This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

This paper tries to estimate price and quality effects in US cross - sectional fisheries demand analysis using 1987-88 Nationwide Food Consumption Survey Data. The estimated results support to the hypothesis of quality effects in cross - sectional prices, which had been already proven by Cox and Wohlgenant(1986). But Since all zero observations for the respective incomes, expenditures and quantities are eliminated for the ease of computation, it may yield inconsistent estimates from selectivity bias.

This paper describes an investigative study for Wind Noise of Passenger Cars. Using statistical method of analyzing jury preference data, we extract important sound quality metrics for subjective feeling and also md important frequency band. ISO 9000 has brought about significant positive effects to the quality management system and quality improvement. This paper develops effective and flexible ISO 9000 quality system based on telecommunication manufactured goods with CSU(Channel Service Unit), ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line), Fiber Optic Multiplexer, HDSL(High-bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line), FDSU(Flexible Data Service Unit), 73 DSU(Digital Service Unit). The case studies of venture telecommunication corporation in establishing ISO 9000 qualify system are also discussed.

Power qualify monitoring system is devoted to more concern than before, because the innovation of industrial technology needs more accurate instruments and more advanced power quality. This paper was studied on using data of the protective relay by Power Quality Monitor. This paper was proposed the wave storage condition and monitoring clauses of the protective relay as a power quality monitoring device. The protective relay will have problem to save data for PQM analysis because the protective relay memory is limited. Therefore this paper was proposed new a data compression of data got from the protective relay. This method is wave compression comparison algorithm using the DFT. The compression rate is higher than any other established method. This method can be real time storage. This algorithm is verified using the comparison among other compression rate and proved by Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS).

Gears are essential elements for mechanical power transmission. Geometric precision is the main factor for characterizing gear grade and qualify. Gear pitch is one of the crucial measurements, which is defined as a distance between two adjacent gear teeth. It is well-known that variability in gear pitches may causes wear-out and vibration noise. Therefore maintaining pitch errors at a low level plays a key role in assuring the gear quality to customers. This paper is concerned with a case study, which presents a computerized system for Inspecting pitch errors in a gear machining process. This system consists of a PC and window-based programs. Although the start and stop is manually accomplished, the process of measuring and analyzing pitch data is automatically conducted in this system. Our purpose lies in reducing inspection cost and time as well as Increasing test reliability. Its operation is briefly illustrated by example. Sometimes a strong autocorrelation is observed from pitch data. We also discuss a process monitoring scheme taking account of autocorrelations.

명품브랜드의 대중화는 소비자가 명품브랜드를 이용하는 방식과 소비하는 목적과 동기가 다양해진다는 것을 의미한다. 명품브랜드 시장을 보다 잘 이해하기 위해서는 차별화된 다양한 접근법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 명품 브랜드의 가치와 브랜드 선호도간 관계에서 조절초점 조절효과를 검토하는데 목적이 있다. 명품 브랜드에 대한 지각된 가치는 소비자의 조절초점성향에 따라 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 품질가치와 경제적 가치는 향상초점 소비자집단보다 예방초점 소비자 집단에서 더 높게 나타난 반면에 심리적 가치는 예방초점 소비자 집단보다 향상초점 소비자집단에서 높게 나타났다. 또한, 향상초점 소비자일수록 과시적 가치와 감정적 가치가 명품브랜드 태도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 반면, 예방초점 소비자일수록 품질가치와 경제적 가치를 더 중시하는 것으로 나타났다.

현재 국내의 정부 R&D 사업은 300여개에 이르고 있고, 이를 사업의 특성별로 16개 국가R&D 관련 부처 청의 15개 대표연구관리 전문기관에서 각각 관리하고 있다. 이로 인하여 발생하는 국가 R&D에 대한 중복 투자와 체계적인 R&D연구과제 및 성과관리의 미흡으로 R&D 투자의 효율성에 대한 문제가 계속해서 제기되고 있다. 그러한 가운데 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 교육과학기술부는 국가연구개발의 기획에서 성과활용에 이르기까지 연구개발의 효율화를 지원할 수 있는 국가 R&D 포털시스템으로써 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTS)을 구축하고 있다. NTIS와 같이 분산된 데이터의 통합시 동일한 의미의 데이터들이 각 조직에서 달리 명명되고 다른 데이터 유형으로 되어 있기에 통합된 데이터의 정확성과 높은 수준의 품질을 달성하는 것이 어려운 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 NTIS 시스템의 인력/과제/성과 정보의 통합DB 구축 및 연계방식과 이를 통해 수집된 데이터의 품질관리를 위한 데이터정제 프로세스를 고찰해 본다. 그 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 데이터 품질문제의 요인을 분석하여 NTIS의 데이터 품질향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시한다.

First for high-qualify images and reducing process-error and driving speed, the designed 8-bit data driving circuit consists of a constant transconductance bias circuit, D-F/Fs by shift registers using static transmission gates, 1st latch and 2nd latch by tristate inverters, level shifters, current steering segmented D/A converters by 4MSB thermometer decoder and 4LSB weighted type. Second, we designed gray amp for power saving. These data driving circuits are designed with $0.35-{\mu}m$ CMOS technologies at 3.3 V and 18 V power supplies and simulated with HSPICE.

This study was done to develop an euthanasia attitude scale. Subjects who participated in the study were a convenience sample of 234 Korean nurses. Data were collected through a survey over a period of three months. The analysis of the data was done using SPSS PC for descriptive statistics, factor analysis and Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha. Initially 63 items were generated from interview data from eighteen nurses and from a literature review. This preliminary scale was analyzed for a reliability and validity. The results are as follow: 1, Crombach's Coefficient alpha for the 19 items was .8804. 2. Factor analysis was done in order to confirm construct validity and four factor were extracted from the results. These contributed 56.6% of the variance in the total score. 3. Each factor was labled 'qualify of life', 'respect of life, 'client's right', 'medical ethics'. The author suggests that this scale could be used in assessing the attitude of Korean nurses toward euthanasia.
