The modeling of business processes is key component of any improvement or re-engineering endeavor. Present trends of business modeling methodologies are to include the social context of an organization. Although various methodologies have been developed specially for the business process field and have a social context, it is not in terms of goals and customers, but processes, activities, and tasks. We describe our stance on business process modeling, based on the viewpoint of goal and customer. First, we formalize a goal-oriented business process model and its evaluation mechanism. Second, we propose a methodology of business process modeling, which starts from perceiving and describing interactions between organization and customer from the customer's viewpoint.

Organizational change projects such as Business Process Redisign (BPR) have been perceived to incur high risk due to their high management complexity, enterprise-wide impace, and steep project cost. This research intends to reduce such risk by developing a systematic process redesign methods, called Dynamic Process Modeling (DPM) method. DPM integrates the customer-oriented business process modeling technique with computerized visual simulation technique to promote better understanding of the target process and enable performance simulation of the proposed redesign alternatives prior to actual BPR implementations. For the cusstomer-oriented process modeling, we propose Dynamic-Event Process Chain (Dynamic-EPC) extending from the conceptual customer process model, Event-Process Chain (EPC). We compare DPM with four other implementation-level process modeling methods over eight criteria and demonstrate its effectiveness by applying it to the real-world hospital BPR case.
The issue of customer-centric enterprise focusing on realizing customer needs has recently received considerable attention in the corporate world. However, little research has yet been reported on developing Information Systems (IS) supporting the customer-centric enterprises. This research proposes an integrated approach of IS development that supports organizations aiming to become customer-centric enterprises using various customer profiles. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach unifying goal modeling, business process modeling, and information systems modeling. The approach is expected to be seamlessly linked with the object-oriented systems development approach. Finally, we apply this approach to the real case of a securities company in Japan.
Purpose: In this research, We made the conceptual frameworks for SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) on Global quality's origin and empirical research. Developing conceptual frameworks is an important step in theory building and theory testing. This research model was developed by strong theoretical foundation which is quality and systematical model. Methods: Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. The analysis was conducted using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: Results show that process quality and interaction quality are important drivers in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly impact on customer loyalty(repeated purchase). Conclusion: In turbulent business era, Global company require not only excellent quality but also create customer oriented culture and control over operation in the foreign country.

Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhouse gases are problems to be solved at a global level. With an increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibility of the management of companies, the manner in which companies approach quality-oriented culture and their individual sustainability management are being discussed as truly important issues to help them secure their competitiveness and growth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainability management abilities. This study conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify research models and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies using a questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involved the performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likert scale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed for PLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM (structural equation modeling). The study then verified empirical research hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis, factorial analysis, and path analysis. Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted and the rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusing on customer-centered management significantly influenced the maintainability management performance of environmental integrity and social responsibility, while economic profitability was dismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culture was significantly concerned with economic profitability but not with environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect on economic profitability but not on environmental integrity or social responsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented company culture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainability management. It conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companies should consider the need for social responsibility management and environmental transparent management-focused maintainability management as avenues to create new markets and business, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation for having a customer and process-centered quality-oriented company culture by creating shared values between supply chains and enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, we are marching towards a creative win-win era from a society of conflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that social responsibility management and supply chain management (SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainable development, as they try to improve their culture while pursuing both win-win relationships with interested parties and equity in various conflictive relations.

In the context of economic integration and fierce competition, organizations are very concerned about customer orientation so as to build close relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer loyalty. In company strategy, customer relationship orientation is critical. Customer satisfaction and loyalty will improve if employees perform well in the customer-oriented process. The study's purpose is to examine the links between doctors' job happiness, customer orientation, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in international hospitals in Vietnam. In international hospitals, data was collected from 204 clinicians and 408 patients. By applying structural equation modeling. The study found that doctors' job satisfaction had a significant impact on customer orientation and satisfaction in international hospitals. Customer satisfaction may be improved with a good customer orientation. The doctors' job satisfaction and effective customer orientation improve customer satisfaction and loyalty towards international hospitals in Vietnam, thanks to the impact of spreading emotions. In particular, if doctors are satisfied with their jobs, it promotes customer satisfaction when using medical services at international hospitals. The study has proved the essential role of customer-oriented strategy and doctors' job satisfaction in customer satisfaction and loyalty towards international hospitals.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the locomotion orientation on salespeople' sales performance with the mediating effect of selling behavior(adaptive selling behavior, SOCO). And we figure out the relationship between customer-oriented selling behavior and adaptive selling behavior because those relationships are not clear. The authors infer research hypotheses based on literature review. We have confirmed the reliability and validity test and those results can be acceptable. Hypotheses test were conducted with structural equation modeling, AMOS. All paths in the research model reasoned by authors have been supported statistically at the significant level. This study with the theoretical implications is as follows. First, this study is the first attempt to investigate the path between locomotion orientation and adaptive selling behavior and SOCO. Secondly, there is an empirical conflict between our study and Franke and Park(2006)'s study. Our study was contradictory to Franke and Park(2006)'s consequences. And so, figuring out clearly those causal paths remains. This study with practical implications are as follows. First of all, the salespeople' selling performance was affected by adaptive selling behavior, customer-oriented selling behavior, and sales-oriented activities, such as the importance of selling behavior once again proven. It is necessary to enhance the capabilities that can be transformed into action appropriate to the needs of customers each sales step-by-step in the process of salespeople for various system through education and incentives, and to interact with customers and understand their customers relative to salespeople will. In order to enhance adaptive selling behavior, the company needs to do educational program and monitoring system with the positional promotion when salespeople get the high adaptive selling behavior. Secondly, the locomotion orientation of the salespeople is to cause this selling behavior. Management style to increase locomotion orientation is needed, which means, salespeople' superior about something should be conducted. In order to stimulate the selling behavior of the salespeople, most supervisors should use some managerial tools such as feedback, engagement, and rewards.

In this paper, we propose an efficient car management system based on object-oriented modeling using car number recognition and smart phone. The proposed system perceives car number of repair vehicle after recognizing the licence plate using an IP camera in real time. And then, existing repair history information of the recognized car is be displayed in DID. In addition, maintenance process is shooting video while auto maintenance mechanic repairs car through IP-camera. That will be provide customer car identification and repairs history management function by sending key frames extracted from recorded video automatically. We provide user graphic interface based on web and mobile for your convenience. The module design of the proposed system apply software design modeling based on granular object-oriented considering reuse and extensibility after implementation. Car repairs center and maintenance companies can improve business efficiency, as well as the requested vehicle repair can increase customer confidence.
Purpose - The market orientation of a manufacturer is a very critical competitive advantage factor in the development of new markets and the sustainability and maintenance of existing ones, achieved through the design of customer-oriented products. This is recognized as a virtuous circle, in which firms grow by means of promoting quality management. However, though market-oriented activities are important in management and operations, they seem to be promoted mainly by large-scale enterprises rather than by small- and medium-scale firms, the latter having invested relatively few company resources. Furthermore, few studies and analyses have examined how market orientation relates to the expansion of quality programs within organizations or with business performance; the market orientation and customer-orientation concepts are mixed together when both are used in research. Given the current market situation in which the servitization of manufacturing firms is rapidly expanding, this study's analysis of the effect on market orientation of manufacturers is a significant contribution. From this perspective, this study has several objectives. First, is to analyze and suggest the relationship between market orientation and quality management activity for manufacturers, focusing on three sub-activities: products, process, and quality management activities. Second, it is intended to identify correlation between manufacturers' market oriented activity and their management performance and then to analyze how market orientation affects business performance. The results of a number of prior studies on the correlation between market orientation and management performance have indicated that market orientation does affect management performance. Third, this study also investigates whether any differences in the relationship among market orientation, quality management activity and business performance occur according to company size. The results are used to present operational suggestions for large- and small- and medium-size firms. Research design, data, methodology - This study seeks to analyze and identify the causal features of the organic relationship among market orientation, quality management, and management performance for Korean manufacturing companies using three years (2005-2007) of market orientation, quality management, and business performance data. Subsequently, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the causal features of related factors and it aims to identify the features of market orientation, quality management, and business performance. Results - The analysis examined how market orientation affected the quality management and management performance of 159 smalland medium-size companies. In particular, enterprise quality management was analyzed in relation to management performance with a focus on activities such as leadership, measurement and improvement, quality control, cost management, and process management. Conclusions - The result of the analysis show that market orientation significantly affected all of the quality management activities and that market orientation in turn significantly affected organizational performance. The result of analysis indicate that quality management activities have a significant effect on quality control and cost management.
