As the number of clinical trials conducted in Korea increases, the need of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for effective clinical data management is also increased. Recently, the Korea Food and Drug Association published 'Guideline for the Electronic Clinical Trial Data Management and Processing' and it would be the foundation for establishing regulation of electronic clinical data management. In this research, we conducted the survey regarding adoption rate of EDC system in clinical trials in hospitals, Contract Research Organizations (CRO), and pharmaceutical companies. And the perceived importance and the ease of application for the Guideline were investigated. The adoption rates of EDC system was 77.6% but it mostly applied to less than five trials. Also EDC system was mostly used in phase I and phase II trials and the utilization rate of CRO was the highest. The perceived importance for the Guideline was high among all three organizations but, in case of the perceived ease of its application, CRO was the highest. Also, the perceived importance of the clinical data standard was high and the standard for data collection was mostly required. However, the comprehension for the global standard of the electronic data was relatively low, so that education is required. This result would be the foundation to increase the electronic clinical trials and develop proper regulation and principles for clinical data standards in Korea.

Today, with the development of information technology, hospitals are actively researching hospital information systems that are not limited by time and space to integrate mobile computing technology into the medical field to manage the bulk data of medical information. Nevertheless, most hospitals still spend a lot of time and effort creating manual schedules. In this paper, we studied an optimization model for organizing nurses' shift work and constructed an automated nurse-type job organization system. For nurses working in S hospital, information data, requirements and constraints of nurses were constructed. By applying this, we proposed an optimized scheduling method and built a web-based platform used by head nurses and a mobile app platform used by general nurses to enable real-time interchange and sharing around web servers. Therefore, through the developed nurse needs type automated system, the head nurses will increase the convenience of the nurses to organize the work every month, and general nurses will help them to work more accurately through personal schedule management. It is also expected to increase work efficiency by sharing work schedules among nurses.

Purpose: To develop an inclusive and sustainable trauma system as the assessment of burden of injuries is very much important. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the estimates and characteristics of abdominal traumatic injuries. Methods: The data were extracted from the National Emergency Department Information System. Based on Korean Standard Classification for Disease 6th version, which is the Korean version of International Classification of Disease 10th revision, abdominal injuries were identified and abdominal surgeries were evaluated with electronic data interchange codes. Demographic factors, numbers of surgeries and clinical outcomes were also investigated. Results: From 2011 to 2014, about 24,696 patients with abdominal trauma were admitted to the hospitals annually in South Korea. The number of patients who were admitted to regional and local emergency medical centers was 8,622 (34.91%) and 15,564(63.02%), respectively. Based on National Emergency Department Information System, liver was identified as the most commonly injured abdominal solid organ (39.50%, 9,754/24,696, followed by spleen (17.57%, 4,338/24,696) and kidney (12.94%, 3,195/24,696). Conclusion: This study shows that the demand for abdominal trauma care is considerable in South Korea and most of the patients with abdominal trauma were admitted to regional or local emergency centers. The results of this study can be used as good source of information for staffs to ensure proper delivery of abdominal trauma care in trauma centers nationally.

The purpose of this study is to delineate and analyze the expression of the kidult and its characteristics and thereby provide data to be used for fashion design in various manners as well as to suggest creative and varied possibilities of fashion design. As a way to study, the author of this paper organized the general terms, concepts and definitions concerning the kidult in the previous papers and journals. The data was collected from the collections represent the characteristics of kidult especially from 2006 to 2015. The results are as follows: Firstly, The characters stimulating the innocence of children were used the most for infantile expression. Parody used characters in the movie or famous logos. Deformation was used to create designs by way of distortion and deformation. Exaggeration thereby showing visually strong impression and inducing surprise and unexpectedness. Depaysement was useful to let us describe concepts and enhance our infinite creativity and interests about objects using surrealistic. Secondly, Infantile characteristics used the images of toys with infantile imagination and sense of humor. Fantasy introduced objects or expressed a dream-like feeling. Unexpectedness used two-faced ideas or conflicting ideas to express conflicts, collision and an interchange with heterogeneous things, avoiding the limit of size and the simplicity of materials. Parody used jocular expressions, satire and ironic expressions to express the original image in a fun manner. Exaggeration transformed changed the structure to restructure objects in a subjective and creative manner, thereby expressing creative patterns using various subject matters by way of special modeling or distortion and transformation.

The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the informationalization over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitve power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top manager's support, well structured communication channel, strategic plan's connection and inner informationalization level. And IS organization ＆ human resources, IS discipline ＆ training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LIS's main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working process's, institution's imperfection and system's interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) between a number of companies goes on increasing on the internet. Although a conventional EDI system reduces business process efforts, time, resources, etc., important information is easily and frequently exposed by well trained hackers and crackers, which inflict a severe loss on the company and even put the company under a crisis. This study integrates the conventional EDI system and Virtual Private Tet(VPN) to maximize an overall efficiency of speed and security in data transferring by the level of importance. The EDI system interfaced to IPSec and L2TP of VPN allows us to select two modes : the one focuses on a high speed with a low or a medium level security or the other does on a high level security with a low or a medium level speed. Both the company and the end users get a lot of tangible and intangible advantages by integrating the EDI system and VPN.

Expressway network which plays an important role on land transportation system, have been developing quantitatively and qualitatively with $7{\times}9$ structure. To cope with complex geometric condition, guidance lane marking has been installed to induce safer lane-changing maneuver. However, there is no standard on guidance lane marking and its effectiveness is also verified with limited scope. The major purpose of this research is to clarify its effectiveness in terms of driving safety aspect using virtual driving simulator and to suggest standard on the proper length. To carry this out, preference data from subjects was collected and lane-changing pattern within virtual driving environment was investigated. In addition, in order to quantify the level of comfort, Electroencephalogram data was collected and validated using statistical test. Finally, it is expected that this research can be used to establish standard on guidance lane marking.

This study was carried out aiming to provide information and enhance the satisfaction of real-time smartphones users on Rural Amenity Resources Information Services. For this purpose, domestic and international discussions and surveys on technology developments and expert analysis smartphone technology were reviewed. And empirical data were collected from 600 people through structured questionnaires including smart-phone experience, smartphone usage behavior, the required content, service items, service quality, Through this information, the content of rural amenity resources, how to take advantage of smart phones. Service Plan and developed, and a rural village locations to target mobile phone technology, the content was established. Through the preference analysis of the collected data, we designed the contents of rural amenity resources information based on smart-phone. It will be helpful to enhance the interchange between urban and rural such as farmer's market and rural tourism.

A subway is one of many public transportation means that contributes toward our society including seoul and offering of its service and expression of various information are in need due to users high demand. And there are various class of users. For that reason an optical communication network in the general contorl center and station buildings was installed. Considering the importance of safe operation of subway, optical communication exists to enhance customer satisfaction. Safe operation is essential as its level of reliance accounts for about 95%. this paper will look for ways to promote mutual information interchange and operation know-how with systems of the same kind and sharing a capable of effective operation of systems in place. Optical communication network in the metropolis railroad accepts various kinds of control networks and data networks for train operation. As occasion demands, this paper presents effective application scheme and specialized organization about an optical communication operating system.
