리드선 권선클레임 개선사례연구 -포장용기개량 및 권선공정전개를 중심으로- (An Improvement of Lead Wire Winding Claims: A Case Study -Packing Reel and Deployment of Winding Process-)

  • For making a lead terminal(condenser, resistor etc.), it is the matter that lead wire have to be supplied smooth without twisting and curving when it is supplied to the further processing (cutting, forming, attach process) after it being forwarded. The purpose of this study is to solve the winding claims of lead wire through the structural expansion of winding equipment to which the improvement of packing equipment to forward safely and supply the lead wire and QFD method are applied. The results of this study is available to solve the technical problem caused by the installation of the existing flyer system for the prevention of twisting and can expect the quality assurance as it prevents the claim(surface fault) caused by the bumping among lead wire which are involved in the packing equipment in its moving stage.

휴리스틱을 이용한 2차원 임의형상 부재 배치 문제 (Nesting Problem for Two Dimensional Irregular Shapes using Heuristic)

  • A new search procedure, VLT(Vertex Line Tracing) heuristic, for two dimensional irregular shapes nesting problem was suggested in this study. The VLT heuristic was suggested to the nesting problem to overcome disadvantages of the existing NFP(No-Fit-Polygon) method. This VLT heuristic was compared with the results of the existing benchmark problems suggested by Albano, Hopper, and Burke. The results of the VLT heuristic give efficient solutions in the point of the scrap ratio and computation time. A computer program, NestLogic, using C++ for VLT heuristic was also developed for this nesting problem.

  • Among processes to manufacture parts from footwear materials like upper leathers, one of the most essential processes is the cutting one optimally arranging lots of parts on raw footwear materials and cutting. A new nesting strategy was proposed for the 2-dimensional part layout by using a two-stage approach, where which can be effectively used for water jet cutting. In the initial layout stage, a SOAL(Self-Organization Assisted Layout) based on the combination of FCM(Fuzzy C-Means) and SOM was adopted. In the layout improvement stage, SA(Simulated Annealing) based approach was adopted for a finer layout. The proposed approach saves much CPU time through a two-stage approach scheme, while other annealing-based algorithm so far reported fur a nesting problem are computationally expensive. The proposed nesting approach uses the stochastic process, and has a much higher possibility to obtain a global solution than the deterministic searching technique. We developed the automatic nesting software of NST(ver.1.1) software for footwear industry by implementing of these proposed algorithms. The NST software was applied by the optimized automatic arrangement algorithm to cut without the loss of leathers. if possible, after detecting damage areas. Also, NST software can consider about several features in not only natural loathers but artificial ones. Lastly, the NST software can reduce a required time to implement generation of NC code. cutting time, and waste of raw materials because the NST software automatically performs parts arrangement, cutting paths generation and finally NC code generation, which are needed much effect and time to generate them manually.

한우 및 낙농 단지용 소형 TMR 플랜트 모델 개발(I) (Modeling of a Small Group Scale TMR Plant for Beef Cattle and Dairy Farm in Korea(I) - Development of TMR Plant Model -)

  • Currently TMR feed produced in commercial plant is one of the major source to feed cattle for both beef and dairy farm. However, because of lack of cutting and mixing system for utilizing domestic produced firmly baled round roughage in commercial TMR plant, these commercial TMR feed can not satisfy to farmers both in quality and price points of view. In order to solve these problems, a farm group size TMR plant model was developed in this study. The model plant was consist of round bale receiving and cutting system, pneumatic conveying system for transfer the roughage which was cut at the cutter to TMR mixer through pneumatic conveyor, TMR mixer enable to soften the stiff rice strew and to mix with other ingredients, finished feed bin which can be transfer to either packing system or individual farm, packing system by tycon bag which contains 400 kg unit and bulk unloading system to individual farmer. Also, a simulation model ARENA was applied to the model system in order to evaluate and check the production rate in each unit process and operation rate of total system and to find out if there are any clogged unit system obstructing the smooth flow of the total process flow. Processing cycle for produce one batch of the model plant was less than 30 minutes. Thus, it will take less than four hours for producing 16 tons per day equivalent to 1,000 beef cattle's daily feed.

적합성 함수를 이용한 2차원 저장소 적재 문제의 휴리스틱 알고리즘 (A Heuristic Algorithm for the Two-Dimensional Bin Packing Problem Using a Fitness Function)

  • 2차원 저장소 적재는 NP-hard 문제로서 그 문제의 정확한 해를 구하는 것이 어려운 것으로 알려져 있으며, 이의 더 좋은 해를 얻기 위해 유전자(genetic) 알고리즘, 시뮬레이티드 어닐링(simulated annealing), 타부서치(tabu search)등과 같은 근사적 접근법이 제안되어 왔다. 하지만 분지한계(branch-and-bound)나 타부서치 기법들을 이용한 기존의 대표적인 근사 알고리즘들은 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 해에 기반을 둠으로 효율성이 낮고 반복수행에 의한 계산시간이 길다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 근사 알고리즘의 복잡성을 간소화하고, 알고리즘의 효율성을 높이기 위해 적재가능성을 판단하는 적합성 함수(fitness function)를 정의하고 이를 이용하여 어떤 특정 개체의 적재영역을 판단하는데 영향을 주는 적재영역의 수를 계산한다. 또한, 이들을 이용한 새로운 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 끝으로 기존의 휴리스틱 또는 메타휴리스틱 기법과의 비교실험을 통해 기존의 휴리스틱 알고리즘인 FFF와 FBS에 비해 97%의 결과가 같거나 우수하였으며, 타부서치 알고리즘에 비해 86%의 결과가 같거나 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

GC/MS에 의한 식품 포장재에 사용되는 접착제의 Toluene diisocyanate 분석 (Analysis of toluene diisocyanate of adhesives in food contact materials by GC/MS)

  • 식품 포장재에 사용되는 접착제의 원료로 사용되는 우레탄의 주원료인 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(TDI)는 인체에 노출될 경우에 독성을 일으킬 수 있다. GC/MS를 사용하여 식품 포장재에 잔류하는 TDI를 분석하기 위한 시료 전처리 조건과 분석조건을 확립하였다. 포장재 중에 포함된 TDI는 n-헵탄, 4%아세트산 등과 같은 식품유사용매를 사용하여 추출된 후, 기체 크로마토그래프/질량분석기 (GC/MS)에 의해 분석되었다. 26개의 식품 포장재를 측정한 결과 10개의 시료에서 $0.51{\sim}60.88{\mu}g/ml$ 농도 범위에서 TDI가 검출되었다. 포장재의 절단된 면에 대한 추출 용매의 접촉을 피하고 포장재 면만이 접촉하도록 한 후 추출시간을 달리하면서 실험한 결과 2시간 추출 조건에서도 0.7% 수준으로 감소되어 실제 식품 조리시에 TDI가 다량 검출될 위험은 미미한 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구에서 확립된 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트에 대한 분석법은 외국의 유해물질에 대한 관리기준을 만족시키는 정량한계를 확보한 신뢰성 있는 방법으로 추후 관련 연구를 위한 기초 분석기술로 활용도가 높을 것으로 예상된다.

도축공정중 식육의 미생물 오염실태 조사 (Microbiological quality of pork meat in the stage of slaughter process)

  • The growth of bacteria on the surface of the meat was monitored to investigate the relationships between microbiological quality and some environmental factors such as the chilling temperature, alcohol spraying, and transport in slaughter process of pigs. The temperature changes of the surface and inner part of pork carcass were monitored with GreenTrack$\textregistered$ system during the process of chilling and transport Of the 100pigs tested, the prevalence of level on number of standard plate count (SPC) less than $10^4$ CFU/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and Escherichia coli less than $10^2$ CFU/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in pig were 82% and 80%, respectively. Suface bacterial numbers are decreased in the course of chilling process of the carcass. Alcohol spray process before packing meat also could decrease the surface bacterial count. In conclusion, this study could be overemphasized the importance of relationship between microbiological quality and refrigerating temperature in the process of refrigeration and cutting.

Optimum Shape Design of Cemented Carbide Micro-Drill in Consideration of Productivity

  • Recently reduction of industrial products in size and weight has been increased by application of micro-drills in gadgets of high precision and a great interest of a micro-drilling has been raised. Due to the lack of tool stiffness and the chip packing, the micro-drilling requires not only the robust tool structure which has not affected by vibration but also effective drilling methods designed to prevent tool fracture from cutting troubles. This paper presents an optimum design shape of a 0.15 mm micro-drill associated with a new manufacturing process to improve the production rate and to lengthen the tool life and suggestions on the micro-drilling characteristic properties associated with the tool life and workpiece quality.

Due to the lack of tool stiffness and the chip packing, micro-drilling requires not only the robust tool structure which has not affected by the vibration, but also the effective drilling methods designed to prevent tool fracture from cutting troubles. Firstly, this paper presents a new manufacturing process of micro-drill for improving the product rate and an optimum shape of micro-drill for lengthening the tool life, and secondly suggests between tool life and drilling torque acquired in the inprocess monitoring system.
