by holographic lithography in conjunction with soft lithography. Holographic lithography created 3D ordered macroporous structures and soft lithography made tailored defects. Because the hard baked photoresist pattern possessed high resistance against the uncured photoresist solution and the refractive index did not change appreciably by hard baking, a crosslinked photoresist was used as a relief pattern for the holographic fabrication of patterned 3D photonic crystals. More complicated defect geometries might be easily obtained with more complicated patterns on PDMS stamps. Moreover, the present results might be used as templates for 3D PCs of highindex defects that can be exploited as optical waveguides and optical circuits.

  • This Paper is to aim the microdefect evaluation of semiconductor Package into a quantitative from NDI's image processing of ultrasonic wave. Accordingly, for the detection of delamination between the Joining condition of boundary microdefect of semiconductor packaga the result from sampling original image, histogramming, binary image or image processing of multinumerloal value is such as the follows. ([) The least limitation from the microdefect detection of the semiconductor package by surveying high ultrasonic wave seems to be about 0.8 $\mu\textrm{m}$ in degree. (2) A result of applying the image processing of multinumerical value to the semiconductor package it was possible to devide the Category into the effectiveness.

  • Data augmentation is an efficient way to reduce overfitting on models and to improve a performance supplementing extra data for training. It is more important in deep learning based industrial machine vision. Because deep learning requires huge scale of learning data to learn a model, but acquisition of data can be limited in most of industrial applications. A very generic method for augmenting image data is to perform geometric transformations, such as cropping, rotating, translating and adjusting brightness of the image. The effectiveness of data augmentation in image classification has been reported, but it is rare in defect inspections. We explore and compare various basic augmenting operations for the metal surface defects. The experiments were executed for various types of defects and different CNN networks and analysed for performance improvements by the data augmentations.

  • A machine vision based industrial inspection includes defects detection and classification. Fast inspection is a fundamental problem for many applications of real-time vision systems. It requires little computation time and localizing defects robustly with high accuracy. Deep learning technique have been known not to be suitable for real-time applications. Recently a couple of fast region-based CNN algorithms for object detection are introduced, such as Faster R-CNN, and YOLOv2. We apply these methods for an industrial inspection problem. Three CNN based detection algorithms, VOV based CNN, Faster R-CNN, and YOLOv2, are experimented for defect detection on metal surface. The results for inspection time and various performance indices are compared and analysed.

  • 본 논문에서는 전자기 유한요소 해석을 통하여 원전 증기 발생기(SG, Steam Generator) 세관의 결함 변화에 따른 배열와전류프로브의 와전류탐상 특성을 해석하였다. 프로브의 전자기적 특성을 위해 맥스웰 방정식을 이용하여 지배방정식을 유도하였고, 이를 3차원 전자기 유한요소법을 이용하여 문제를 해석하였다. 해석을 위한 선정한 결함은 프로브의 특성파악을 위한 표준시험편과 원전 SG세관에 발생 가능한 결함인 Pitting, SCC, Wear, Multi SCC 결함을 선정하였다. 해석 대상으로는 원자력발전소 증기발생기 세관으로 사용되고 있는 Inconel 600 도체관을 사용하였다. 본 논문으로 통하여 결함의 형상, 크기, 시험주파수의 변화에 따른 탐상신호의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문의 결과는 배열와전류프로브의 와전류탐상 신호 평가시 도움이 될 것이다.

  • We show results that examine about electrical properties of XLPE insulated 6.6kV cable termination by mechanical damage. The cable used to produce the cable termination is 6/10kV tray XLPE fire retardant electric cable (6/10kV TFR-CV $35SQMM{\times}1C$) which is domestically made. We apply force to XLPE insulator and made mechanical defect using knife. Defected samples go through the withstand voltage test according to the IEEE std. 48 test regulations and lighting impulse (hereunder, IMP) withstand voltage test regulations. Then the effects of the scars shown during the construction process on electric accidents at the end part are analyzed.

  • Most of existing studies for B2B are concerned with efficient search and/or negotiation. But nevertheless it is important to provide quick and transparent guarantee to the buyer, it is hard to find studies related with it. This article suggests the guarantee process for customer satisfaction after purchasing in B2B e-marketplace under make-to-order manufacturing environment. The process consists of three modules; a request and response, a feedback processing, and a work inquiry. Each of them is adopted according to the source of defect and business relationship of buyer, seller, provider, and repairer. All of the process is implemented in user-friendly fashion and a case is presented for the enterprise portal site.
