The purpose of this study was to identify how career management activities of hospital administration workers are related to the satisfaction with the working environment compared to career goals. The research method collected survey data from April 1, 2020 to April 15, 2020 for hospital administration workers, and conducted t-test, ANOVA, logistic regression. According to the analysis, career management activities and the satisfaction with the working environment compared to career goals of hospital administration workers was slightly above the normal level, and there were no significant differences between university hospitals and general hospitals. And Satisfaction with the working environment compared to career goals showed that there was a significant positive impact on the mentor relationship formation activities for career management at the individual level. These results are thought to be useful information for setting career management plans for hospital administration workers.

Increasing urban sprawl and climate changes have been causing unexpected high-intensity rainfall events. Thus there are needs to enhance conventional disaster management system for comprehensive actions to secure safety. Therefore long-term and comprehensive flood management plans need to be well established. Recently torrential snowfall are occurring frequently, causing have snow traffic jams on the road. To secure safety and on-time operation of the Bi-modal tram system, well-structured disaster management system capable of analyzing the show pack melt/freezing due to unexpected snowfall are needed. To secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system due to torrential snow-fall, the snow melt simulation capability was investigated. The snow accumulation and snow melt were measured to validate the SWMM snow melt component. It showed that there was a good agreement between measured snow melt data and the simulated ones. Therefore, the Bi-modal tram disaster management system will be able to predict snow melt reasonably well to secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system during the winter. The Bi-modal tram disaster management system can be used to identify top priority area for know removal within the tram route in case of torrential snowfall to secure on-time operation of the tram. Also it can be used for detour route in the tram networks based on the disaster management system prediction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the success factors of sports marketing companies in Korea. Four sport marketing companies were selected as research targets. Also, several data were collected through the books, articles, related literatures, and internet. In addiction, three in-depth interviews were conducted for the qualitative study. The results of this study was as follows. First, some sports marketing companies had been successful in business with big fund. Second, they used choice and focus strategies. Third, they had strategic and careful plans, and their own know-how for the blue ocean markets. Finally, they had expanded its business market by developing various strategies through the media.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

Remodeling of multi-family house (MFH) has emerged as a major issue in the construction industry. Many decision-makers are struggling to determine whether to conduct a remodeling because of insufficient information including standard or method for projecting the price of their facilities after remodeling works. In this context, this research has conducted for analyzing how the price of the MFH is shifted by remodeling works. To achieve this research goal, (i) fourteen MFH remodeling cases were collected and (ii) price variation for the collected cases was analyzed in order to figure out how remodeling work affects the price of MFH cases. Finally, this research suggested the factors determining price of the MFH, wherein remodeling work has been conducted. From the results of this research, it is expected that the decision-makers can understand what is the crucial factors for determining the price of their MFH when they plans remodeling, and further this research can be a corner stone for developing a model for predicting the price of MFH if remodeling would be performed.

Focusing on major event halls in Chung-cheong province, data of events including actual condition of management and state of facilities, accomplishment of performance help us to figure out the problems of local culture events and make concrete plans for development of local culture. Through the facilities and actual result of the performance, records of accidents, including dancing, which could happened in stage allow us to protect performer from an unpleasant matter in advance. Because it is considered to be helpful to make some developments of the art of stage and local culture, we take decisive action with mutual comparison. The purpose of this treatise is to suggest alternative method to develop culture and art events in Chung-cheong province by analyzing the president condition of management.

As private sewage treatment facilities in Korea are constantly concerned about the distribution and poor construction of defective products, minimum standards for each unit process applicable to the planning and design of sewage treatment facilities are deemed necessary. The problems and requirements of the analysis results of the operation status discussed in this study are as follows. 1) Strengthening education of supervisor of private sewage treatment facility. 2) Poor operation and management of Sewage treatment facilities. 3) A mandatory review of sewage treatment facilities for less than 2 ㎥/day of facilities other than sewage treatment zones. 4) Necessity of management of sewage treatment facility in feedstocks. 5) As a result of the technical review, Improvement plans for Ineligible facility are needed. It is also necessary to prepare a guidebook for design construction and maintenance by investigating and analyzing guidelines and data related to domestic and foreign private sewage treatment facilities.

The purpose of this study was to figure out married female immigrants' experience and process of investing in human capital in Korea. The participants were 11 women from multicultural families who had experience of investing in human capital in Korea, could communicate in the Korean language, and were living in Daegu. The data were collected using intensive interviews. The major findings were as follows: The participants' level of education and work experience in native country were not accepted as human capital and offered no advantages or obtaining employment in Korea, while English language skills were useful for those pursuing an English lecturer position. The motives for investing in human capital were 'adjusting to early stage of marriage and a new environments', 'for their childrens' education', 'to improve female immigrants' level of education', 'seeking a better job', and 'advocating more education'. The types of investing in human capital were 'learning Korean language and culture', 'applying to Open University or taking a middle or high school qualification examination', 'obtaining certification', and 'entering regular university'. The participants' plans for investing in the future were 'finding their own job', 'entering regular university', and 'participating in useful educational programs including Korean language skills for daily life' The results showed that the participants' motives for investing in human capital were related in the stage of their marriage. The phases and changes in their motives during a marriage proved that the participants continued to invest in human capital according to their needs and situation.

The effective administration of hospital with innovation and human resource practices is a matter of grave concern because hospitals are becoming bigger and more specialized. Biomedical engineers who manage medical machineries and tools used to deliver healthcare services in a hospital setting play an important role in providing customers good quality services. Maintaining job satisfaction of biomedical engineers is, thus, important in the delivery of quality care. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study aiming to determine factors affecting job satisfaction of biomedical engineers working in general hospitals. The study population consisted of biomedical engineers at 79 general hospitals of 26 regions based on the registry of the Korea Medical Engineering Association (KMEA). The data were collected using a self-administerd questionnaire between May and July of 2009. Job satisfaction was assessed with 19 items covering 3 dimensions of work-external, work-internal, and organizational aspects (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.884$), resulting in an average summary score. Statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS for Windows version 15.0. The mean score of job satisfaction was 3.50 (${\pm}0.04$). There were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction according to age, health status, job position, duration of work as a biomedical engineer, years in the current workplace, difficulty at work, intent to change job, and the amount of support from superiors and colleagues. In multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting job satisfaction of biomedical engineers were salary, health status, and support of superiors and colleagues ($r^2=0.512$). Effective motivation-plans, taking into account organizational characteristics and the working environment of the hospital, may help to improve the job satisfaction of biomedical engineers.

This study analyzed the energy demand, greenhouse gas emission and greenhouse gas reduction potential of Electronic Electrical components company. The LEAP model targeting long term energy plan was used to establish the most efficient plan for the companies by examining the climate change policy of government and the countermeasures by companies. A scenario was created by having 11 greenhouse gases reduction plans to be introduced from 2011 as the basic plan. Regarding input data, energy consumption by business place and by use, number of employee from 2009 to 2012, land area and change in number of business places were utilized. The study result suggested that approximately 13,800 TJ of energy will be spent in 2020, which is more than 2 times of 2012 energy consumption. When the integrated scenario based on the reduction plan of companies would be enforced, approximately 3,000 TJ will be reduced in 2020. The emission of greenhouse gases until 2020 was forecasted as approximately 760,000 ton $CO_2eq$. When the integrated scenario would be enforced, the emission will be approximately 610,000 ton $CO_2eq$, which is decrease by approximately 150,000 ton $CO_2eq$. This study will help the efficient responding of eElectronic Electrical components company in preparing detail report on objective management system and enforcement plan. It will also contribute in their image as environment-friendly companies by properly responding to the regulation reinforcement of government and greenhouse gases emission target based on environment policy.
