Purpose: Recent emergence of diverse businesses in the distribution industry has led small and medium-sized retailers and their distribution logistics centers to face difficulties. Transactions between companies are connected within a supply chain, and the companies have relationships in the form of a supplier and a buyer. Therefore, it is important to identify causes of problems among companies through supply chain and strategic partnerships, thus developing optimal management plans and maximizing performances of companies. This study proposes that sustainable supply chain management consists of product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality based on stakeholder theory and resource-based view. This study examined the impacts of sustainable chain management factors on satisfaction and win-win cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable chain management and win-win cooperation. The data were collected from 245 owners who use small and medium-sized distribution logistics center and analyzed using 2SLS (two-stage least square) with SPSS 28.0. Exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to assess the validity and reliability of constructs. Results: The findings are as follows. In the case of the total and Nadeulgage samples, product, price, and distribution quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but in the case of Neighborhood super, product and price quality have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on win-win cooperation in the overall, Nadeulgage, and Neighborhood super. Satisfaction plays a partial or full mediating role in the case of total, Nadeulgage, Neighborhood super. Conclusions: This study emphasized the need for sustainable supply chain management of small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers by examining the relationship between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. It was found that store satisfaction plays an important role in the win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. Small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers can maximize product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality by understanding the effect of chain store-related satisfaction and win-win cooperation on chain stores.

The The government has recently announced its mid- to long-term plans for promoting art. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, contemporary art contents that are integrated with Intelligent Information Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Big Data are being introduced, and social interest in humanities and creative convergence is rising. In addition, the industrialization of the art market is expanding amid the rising popularity of art among the general public and the growing interest of art as an investment replacement system, along with the strengthening of the creative personality education of our Education Ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy for transparency and revitalization of the art market by providing comprehensive information such as search functions, analysis data, and criticism by writer and price. This paper has established an information system plan for the establishment of an online supply system for art transaction information, providing auction transaction information for art market, providing report and news for art market, providing public relations platform, and providing art market analysis service and membership relationship management service. To this end, the future model was established through environmental analysis and focus analysis of the art market, and strategic tasks and implementation plans were established accordingly.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the importance of data is intensifying, but there are many cases where it is not easy to use data due to personal information protection. Although criminal justice information is expected to have various useful values such as crime prediction and prevention, scientific investigation of criminal investigations, and rationalization of sentencing, the use of criminal justice information is currently limited as a matter of legal interpretation related to privacy protection and criminal justice information. This study proposed to convert criminal justice information into 'crime data' and use it as big data through the structuralization and categorization of criminal justice information. And when using "crime data," legal issues, value in use, considerations for data generation and use were verified by experts, and future strategic development plans were identified. Finally we found that 'crime data' seems to have solved the privacy problem, but it is necessary to specify in the criminal justice information related law and it is urgent to be organized in a standardized form for analysis to use big data. Future directions are to derive data elements, construct a dictionary thesaurus, define and classify personal sensitive information for data grading, and develop algorithms for shaping unstructured data.

This study examined the mental health-related factors of Korean adolescents, especially focusing on the influence of internet use. This study analyzed the raw data from the 14th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey, 2018. The study population was 60,040, with 50.7% male students and 49.3% female students, and 49.7% high school students and 50.3% middle school students. The dependent variables were stress, sadness and despair, suicidal ideation, suicidal plan, and suicidal attempt. The independent variables were gender and age, health behaviors, and time using the internet. Logistic regression analysis was applied to derive the related factors. For all dependent variables, the main contributing variables were gender, grade, economic status, and academic performance. The mental health of adolescents was related to various factors. In particular, the time using the internet was linearly related to the degree of stress, and a higher student group of time using the internet had a more significant effect on sadness, despair, suicidal thoughts, and suicidal plans. In conclusion, the time using the internet has harmful effects on the mental health of Korean adolescents.

Day care center for the elderly is an alternative for community care for frail elderly who need social participation and physical cares and services outside the family. The purpose of this study was to identify the present situation of day care center for the elderly and to suggest desirable interior space plans for elderly day care center. Data were collected by two ways; a mail survey and case studies of existing day care centers. Five cases of day care centers were analyzed to find out Physical and space problems, available programs and services. Also, the staffs in 96 day care centers for the elderly in nationwide were selected for a mail survey and 68.8 percentage of all was collected and analyzed. From the result of case studies, narrow space and lack of accessibility features for wheelchair or other prosthetic devices were the major problems. From the result of a mail survey analysis, the elderly users were over 73 years old, and high proportion had suffered from dementia and apoplexy Also, staffing ration was 1:7 In other words, one staff was caring of 7 old people, and supporting staff was insufficient. Therefore, supportive, therapeutic environment Was more important issue to improve quality of care. Separate program room and outdoor space, lounging space, treatment room by gardening, separate counselling room, bedroom, a simple kitchen unit, staff office, separate physical treatment room, resting room for staff was indicated more necessarily. When priority of planning interior space was safety followed by accessability and convenience, it was also reported that sire of each room was generally narrow. The most serious problem in interior space was the lack and narrowness of space, and accessible features for mobility. Based on the literature review and the findings of this study, two types of floor plans for elderly day care center were suggested;‘a mixed type for the elderly with and without dementia’and‘a separate type for the elderly with dementia.’The main goals for designing interior space for two types of elderly day care center were to provide safe environment, encouraging environment for remaining abilities of users, sanitary environment, therapeutic environment, familiar environment, and socially-encouraging environment. The recommendations for further studies were suggested.

Next Generation Digital Maps on demand Updating System is a system for setup of efficient on-demand updating system, keeping up-to-date data and conducting high-quality service and efficient management. The system is designed that object-based continuous Digital Maps may have on-demand updating available, as well as the exiting feature-based digital maps, and the relevant development is being done. This study presented some problems and improvement plans related to the system operation, by means of implementing object-based continuous Digital Maps and feature-based digital maps updating test, for the next generation digital maps on demand updating system, in order to contribute to present plans to apply next generation digital maps and to secure competitiveness. And, for the economical efficiency of the next generation digital maps on demand updating system, this study analyzed expenses and benefit resulted from introduction of on demand updating system for 1:5,000 digital maps, intended for National Geographic Information Institute. and the land category which have an effect on the officially assessed land price and it using GIS technology.

This paper reports the GEM (Gateway to Educational Materials) project whose goal is to develop an operational framework to provide the K-12 teachers in the world with 'one-stop/any-stop' access to thousands of lesson plans, curriculum units and other Internet-based educational resources. To the IS-element Dublin Core base package, the GEM project added an 8-element, domain-specific GEM package. The GEM project employed the conceptual data modeling approach to designing the GEM database, used the Sybase relational database management system (RDBMS) to construct the backend database for storing the metadata of educational resources, and also employed the active server page (ASP) technology to provide Web interfaces to that database. The consortium members catalog lesson plans and other Internet-based educational resources using a cataloging module program that produces HTML meta tags. A harvest program collects these meta tags across the Internet and outputs an ASCII file that conforms to the standard agreed by the consortium members. A parser program processes this file to enter meta tags automatically into appropriate relational tables in the Sybase database. The conceptual/logical schemas of Dublin Core and GEM profile are presented. The advantages of conceptual modeling approach to manage metadata are discussed. A prototype system that provides access to the GEM metadata is available at http://lis.skku.ac.kr/gem/.

Purpose: In South Korea, two kinds of mandatory insurance, Fierce Liability Insurance and Outdoor Advertising Liability Insurance sells as of February 2021 according to relevant codes. This study analyzed third party liability and personal living liability insurance in terms of various risks not corporation side but personal side arising from normal living and life. Research design, data and methodology: Some cases of drone accident hit man and fierce dog accident were taken into analysis to verify blame ratio and insurance claim money. The former case is that on the way down the elevator, the dog, American pit bull terrier rushed in and bit the lower part of the knee against the visitor. The latter case is that while flying in the sky as usual, the drone suddenly crashed, fell, and hit the head of a young child while walking on the street. Further previous studies such as third party liabilities, liability insurance, mandatory insurance were deeply analyzed. Results: Based on some case studies and previous studies, the author suggested valuable comments in turn realization of insurer as provider, exhaustive creation and operation of mandatory insurance, realization of insured as demanded, and arrangements of laws and systems in special consideration of amendment of companion animal and exhaustive execution of mandatory insurance by the government. Conclusions: This study was about third party liability, personal living liability insurance and expansion of mandatory insurance caused by relevant laws by the government. In this study the author verified what issues were observed from two cases drone accident and fierce dog accident and then suggested some valuable comment as above both systemic plans and practical plans. First of all, the individual should get Comprehensive Property Insurance(CPI) that covers the risks of his/her own property arising from the everyday life. And then the individual should further buy Personal Living Liability Insurance(PLLI) in order to prepare 'accidents that may happen when, where, or how' and overcome the said accidents. Moreover, the individual should take a look every single insurance contract whether he/she has a special terms and conditions of Personal Living Liability Insurance(PLLI) or not.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways a digital therapeutics-based community care plans for the rehabilitation in dysarthria in a situation where non-face-to-face services are expanding in the COVID-19 era. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted on experts working in hospitals, speech-language pathology centers, and social welfare centers, and as a result of the study, 3 topics, 9 sub-themes, and 18 content units were derived. Based on the analysis results, the digital therapeutics-based community care model consisted of 9 types: remote diagnosis, telepractice, rehabilitation training program, peer supporters, clinical support, communication, psychosocial intervention, and care plan services. This study will be able to provide basic data for health care & welfare services using digital therapeutics and guidelines for establishing shared care plans based on multidisciplinary cooperation.

South Korean Government confirmed the creation of competency-centered society as a key national issue and announced development and utilization plan of NCS(National Competency Standards) On May 21, 2013. As a part of the government's plans, they had been developed NCS about 833 jobs by 2014. But Big Data related job, as an emerging job, cannot be seen as a reliable form of job yet. As, at the major industrialized countries and the domestic, education and job competency models of knowledge and skills to take advantage of various types of Big Data have coming, it is a situation that is certainly not settled and more or less in confusion. In this study, for the purpose to present the Big Data Competency reference model for companies and organizations to effectively leverage Big Data, we have presented this reference model and summarized competency elements units such as 20 knowledges and 15 skills of Big Data competency.
