사회적 교감이 의사결정에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 머니옥션과 팝펀딩의 사례를 중심으로 (The Influence of Social Interaction on Decision Making : Evidence from Moneyauction and Popfunding in Korea)

  • How does social interaction among investors affect decision-making in the online social lending platform? And what is the reason? In this study, in order to obtain the answer, we carried out case study research of Moneyauction and Popfunding, which are domestic online social lending platforms. We conducted interviews with managements of both social lending platforms and investors and analyzed statistical data including investment records, social interaction history between investors and lenders from both platforms. In addition, researchers performed direct participation and observation through the platforms as real investment members. As a result, we revealed that social interaction among investors has a material impact on the investment decision-making. Also we found that investors build trust by socially interacting with each other and this trust building leads to the investment decision making. Our findings confirm that social lending investors's decision-making process comply with the social embeddedness theory and imply that loan applicants must do their best efforts to display sincerity and truthfulness through their posting.

  • Companies had to be more intelligent in order to survive in the rapidly changing environments. We need to make a decision to build the Information System to support their decision making. But, how can we know the new system would be better than the old system in making us intelligent? The answer is we can do it with the concept of Intelligence Density. In this study, Intelligence Density concept will be introduced, and the way how it can be applied to the information system will be presented. I think Intelligence Density should be studiedmoretohelpmanagersmakerightdecisions.

Herding Behavior Model in Investment Decision on Emerging Markets: Experimental in Indonesia

  • This research aims to examine the model of investor herding behavior in making investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market, which is influenced by social and information impacting on the value of the Book Value Per Share (BVPS). The latest stock market conditions show that most investors make the same error pattern in making investment decisions that result in losses. The experiment involves two independent variables, namely, information about BVPS and social influence. This study used a 2×2 factorial design laboratory experimental method. Data collection was carried out through treatment of a sample of 100 individual investors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Univariate Two-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) statistical tool was used to test the independent variable on the dependent variable. Research results showed that the social influence originating from expert investors is more influential than the Book Value Per Share (BVPS) information on the behavior of herding investors in making investment decisions. These findings suggest that investors know their psychological factors, thereby increasing self-control and investment analysis skills. Further research can use psychological bias and other indicators of accounting relevant information such as Earning Per Share (EPS) to test herding behavior in investment decision making in the capital market.

  • This study aims to analyze consumers' purchase decision-making process of buying avatar fashion items on the Metaverse platform. Drawing on the connection between the self-expression tendency of the MZ generation and that of avatars in the Metaverse, this study uses a qualitative research method to analyze how consumers express their self-image through the appearance of their avatars. Unlike previous studies on the clothing purchase decision-making process, this study shows that purchasing and consumption behavior involve the following six stages: recognizing desire, collecting information, evaluating alternatives, making purchases, evaluating the consumption, and post-purchase action-taking. In the first stage of the purchase decision-making process, consumers' desire arises with self-image expression and confirmation. In the second stage, consumers have a high tendency to shop in the best item category. In the alternative evaluation stage, consumers tend to seek items that match their highest standard while considering their personal preferences. In the fourth stage, when making actual purchases, unplanned purchase behavior often occurs along with an active practice of alternative evaluation. In the fifth stage, the evaluation of the consumption shows that consumers achieve satisfaction by applying a style to their avatars that they are unable to try in the real world. In the last stage, consumers often use their purchases to communicate their various styles with other online consumers. Therefore, we conclude that the online purchase decision-making process differs from the offline process as it is divided into six stages.

  • 이 토지 컨설팅 정보 시스템(Land Consulting Information System)은 토지에 건축, 형질 변경 등 개발행위와 관련하여 구입토지의 선정에서부터 개발의사결정에 이르는 여러가지 토지법률정보, 요구토지의 입지조건정보, 개발목적에 부합하는 토지의 분포정보, 매매나 세입 관련 부동산 정보 등 사람들의 다양한 요구조건과 의사결정 요소들을 컴퓨터 시스템을 통해 질의하고 검색, 분석함으로서 경제적이고 신속한 정보의 취득과 이를 통한 신뢰성 있는 개발과 구입의 의사결정 정보를 제공(지원)하기위한 목적에서 개발되었다. 시스템 기능의 인지도를 향상시키기 위해 "ALGOSA" 라 별칭의 로고를 부여하였으며, 일반 개인은 물론 현존하는 전국의 수만 업체에 이르는 부동산사무소(공인 중개사), 측량설계사무소, 건축설계사무소, 전문토지개발회사 등 컨설팅 업체를 중심으로 시스템 보급의 필요성이 기대되며, 나아가 지방자치단체의 개발관련 인허가부서에서도 이 시스템을 도입함으로서 개발행위 인허가 토지의 체계적 관리는 물론 불법 개발행위 단속과 객관적인 공시지가부여 기준제시를 위한 실제 토지이용 정보제공 등 폭넓은 시스템 도입의 효과가 기대된다.

  • Along with advance of information technology, value of information is growing much more than ever. And nearly all organizations pay great attentions to information security to protect their own important informations against every kind of hazardous accidents. Therefore, organizations want to select best information security system among many possible alternatives. For this purpose, several fuzzy AHP decision making approaches can be utilized. In this study, we consider a number of qualitative and quantitative factors to evaluate security systems and then apply three fuzzy AHP approaches for simple case to compare the results from three approaches. We find that final decision depends on both fuzzy AHP methods and degree of fuzziness.

응급실 중증도 분류 간호사의 의사결정과정에 나타난 사고전략: 소리내어 생각하기 (Thinking Strategies of Triage Nurses' Decision Making in the Emergency Department: Think Aloud Study)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify thinking strategies in the complicated decision-making process based on real patient-based data of triage nurses in the emergency department (ED). Methods: This study used the 'think aloud' method to collect data from 8 triage nurses from one general hospital ED in South Korea. The data were analyzed with protocol analysis using thinking strategies. Results: The triage process was divided into three stages. The first stage consisted of 8 thinking strategies, including searching for information. They used intuition based on directly observed concepts for identifying a crisis. The second stage consisted of 17 thinking strategies related to the decision-making process. They assessed patients and generated a hypothesis to try to understand their health problems through analytic thinking. The third stage consisted of 10 thinking strategies, including qualifying. They considered the situation of the ED and properly triaged the patients. During the triage process, they frequently used judging the value and searching for information on 17 thinking strategies. Conclusions: Triage nurses demonstrated various connected thinking strategies for each stage. Based on our results, further studies should be done to develop a triage education program.

  • This study identifies communication patterns of groups using Instant Messenger for their group decision-making, and examines how these patterns are associated with creative solutions to problems. Our research suggests that certain communication behavior of groups, when appropriately organized, can be of help in enhancing creative production of outcomes. A qualitative study was conducted on communication patterns based on an analysis of text-based electronic conversation protocols. Specifically this research tried to overcome existing studies on electronic groups by focusing on interactive process of communication among participants. The major study conclusions are: (1) Satisfation of group decision-making may depend on the process or sequence of discussion among group members with Instant Messenger. That is, proper interactive responses and appropriate control of the discussion process are essential to obtain a high level of performance. (2) It is important to ]mike discuss rules based on meta-cognitive and interactive protocols in the early stage. Explicit rules relating to internal group processes as well as communication medium use are even more important to groups with Instant Messenger than face-to-face groups.

관계지향성에 대한 고객만족과 거래성향의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects of Customer Satisfaction and Transaction Characteristics on Customers Relationship-Orientation)

  • 본 논문은 고객의 기업에 대한 관계지향성이 어떠한 요인에 의해 이루어지는지를 연구한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 고객의 관계지향성은 크게 고객만족 수준과 거래성향에 의해 영향을 받으며, 고객만족은 품질 불일치에 의해 영향을 받는다는 가설이 설정되었다. 여기서, 거래성향을 구성하는 요소는 거래상의 의사결정 효율성, 의사결정 관성, 점포 내 정보수집, 그리고 지각된 위험이다. 본 가설의 검증을 위해 분당 지역의 백화점과 할인점의 고객 494명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 고객의 관계지향성은 의사결정의 효율성, 의사결정의 관성, 고객만족에 의해 영향을 받으며, 고객만족은 품질 불일치에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 점포 내 정보수집과 지각된 위험은 관계지향성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이에 대한 보다 심층적인 연구가 기대된다.

만성질환자의 의사결정에 대한 자율성 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Autonomy Preference on Decision-making among Patients with Chronic Disease)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 만성질환자의 건강 관련 의사결정에 대한 자율성 선호도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 대상자는 일개 보건소에 등록된 만성질환자 522명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 26.0 ver. 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 만성질환자의 일반적 의사결정 선호도의 영향요인은 건강에 대한 관심정도(β=-.17, p<.001)이었으며. 정보추구 선호도의 영향요인은 성별(β=-.20, p<.001)과 진료 시 질문하는 횟수(β=.09, p=.030)이었다. 본 연구는 만성질환자들이 본인의 치료 과정에서 주도적으로 역할을 할 수 있도록 환자의 특성을 고려해야 하며, 환자의 주도적이고 효율적인 의사결정을 돕기 위하여 의료인의 효과적인 의사소통 전략 수립이 필요함을 시사한다.
