도서관협회 회원서비스 강화를 위한 회원제도 개선 및 회원의 권익확대 전략 연구 (A Study on Improving Membership Systems and Expanding Member Rights Strategies for Strengthening Library Association Member Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국도서관협회의 회원 현황 및 도서관협회의 국내외 사례를 분석하여, 향후 회원제도 개선 및 회원 권익 확대 전략을 제안함으로써 도서관 협회의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국도서관협회의 현황 조사, 회원대상 의견수렴, 선행연구 분석을 하였으며, 해외 사례 분석을 통해 핵심 활동의 중요성, 회원 유형 다양화, 차별화된 회비 및 혜택 제공, 그리고 회원 참여 증진 방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서는 한국도서관협회의 권익확대를 위한 회원제도 개선전략으로 회원 유형 및 회비, 회원 혜택 및 회원 유형별 차등화, 회원관리체계의 고도화를 제안하였다. 또한, 회원의 권익 확대 전략으로는 회원 맞춤형 혜택 개발 및 제공, 회원 권익 보호 운동, 회원활동 강화를 제안하였다. 이러한 전략들은 한국도서관협회가 회원의 다양한 요구에 부응하고 긴밀한 관계를 구축하여 활발한 협회 활동을 전개하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

관광 SNS 효익이 관광 SNS 가치를 통해 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Tourism SNS Benefits on the Customer's Intention to Reuse through the Value of Tourism SNS)

  • 본 연구는 관광 SNS 효익의 하위요인(경제적 효익, 고객화 효익, 심리적 효익)과 관광 SNS 가치의 하위 요인(경제적 가치, 기능적 가치, 감정적 가치)이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악하고, 도출된 결과를 이용하여 관광산업의 장기적인 관계 형성을 통해 고객에게 지속적인 차별화된 서비스를 제공하고, 수익증대를 도모해야 한다. 이를 위해서 기존 고객 유지 및 확보할 수 있는 마케팅 전략을 통해 관광산업 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 19세 이상의 성인 326명을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광 SNS 효익 하위요인(경제적 효익, 고객화 효익, 심리적 효익)과 관광 SNS 가치의 하위요인(경제적 가치, 기능적 가치, 감정적 가치)의 관계에서 관광 SNS 효익의 하위요인이 관광 SNS 가치의 모든 하위요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 관광 SNS 가치의 하위요인(경제적 가치, 기능적 가치, 감정적 가치)과 재이용의도 간의 관계에서 SNS 가치의 모든 하위요인이 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 온라인 환경에서 관광산업의 지속적인 성장을 유지하기 위해서는 고객 강화를 위한 장기적인 관계 형성이 필수이다. 모빌리티 앱(App)과 같은 콘텐츠를 개발하여 효율적인 마케팅 전략의 필요성을 제시함과 동시에 고객이 인지하는 관광 SNS 효익과 관광 SNS 가치를 극대화한다면 관광상품의 재이용의도가 향상될 것으로 사료된다.

관계효익이 관계 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relational Benefits Affecting Relationship Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relational benefits affecting the relationship quality and the existence of differences to which relational benefits are most important to the customers across the type of services that customer buys and customer's relationship orientation in how they orientate their relationships with service firms. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, all relational benefits, economic, social, psychological, functional benefits, is related the relationship quality. Second, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customers will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across the type of service. The more service is customized, the less economic benefits affect relationship quality and the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. however there isn't a difference in the effect of functional benefits on relationship quality across the types of service, functional benefits are a important benefits both situations. Third, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customer will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across customers. The more customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. The less customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more economic and functional benefits affect relationship quality. However there isn't a difference in the effect of social benefits on relationship quality across customers. In addition to, relationship orientation is related to demographic facets such as sex-type, age and income. Male is higher relationship orientation than female. The more customers are older, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms and the more customers have income, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms.

Impact of Individual's Regulatory Focus on Value Perceptions of and Willingness to Invest towards Online Mass-Customized Fashion

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of consumers' regulatory focus on their perceived values of the product as well as shopping process, and willingness to invest resources for online mass-customized products. Data were collected using an online survey from 251 young adult consumers, particularly those who have prior purchase experience of mass-customized products. Interpretation of results indicated that consumers' promotion regulatory focus impacted their perceived values of the product (social, emotional, monetary, and epistemic but not performance), perceived values of the shopping process (hedonic and utilitarian), and willingness to invest more money, time and effort. However, as anticipated, prevention regulatory focus had no significant influence on the dependent variables. Researchers provide crucial implications for brands of online mass-customized products to segment their market based on regulatory orientation, as well as better cater to customer demands by positioning their products as offering benefits that specifically caters to the needs of such consumers.

지체장애인 맞춤형주택 디자인가이드라인의 사용자혜택 분석 (User Benefits Analysis of Customized House Design Guidelines for Physically Disabled People)

  • Most existing residential environment of disabled people has made them exposed to the risk of safety accidents, and therefore hinders their independent living. In this regard, the importance of desirable residential environment has emerged. Some preceding studies have addressed the characteristics of disabled people's residential environment plan; however, the information on what environmental benefits are offered through such characteristics is insufficient. This study aims to analyze the housing design guidelines for disabled people in respect of the benefit of disabled people who are actual users. In this study, essential design guidelines for disabled people verified through expert workshop panel was analyzed based on user benefit theory. According to the study results, the total guidelines have the most characteristics supporting behavioral facilitation, and mainly consist of physiological maintenance characteristics related to disabled people's health and safety. Also, it is founded that environmental affordance essentially required depending on each spatial function was different. The ratio of physiological maintenance item is high in access route, unlike living room, kitchen and bed room where behavioral facilitation is especially emphasized. These findings can be utilized as basic data for customized residential environment plan to realize residential welfare for disabled people.

메이크업 전문 뷰티아카데미 교육생들의 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (A Study on The Influence of Relational Benefits on Brand Image and Trust of Trainees in Make-up Beauty Academy)

  • 본 연구는 메이크업 뷰티아카데미 수강생들이 뷰티아카데미에 대해 지각하는 관계혜택이 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰, 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 인천, 경기 등 5개 전문 뷰티아카데미 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 잠재변수들 간의 인과관계와 상호 영향력, 구조모형을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 SmartPLS 2.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 관계효익 중 심리적 효익을 제외한 사회적 효익, 경제적 효익, 고객화 효익은 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 효익과 경제적 효익은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰 모두 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 메이크업 전문 뷰티아카데미와 수강생들 간의 고객관계 형성에 필요한 시사점을 도출하였다.

국민기초생활보장법의 개정과정 연구: 맞춤형급여를 중심으로 (A Study on the Revision Process of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act Focusing on Customized Benefits)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2014년 12월 30일 국민기초생활보장법 맞춤형급여 개정과정에서 나타난 정책결정요인이 무엇인지에 초점을 두어 설명하는 것이다. 구체적으로 복지제도 사각지대를 둘러싼 법 개정 요구에도 진전되지 않던 상황에서 왜 특정 시기에 급속한 개정으로 이루어질 수 있었는지 그 이유에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 정책결정의 우연성을 강조하는 Kingdon의 정책흐름모형을 활용하여 문제의 흐름, 정치의 흐름, 정책대안의 흐름으로 나누어 검토하였고, 이러한 각 흐름이 흐르던 중 송파 세 모녀 자살사건이 정책결정과정에 커다란 역할을 하는 주요 매개체로 작용하면서 정책의 창이 열릴 수 있었다. 이 사건은 국민기초생활보장법에 관한 문제가 사회적, 정책적 관심을 촉발하는 계기가 되었고 사회적 이슈로 큰 파장을 불러일으키며 신속한 법 개정이 이루어진 것으로 파악되었다.

ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 사용자의 재구매 의사와 조직 이익에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A study on the factors influencing the ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits)

  • ASP service users' needs for flexible and customized services to deal with changes in business environments and user contexts seems to be appealing due to the progress of technology and IT paradigm such as ubiquitous computing and web 2.0. Through the lens of expectancy confirmation and flexibility, we explored factors that influence users' repurchase intent and organizational benefit in ASP services. With an empirical study, we examined information quality, service quality, flexibility, customization, user satisfaction, trust in ASP services can contribute to the repurchase intent and organizational benefit. In addition to, business type and company size are added to the research model as control variables for user satisfaction, trust, and repurchase intent. Our findings suggested that the service quality and flexibility significantly were cruicial determinant of user satisfaction in ASP services. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly influenceS repurchase intent, and organization benefits were affected by repurchase intent. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand factors that affect ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits.

Implementing an Application Tool of Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for Highway Maintenance and Rehabilitation in California, USA

  • Life-Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for highway projects is known as an effective analytical technique that uses economic principles to evaluate long-term alternative investment options, especially for comparing the values of alternative pavement design structures and construction strategies. In the Unites States, the 2012 Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) amended the United States Code to mandate that the United States Government Accountability Office (GOA) conducts a study of the best practices for calculating life-cycle costs and benefits for the federally funded highway projects in 2013. The RealCost 2.5CA program was developed and adapted as an official LCCA tool to comply with regulatory requirements for California state highway projects in 2013. Utilization of this California-customized LCCA software helps Caltrans to achieve substantial economic benefits (agency cost and road user cost savings) for highway projects. Proper implementation of LCCA for roadway construction and rehabilitation would deliver noticeable savings of agency's roadway maintenance cost especially in developing counties where financial difficulties exist.

일 지역 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업의 고혈압.당뇨병 사례관리 효과분석 (The Effect of Case Management for Clients with Hypertension.DM Registered in Customized Home Visiting Health Care Services)

  • Purpose: To analyze the effects of customized home visiting health services on the health and health behaviors of clients with hypertension (n=107) and diabetes mellitus (DM: n=67). Methods: A one group pre and post-test research design was used. The subjects were registered in a customized 8-week, interventional, home visiting health services available in Daegu. Data was collected from November 17, 2008 to January 23, 2009. Analyses involved descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test and paired t-test. Result: Hypertension control rate was improved 25.2% and DM control rate was improved 3.0%. There were significantly beneficial hypertension-related differences in BP, health belief, health knowledge and health behaviors including performance of 10 min of moderate exercise, diet, BP monitoring and medication. Significantly beneficial DM-related changes included glucose, health belief, health knowledge and health behaviors including performance of 10 min of moderate exercise and glucose monitoring. But there were no significant hypertension-related differences in health belief (barrier) and health behavior including drinking and exercise length/frequency. Also, no significant DM-related differences were evident in health belief (barrier) and health behaviors including drinking, smoking, exercise length/frequency, diet and medication. Conclusion: Customized home visiting health service can provide effective, but not complete. Whether these benefits are maintained in the longer term is unknown.
