간호조직에서의 억압에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Oppression in Nursing Organization)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호조직에서의 억압에 대한 개념의 속성을 파악함으로써 억압에서 벗어나기 위한 교육개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 간호조직에서의 억압에 대한 속성, 선행요인, 결과요인을 밝히고자 Walker와 Avant의 방법을 이용하였고 2006년부터 2020년까지 발표된 국내 및 국외 선행연구 최종 17편을 선정하여 분석에 이용하였다. 개념의 속성은 낮은 자아존중감, 권한의 부족, 수평적 폭력이었다. 선행요인은 억압자, 위계적인 조직구조, 주변화이었으며, 결과는 직무만족도, 조직침묵, 환자안전 및 간호의 질로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 고려해보면, 간호조직 내의 억압을 벗어나기 위해서 간호사는 병원의 위계적인 근무환경 개선과 전문 간호사로서의 자기 인식이 중요하다. 따라서 간호사의 근무환경과 자기인식을 개선하기 위한 효과적인 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

방사선종양학과 방사선사의 직무 만족에 관한 조사 연구 (Research of Job Satisfaction in Radiation Therapy Technologist)

  • 본 연구는 서울, 경기 지역의 의료 기관에 종사하는 방사선 종양학과 방사선사 211명을 대상으로 직무 스트레스가 조직 효과성에 미치는 영향의 요인별 신뢰도를 분석하였으며, 조직문화와 셀프 리더쉽의 각각의 유형을 분류하기 위해 요인분석을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무몰입과 조직 만족도는 성별, 연령에 차이는 없었으나 근무 년 수가 1년 미만과 15년 이상인 경우 유의한 차이를 보였고, 직책이 높을수록 조직 몰입도와 조직 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 각 파트별 근무에 따른 조직 몰입 및 근무 만족도에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 방사선 종양학과의 직무 특수성간 상관관계를 분석한 결과 직무만족(r=0.601, p<0.001), 조직몰입(r=0.522, p<0.001), 스트레스(r=0.605, p<0.001), 조직문화의 위계지향 (r=-0.182, p=0.008), 조직문화의 혁신지향 (r=0.212, p<0.002), 조직문화의 관계지향 (r=0.453, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자부심 (r=0.387, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 리허설과 자기관찰(r=0.242, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자기목표설정(r=0.249, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자기보상 (r=0.341, p<0.001) 항목들은 모두 유의한 상관 관계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 향 후 방사선 종양학과 방사선사의 직무 만족도 조사를 통해 효율적인 인력 및 조직 관리 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

중소기업에서 경영자의 배려와 용서가 학습조직 활동과 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Executive Compassion and Forgiving Behavior on Organizational Activities and Performance)

  • Purpose - Currently, strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in terms of competitiveness is a key economic issue. However, the problem is that many SMEs lack the internal competence required to cope with a rapidly changing market structure. Such problems can act as an obstacle to economic development, yet most SMEs in Korea are dealing with this problem today. A company's source of competitive advantage is changing from quantity to quality, facility to knowledge, and hardwork to creativity. Under such circumstances, a company should place learning and sharing of knowledge and continuously creating new knowledge as its priority. This study aims to identify the effect of a chief executive officer's (CEO) compassion and forgiveness - positive factors in organizational emotion - on learning organization activities and organizational performance, through a theoretical comparison. Research design, data, and methodology - For this study, SMEs based in Daejeon and Chungcheong area were selected. To secure credibility of the data, the subjects were selected among those who have been working at the business for six months or longer. The survey was conducted for 30 days from March 5, 2015 to April 5, 2015. Both offline and online surveys were conducted. Fifty companies were chosen and 700 questionnaires were distributed, with 506 used for analysis. Fifty subject companies (25 from Daejeon, 10 from Chungnam, 10 from Chungbuk, and five from Sejong) were selected and the objective, target, and survey content were explained to a manager at each company either face-to-face or on the phone. Of the total of 700 questionnaires distributed via mail or e-mail, 78.6% or 550 copies were returned. Excluding 44 insufficient questionnaires, the remainder, 506 questionnaires, were used for analysis. Results - This study analyzed how the CEO's compassion and forgiveness affects learning organization activities and organizational performance. First, compassion of the CEO at the SMEs directly affected the learning organization activities and indirectly affected the organizational performance. Second, forgiveness of the CEO at the SMEs did not affect the learning organization activities and organizational performance directly or indirectly. Conclusions - The study conclusions are as follows. First, CEO compassionate behavior at the SMEs was a significant variable that directly and indirectly affected learning organization activities and organizational performance. Therefore, the CEO of an SME can create a positive organizational atmosphere through compassionate behaviors in the organization. Second, the forgiving behavior of the CEO did not have direct or indirect effects on learning organization activities and organizational performance. However, the reason for a CEO to continue his or her forgiving behavior is because it strengthens employee resilience, commitment, and self-efficacy to protect the organization from negative influences such as layoffs, risks, and wrongdoings. The action of forgiveness does not have direct or indirect effects. However, the CEO shall continue such behavior to strengthen members' physiological resilience, commitment, and self - effectiveness, and to protect the organization from risks including layoff and external negative factors.

중소기업 학습조직 담당자의 교육 요구조사 (Education Needs Assessment of Managers for Learning Organization in Small and Mum Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 학습조직 담당자의 역할과 구체적 과업별 중요도와 수행수준에 대한 학습조직화 지원 사업에 참여한 중소기업의 학습조직 담당자들의 인식수준을 조사하여 교육수요를 파악하는데 목적이 있다 학습조직담당자의 역할을 혁신자, 운영자, 전파자, 촉진자 등 4개로 구분하고 구체적 과업을 20개로 정리하여 5점척도에 응답하게 하는 설문지를 개발하여 200여개의 중소기업에 배포한 결과, 123매의 응답이 회수되어 이를 기초로 교육요구분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 나타난 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습조직화 담당자의 역할 중요도(요구수준)에 대한 인식은 현행수행수준(3.73) 보다 높게(4.36) 나타났고, 역할 중요도의 순서는 혁신자, 운영자, 전파자, 촉진자 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습조직 담당자의 과업별 수행수준에 대한 인식정도를 살펴본 결과 중요도(요구수준)는 전반적으로 중급(4.1) 이상의 높은 수준이 요구된다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 현재 보유수준은 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현재의 보유수준과 요구수준의 차이를 기초로 담당자에게 함양 또는 보강되어야 할 직무능력을 분석한 결과 학습조직 활성화를 위한 촉진활동, 학습조 리더 육성, KMS운영 및 성과창출 역량이 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로는 학습조 도입에 따른 조직의 변화관리 역량의 함양과 보강이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Water Level Prediction on the Golok River Utilizing Machine Learning Technique to Evaluate Flood Situations

  • During December 2022, the northeast monsoon, which dominates the south and the Gulf of Thailand, had significant rainfall that impacted the lower southern region, causing flash floods, landslides, blustery winds, and the river exceeding its bank. The Golok River, located in Narathiwat, divides the border between Thailand and Malaysia was also affected by rainfall. In flood management, instruments for measuring precipitation and water level have become important for assessing and forecasting the trend of situations and areas of risk. However, such regions are international borders, so the installed measuring telemetry system cannot measure the rainfall and water level of the entire area. This study aims to predict 72 hours of water level and evaluate the situation as information to support the government in making water management decisions, publicizing them to relevant agencies, and warning citizens during crisis events. This research is applied to machine learning (ML) for water level prediction of the Golok River, Lan Tu Bridge area, Sungai Golok Subdistrict, Su-ngai Golok District, Narathiwat Province, which is one of the major monitored rivers. The eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm, a tree-based ensemble machine learning algorithm, was exploited to predict hourly water levels through the R programming language. Model training and testing were carried out utilizing observed hourly rainfall from the STH010 station and hourly water level data from the X.119A station between 2020 and 2022 as main prediction inputs. Furthermore, this model applies hourly spatial rainfall forecasting data from Weather Research and Forecasting and Regional Ocean Model System models (WRF-ROMs) provided by Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII) as input, allowing the model to predict the hourly water level in the Golok River. The evaluation of the predicted performances using the statistical performance metrics, delivering an R-square of 0.96 can validate the results as robust forecasting outcomes. The result shows that the predicted water level at the X.119A telemetry station (Golok River) is in a steady decline, which relates to the input data of predicted 72-hour rainfall from WRF-ROMs having decreased. In short, the relationship between input and result can be used to evaluate flood situations. Here, the data is contributed to the Operational support to the Special Water Resources Management Operation Center in Southern Thailand for flood preparedness and response to make intelligent decisions on water management during crisis occurrences, as well as to be prepared and prevent loss and harm to citizens.

  • In this paper, we present forecasting ozone concentration with decision support system. Since the mechanism of ozone concentration is highly complex, nonlinear, and nonstationary, modeling of ozone prediction system has many problems and results of prediction are not good performance so far. Forecasting ozone concentration with decision support system is acquired to information from human knowledge and experiment data. Fuzzy clustering method uses the acquisition and dynamic polynomial neural network gives us a good performance for ozone prediction with ability of superior data approximation and self-organization.

A Study on the Factors Associated with the Success of CRM in the Insurance Company

  • This paper studied the theory and methodology of CRM for insurance business and perform empirical analysis to verify causes of success. It considered five factors as variables to explain success of CRM which are (1) Integration through the partnership among organization and members. (2) Utilization of customers' information. (3) Strategy through marketing channel and interaction with customers. (4) Investment and IT infrastructure to construct CRM system. (5) Interaction among organizations for CRM. The success is defined as four terms; effectiveness of organization, curtailment of cost, improvement of customer service and sale of insurance.

Central American Region Maritime Organization and their Role in the occurrence of maritime casualties

  • Since many years ago and in spite of the existence of national regulations and international conventions ratified by the countries that are conformed the Central American Region (CAR), the seagoing maritime sector of this Region, has developed its activity without any type of safety measures. Therefore, a large number of people are known to die, disappear and suffer from serious injuries each year. These maritime casualties devastate the families affected by these events, and severely impact the local social and economic well-being. While all these accidents occurred in this Region, non government or any other official records are available recording these casualties Due to the lack of any historical written reports about maritime casualties occurred in this Region, the compilation of this type of accidents information and data was carried out directly by the researchers in the field. Also, all the information about the CAR Maritime Organization Components was too compiled by the authors from the respective National Maritimes Authorities. From the compiled information was elaborated the CAR maritime casualties data base and from the analysis of the above data base were determined the main causes of the maritime accidents occurred in the CAR. The lack of safety measures onboard and the ignorance of the presence and influence of atmospheric phenomena were among main factors that had been caused the maritime casualties in this Region. By other hand, from the analysis of the CAR maritime organization components, the existence of one level of organization very similar among them was determinate. The objective of this research was to analyze the role of the CAR maritime organization in the prevention of the occurrence of maritime casualties. The results of this study provides general understanding of the causes of this type of accidents in the CAR and basis for support in improving safety navigation system and measures so that the number of fatalities and maritime accidents may be reduced in the future.

  • 본 논문에서는 분산환경에서 데이터마이닝을 효율적으로 하기 위해 데이터 일반화과정으로 데이터 일반화 기법과 데이터 큐브구성 기법을 제안하였다. 그리고 일반화 과정 이후 생성된 데이터 큐브로부터 가장 유용한 데이터를 찾기 위한 방법으로 신경망의 전통적인 자기형상화기법을 응용한 동적 자기구성 지도기법을 제안하였고 이를 위한 시스템 구조를 설계하였다.

  • 데이터의 품질은 효율적인 데이터 활용을 위한 가장 기본적인 전제이다. 수많은 연구와 사례를 통해 오류 데이터로 인한 손실과 그로 인한 문제점들이 대두되고 있고, 국가적으로는 데이터 품질 인증제도가 시행되고 있으나 데이터를 생성하고 관리해야 하는 조직 관점의 CTQ 데이터 선정 방법에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 상황이다. 본 모델은 조직에서 품질관리 대상이 되는 주요 CTQ 데이터를 선정하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 업무 및 IT측면의 CTQ 데이터의 기준을 수립하고 그에 따라 데이터를 선별하여 계량화 할 수 있게 있는 전사적 규모의 CTQ 데이터 관리 방법을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS를 활용하여 요인분석을 수행하고, 계량화를 위해 AHP 방법론을 사용하였다. 특히, DB 품질인증제도의 본격 시행에 따라 실무 적용에 용이하도록 CTQ-DSMM 모델을 활용한 조직 내 데이터 성숙도 관리 방안의 틀도 함께 제시하였다.
