  • It is very important to determine the likelihood ratios and the prior odds for designing a Bayesian processor in Built-In-Test system. Using traditional statistics, it is not difficult to determine the initial prior odds from the field data. For a newly designed system, development testing data or laboratory testing data could be used to replace field data. The likelihood ratios which playa key role in the Bayesian processor must be carefully determined, based on laboratory testing and statistical techniques. In this paper, expressing and determining the likelihood ratios by Geometric areas, Test, and Analytical method will be presented.

  • The Internet has produced a great variety of VOC data. However, they are hardly helpful for CRM because they are not integrated with VOC data of the related businesses yet. This paper has set up a system for the said VOC data to actually become helpful for CRM The system has two aspects. From the aspect of products, the customers' needs for products will be analyzed to produce what they actually want. From the aspect of customers, on the other hand, decent relationships with them shall be maintained constantly by thoroughly analyzing all the related data. The analyses on both of these aspects have the advantage of maximizing customer satisfaction by active CRM that makes us recognize what customers prefer, or complain of in advance and then provide them with tailor-made service.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose adoption of QFD and Stage-gate in order to analyze the quality of korea defense system. Methods: Drawing change data of initial production phase in korea defense system were anlayzed and a practical method was proposed. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Off line Quality Control should be introduced in development phase. Specially, in case of defense system, the best method is QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process. At first, QFD 1 step defines product planning from VOC(Voice Of Customer), QFD 2 step specifies part planning from product planning, QFD 3 step defines process planning from part planning, QFD 4 step defines production planning from previous process planning. Secondly, Stage-gate process is adopted. This study is proposed 5 stage-gate in case of korea defense development. Gate 1 is located after SFR(System Function Review), Gate 2 is located after PDR(Preliminary Design Review), Gate 3 is located after CDR(Critical Design Review), Gate 4 is located after TRR(Test Readiness Review) and Gate 5 is located before specification documentation submission. Conclusion: Off line QC(Quality Control) in development phase is necessary prior to on line QC(Quality Control) in p roduction phase. For the purpose of off line quality control, QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process can be adopted.

  • This research investigates the relationship between the information quality, service quality, and system quality of lodging apps and the users' expectations, level of satisfaction, and intent to continue using them. For this objective, 418 respondents participated in a survey. To evaluate the hypotheses, the collected data were examined using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical software. This study constructed a model using information quality, service quality, system quality, expectancy, satisfaction, and intention to continue using the pre- and post-use relationship of users of accommodation applications. The results of testing the hypotheses indicated that system quality had no significant effect on expectancy, system quality and service quality had no significant effect on satisfaction, and all other hypotheses had significant effects. The conclusion of this research is that the app's system quality, including access speed, access barriers, and privacy, does not satisfy pre- and post-use expectations. In addition, the system quality and service quality of the application have little effect on the app's satisfaction. The information quality of the application has a considerable impact on expectation confirmation and satisfaction, expectation confirmation has an impact on satisfaction, and expectation confirmation and satisfaction have an impact on intention to continue using.

  • Since it is common that design BIM data created by designers and engineers do not afford to consider constructability for the site, it is usually necessary to optimize the design BIM data to construction BIM data. While this optimization process requires various design updates depending on the construction methods and requirements, most designers in the projects do not participate the construction phase, which can arise another obstacle factor in utilizing construction BIM. In order to prevent this issue, we need cooperation system, where all the parties work together from the initial stage of project to create quality assured BIM model. However this kind of system is not realistic in Korea with most of the working processes being conventional yet. Therefore, at this point of time, it is realistic for us to secure basic construction qualities in the design phase and keep those qualities by the construction phase. This study suggested a relevant quality management plan for BIM usage in construction phase.

  • Generally, container ships contain cargo holds with cell guides that serve to increase the container loading and unloading efficiency, minimize the space loss, and fix containers during the voyage. This paper describes a new quality management system for the cell guides of container ships (the so-called Trim Cell Guide system). The main functions of this system are the trimming of the point cloud obtained using a 3D scanner and an inspection simulation for cell guide quality. In other words, the raw point cloud of cell guides after construction is measured using a 3D scanner. Here, the raw point cloud contains a lot of noise and unnecessary information. Using the GUI interface supported by the system, the raw point cloud can be trimmed. The trimmed point cloud is used in a simulation for cell guide quality inspection. The RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus) algorithm is used for the transverse section representation of a cell guide at a certain height and applied for the calculation of the intervals between the cell guides and container. When the container hits the cell guides during the inspection simulation, the container is rotated horizontally and checked again for a possible collision. It focuses on a system that can be simulated with the same inspection process as in a shipyard. For a practicality review, we compared the precision data gained from an inspection simulation with the measured data. As a result, it was confirmed that these values were within approximately ${\pm}2mm$.

  • The time to market and productivity of embedded system needs a quality measurement process management of embedded software. But, defect management without preemptive analysis or prediction is not useful for quality measurement process management. This subject is focused on the defect that is one of the most important attributes of software measure in the process. Defining of defect attribute and quality measurement process management is according to understanding of embedded sw characteristics and defect data. So, this study contributes to propose the good method of the quantitative based on defect management in the test phase of sw lifecycle.

  • Recently because the IS development project is large scale and complicated, the necessity of tools that can manage effectively smooth communications and the harmonized project between the interested parties is exposed. According to this fact, many companies are investing enough to the PMS (Project Management System) for the sake of the systematic management of the IS development project, and also this PMS is emerging as one of the indispensable tools for the successful IS development project by casting off from a auxiliary means for the past project management. However, as had been expected, whether the introduction of the PMS is possible to facilitate communications within a project team, and a main motivation that can derive individual performance and organizational performance that participated in the IS development project is induced or not are not verified still empirically and apparently. With respect to this, a survey was conducted to examine how PMS quality affected user satisfaction, communication, individual performance and project performance. The effects of the data gathered were verified by structural equation model analysis.

  • This study investigated the effect of service quality and using experience on a royalty in a electronic commerce. Expecially, used HTS (Home Trading System of securities companies)as a online service system. HTS (Home Trading System) is a electronic commerce system of securities companies that is a most progressive tool of it. Almost securities companies are offering these typical trading system, because it is a required factor for a competitive position in their compound market. This paper made hypotheses of five cases, and collected some data through survey questionnaire for an analysis of actual proof. For attaining the object of this research, used a structure equation modeling, and found that almost paths of the research model are supported among the service quality, using experience, involvement and royalty. This study could provide academic and managerial implications in a electronic commerce business.
