사회맞춤형학과 교육 프로그램의 만족도가 핵심역량 및 자기주도역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 목포해양대학교 사례를 중심으로 - (Influence of Education Program Satisfaction on Core Competence and Self-directed Competence: A Study of Mokpo National Maritime University)

  • 목포해양대학의 해사대학은 학생들에게 선박과 해양에 대한 특수성에 적응할 수 있는 교육 및 훈련 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회맞춤형학과 교육 프로그램의 운영을 통한 프로그램의 만족도가 학생의 핵심역량 향상과 자기주도역량 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 사회맞춤형학과 비교과 교육 프로그램을 조사하였으며, 그 중 통계분석이 가능한 비교과 교육 프로그램인 TALK+를 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. TALK+ 프로그램은 해사대학의 특수성을 반영한 인사담당자와 소통을 할 수 있게 연결해주는 프로그램이며, 259개의 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체적으로 Likert 척도가 평균 4점 이상으로 높은 만족도를 나타내었으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 및 자기주도역량과 통계적으로 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 선형회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 향상 및 자기주도역량 향상에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다(p < 0.001). 본 연구를 통해 다양한 비교과 프로그램의 개발과 동시에 무엇보다도 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 스마트 교육은 정보형 인재에서 창의형 인재로 변화되는 현대사회에서 스마트화, 자동화 교육을 통해 창의적인 스마트 인재를 양성하는 교육 혁명이라 할 수 있다. 즉, 지식정보화와 스마트 기기의 출현 등으로 점차 개인별 능동적 맞춤형 교육 방식으로 교육 패러다임이 변화하고 있으며 이를 반영하는 교육 방식이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 스마트 교육 환경을 구현하기 위한 기반 기술 체계를 설계한 것으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 N 스크린 기반의 차세대 스마트 교육 시스템을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 스마트 미디어 환경에서 교육적 기능과 특징 분석을 기반으로 스마트 교육 시스템의 활용 방안을 극대화시킨 시스템 설계를 연구하였다.

근골격계질환 예방관리 프로그램에 대한 구조 분석 및 실무자 요구 사항 조사 (Structural Analysis and Practitioner Needs Survey for a WMSD Prevention Program)

  • The KOSHA codes H-31 and H-30 provide general guidelines to establish a prevention program for work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSD). Understanding of the components and practitioner needs for a WMSD prevention program is necessary for effective revision and implementation of the KOSHA codes. The present study established a comprehensive structure for a WMSD prevention program and surveyed practitioner needs for the KOSHA codes. The comprehensive prevention program structure, consisting of 7 parts(organization, education, risk management, medical management, program evaluation, and record keeping) and 90 items, was constructed by analyzing WMSD prevention guidelines published by various government agencies such as KOSHA, OSHA and NIOSH. Next, 20 practitioners, from four industry sectors(auto manufacturing, auto part manufacturing, shipbuilding, and machinery), working in a safety and health department or labor union, were interviewed to collect opinions for the KOSHA codes in terms of relevance, government support, and additional information needed. Guidelines of the KOSHA codes requiring modifications and government supports were identified, which can be used to revise the KOSHA codes and to establish a government policy to promote the implementation of the KOSHA codes. Lastly, the survey revealed that integrated, customized, quantitative, and case information for WMSD prevention is additionally needed, which can be used as design guidelines for a WMSD prevention program manual for practitioners.

하계 항만열환경지수 최적화 방안연구: 항만작업환경을 반영한 MENEX모델의 입력변수 개선 (A Study on Optimization of Thermophysiological Indices for Harbor Workers in Summer: Improvement of MENEX Model's Input Data Considering the Work Environment)

  • To prevent increasing instances of heat-related illnesses due to heat waves generated by climate change, a customized thermal environment index should be developed for outdoor workers. In this study, we conducted sensitivity analysis of the Masan harbor during a heat wave period (August 9th to 15th, 2013) using the MENEX model with metabolic rate and clothing-insulation data, in order to obtain realistic information about the thermal environment. This study shows that accurate input data are essential to gather information for thermophysiological indices (PST, DhR, and OhR). PST is sensitive to clothing insulation as a function of clothing. OhR is more sensitive to clothing insulation during the day and to the metabolic rate at night. From these results, it appears that when exposed to high-temperature thermal environments in summer, wearing highly insulated clothing and getting enough rest (to lower the metabolic rate) can aid in preventing heat-related illnesses. Moreover, in the case of high-intensity harbor work, quantification of allowed working time (OhR) during heat waves is significant for human health sciences.

대학도서관 자동화시스템의 품질평가 (Quality Evaluation of Academic Library Automation Systems)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관 자동화시스템의 품질을 평가하는 과정을 통해 도서관자동화의 현단계를 진단하고 현행 자동화시스템에서 발견되는 문제점을 치유하여 향후 보다 바람직한 시스템 구축을 위한 전략과 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 서울대의 SOLARS, 포항공대의 LINNET, 그리고, 부산대의 PULIP (Vintage Las의 customized 형태)을 사례로 선정하여, 각 시스템의 개발과정에서 나타나는 특성과 문제점을 파악하였으며, 또한, 품질평가를 위한 객관적인 기준을 마련하여 각 시스템의 기능을 비교하였고, 나아가, 각 시스템의 장단점을 사서와 최종이용자의 관점에서 분석하였다. 이 연구를 통해 밝혀진 대학도서관 자동화시스템의 품질을 열악하게 만든 주요 요인은 : 계획 부재와 졸속 시행, 자동화 전문 인력의 부족, 시스템 중심의 개발 전략, 이용자의 행태에 대한 분석 결여, 도서관들 사이의 협조체계 미비, 과정에 대한 문서화 작업의 소홀, 그리고, 시스템에 대한 평가과정의 결여 등으로 요약된다.

A Study on Drinking Culture and Attitude by Gender and Grade among College Students

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the drinking culture and attitude difference by gender and grade of Korean college students. A questionnaire was conducted to analyze the characteristics and meaningful differences by two variables about drinking pattern, culture and related policies. The analysis showed that regardless of gender, far more students were against than in favor of prohibition on drinking within campus, whose legislation recently failed. Meanwhile, there was a significant difference by grade in victimization experience regarding drinking within the campus, and by gender in frequency, beverage type, volume, onset of drinking within school. There was no statistically significant gender-based difference in response to experience of damage caused by drinking, but the research results of the related papers show that the female students are more dangerous and need special attention and care. Universities should implement a professional counseling program that is customized according to gender or level of education, and managed by group. Moreover, health authorities must seek a way to lead this move, such as providing incentives to the universities, which efficiently deal with students' drinking problem. And the prohibition on drinking within campus, whose legislation recently failed should be reconsidered.

An Evaluative Analysis of 'U-KNOU Campus' System and its Mobile Platform

  • This paper is an overview of key elements of Korea National Open University's smart mobile learning system, and an attempt to evaluate its main services relative to the FRAME model and the Mobile Learning Development Model for distance learning in higher education. KNOU improved its system architecture to one based on xMOOC e-learning content delivery while also upgrading its PC-based online/mobile learning services to facilitate an easier and more convenient access to lectures and for better interactivity. From the users' viewpoint, the upgraded 'U-KNOU Campus' allows for a more integrated search capability coupled with better course recommendations and a customized notification service. Using the new system, the students can access not only the school- and peer-issued messages via online bulletin boards but also share information and pose questions to others including to the school faculty/officials and system administrators. Additionally, a new mobile payment method has been incorporated into the system so that the students can select and pay for additional courses from anywhere. In spite of these advances, the issue of device usability and content development remain; specifically U-KNOU Campus needs to improve its instructor-learner and learner-to-learner interactivity and mobile evaluation interface.

스마트 교육 콘텐츠의 UX 유형별 특성이 학습자의 몰입과 학습태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of characteristics of smart educational contents by the UX types on the concentration and attitude of a learner)

  • The smart paradigm in the modern society is bringing about a rapid smart sensation and there are means of informational communications being developed with the smart technology in various fields. Accordingly, for an effective smart education, it is necessary to create the customized educational contents for the learners, the users of the education. In this study, the contents of smart education are categorized based on the user experiences. As a result of the analysis, the 3 types of UX are found to have a playful influence on the learning concentration and it is also deduced that such concentration of a learner positively affects his or her attitude towards learning. Moreover, by the age and gender groups, there were differences in the preferences for each of the UX type, so that, in result, gave the valid data for designing and applying the suitable UX type for creating contents of smart education for different main target groups.

  • This paper raised the need to examine how the online education environment triggered by COVID-19 and the smart learning environment can be established in consideration of the improvement of education and learning through learning analysis. Many studies are being conducted in Korea, and the Ministry of Education is continuously striving to build a smart school by promoting strategies for promoting smart education on the way to a talent powerhouse. Nevertheless, there is no unified definition of smart learning, and it can be seen as customized (individualized) learning using smart devices. However, most of the discussions on the construction of smart schools so far have limitations in that they are limited to physical spaces. Accordingly, the opinions of teachers and learners were not sufficiently reflected in the establishment of the facility. This study intends to study smart learning in various departments. In addition, the subjects students in charge of the co-researcher of this study were analyzed. The total number of subjects was 951, and 434 responded to this study survey. In addition, students were well accepting the online environment, and in the future, regardless of COVID-19, research will be presented to improve mutual communication between professors and students in smart learning.

IT 개발자 대상 학습플랫폼 비교 연구 (Comparative Study of Learning Platform for IT Developers)

  • The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.
