국가공간정보통합체계 품질관리시스템 구축을 위한 BPR 수립 (The Establishment of BPR for National Spatial Data Infrastructure Quality Management System)

  • 우리나라는 공공기관과 지방 자치단체에서 생산된 국가 공간정보를 통합관리하고 공동 활용하기 위한 목적으로 국가공간정보통합체계를 구축하였다. 다른 기관에서 구축된 정보가 국가 차원에서 통합 관리됨에 따라 통합된 국가공간정보의 체계적인 품질관리 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가공간정보통합체계의 품질관리시스템 구축을 위한 업무 프로세스 재설계(BPR: Business Process Reengineering) 수립을 다룬다. 품질관리 업무를 품질관리 대상정의, 품질측정, 평가 및 분석, 품질개선 프로세스로 정의하고, 각 프로세스 별 활동(Activity)을 설계한다. 품질관리 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 오류여부를 판단하기 위한 업무적 규칙(BR: Business Rule)이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기본공간정보 중 법정동, 철도경계, 철도중심, 도로경계, 도로중심, 그리고 건물 등 6개에 대하여 BR을 도출한다. 다른 공간정보에 대한 BR은 본 논문에서 제시된 도출 방법을 사용하여 만들어 질 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서 수립된 BPR과 도출된 BR을 기반으로 향후 국가공간정보체계 품질관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. Developed WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsoft's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information integration and economical efficiency.

  • 본 연구에서는 하천흐름에 대한 물리적인 특성을 반영한 수질해석을 실시할 수 있는 하천관리시스템을 개발하였다. 횡성댐 상류 계천유역에 시험유역을 선정하여 수문관측과 수질관측을 실시할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였으며, 현재까지 지속적인 관측을 통해 자료를 축적하고 있다. 대상구간에 대한 수리해석모형과 수질해석모형을 구축하고, 과거 홍수사상과 수질관측자료들을 이용하여 모형의 보정과 검증을 실시하였다. 대상구간에 ArcView를 이용한 GUI를 구축함으로써 횡성호의 수질감시 및 수질관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것이다.

  • For small sized companies in Korea, it is crucial to have a systematic way of collecting and storing quality data, and extracting relevant information when necessary. This paper Is concerned with developing a quality information system which is mainly focused on processing quality inspection data, converting the data into meaningful quality information, and illustrating a case study of a small sized company in Gyeongnam province. First, we review the current quality Inspection system and reorganize a quality system which is more efficient than the current one. Second, incoming material, process, and product inspection modules are developed. Finally, a statistical process control module is integrated to see the manufacturing process behavior over time.

  • Nowadays most companies are required to acquire the quality assurance system for their survival. It is essential to improvement company's competitive power that Certification of Quality Assurance System but there are many problems. To analysis the effects of ISO 9000 series/QS-9000 QA systems to the Domestic Company Quality Improvement as well as quality consciousness, data has been surveyed form quality assurance engineers who have work on certification activities. The data is analyzed using relevant tabulations of five scale or paired t test method in order to compare level of quality management of pre-certification with that of post-certification. It is analyzed in two parts which are qualitative effects and quality maturity grid. Also, to analysis for the bottlenecks and problems the data is analyzed using frequency analysis method.

한국 국가품질상(KNQA) 평가모형의 인과관계 연구 : 기업체 평가기준을 중심으로 (Causal Relationship among Business Criteria in Korean National Quality Award)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship among categories in the Korean National Quality Award(KNQA) model. The survey instrument consists of 79 questions from seven categories in the KNQA. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) is used to analyze the empirical data and estimates the path coefficients among the KNQA categories. The result of this research indicates that Leadership drives systems that create Results through Foundation and Direction. Among eighteen hypotheses, sixteen hypotheses are statistically significant. Especially, this research indicates that Foundation and Direction are important mediating factors.

  • Objectives : KIOM(Korean Institute of Oriental Medicine) built up korean medical paper database and services it through information portal OASIS. The database are updated about 1,600 papers and 48,000 references annually. Because lots of manpower and time are needed to update database, it is very important to raise up efficiency and quality of it. Methods : In this paper, we implemented web based database building system utilizing pre-built OASIS' database to improve the working process, data quality and ease of management. Results : First we designed and implemented web based system to input bibliography of the paper efficiently. It raised efficiency using OASIS' paper and reference database. Second we improved the refining process using web based system to raise up data quality. And third we developed the manager functions of web based system to control and check the working process. Conclusions : If we add korean medical dictionary and link outside paper database in the future, we hope that work efficiency and data quality will be raised more. And because the database schema of OASIS system and developed system are different, we are implementing the data transformation system.

VRSMS: 가상현실 기반 센서 관리 시스템 (VRSMS: VR-based Sensor Management System)

  • 본 논문에서는 미세 규모 대기 환경 모니터링 시스템 Airscope[3]의 가상현실 기반 시각화 시스템인 VRSMS(VR-based Sensor Management System)을 소개 한다. 가상현실 기반 시각화 방법을 이용해 대기 환경 정보를 시각화함으로써 시민 등의 비전문가들이 직관적으로 대기 환경 정보를 인지할 수 있고 사용자가 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 취득할 수 있도록 가상공간 내부에 설치된 센서를 직접 조작할 수도 있다. 사용자 요구에 맞춘 동적 시각화를 위해 대기 환경 데이터와 조작 및 시각화 기법을 분리하였고 이는 시스템 내부 데이터에 대한 일관된 접근 방법을 제공하여 새로운 시각화 기법의 추가가 용이하다. 동적 시각화 기법 중의 하나로 복수의 소형 디스플레이를 연결하여 대형 디스플레이 시스템을 구축하였으며 이는 단일 대형 디스플레이 시스템에 비해 저렴한 비용으로 공공장소 등에서 다수의 사용자가 보다 쉽게 대기 환경 정보를 취득할 수 있게 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to design and implementation of database for school health activity. This database system was designed stand-alone application for college school health center without a hospital affiliation and the database system was made of relational database management system, Microsoft access 2000 to be made GUI (Graphic user interface) type design and made up 7 tables: patients. symptoms. departments, income and outgo. medical cures. and medicine. The construction of this database system was patient management. code management. medicine management. and statistics management. The results of the database system were as follows; 1) This database system could be used for college school health center. 2) This database system could be made correct statistic data. 3) This database system could be managed income and outgo. 4) This database system could be changed for the better activity of community health service. 5) This database system could be simply attired administrative system. This database system will be used for students and employees to protect and promote health to measure for health level and quality of health service. In conclusion. this database system can be applied for unit health center to manage the college school health activity and advanced data management can be applied for health profession to do quality improvement. cost containment. management information system. and decision support system.
