In this paper, an OPS(Optical Protection Socket) unit is designed and prototyped for the application in the optical CPN(Customer Premises Network). The OPS unit, which plays an important role in the CPN for the enhanced network reliability, is consisted of $1{\times}2$ optical fiber splitter, combiner, and $1{\times}1$ optical switch to be a hybrid-typed unit. Various considerations, about power burget and optical information loss have given the most practical design for OPS. From the measurement of the realized OPS unit, it has proved such as the pertinent switching delay time with minimum data loss, the perceptive ability on the ONU degradation, the switching ability on the ONU malfunction.

The distinctive design of apparel product is the crucial factor that provides the powerful competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. However, knock-offs or copycats easily copy the design of apparel product and its problem tends to be assented in real world. Design right is one of intellectual property rights that would be produced by intellectual activity and the appropriate means to establish the exclusive rights to the design should be established. Legal protection to the design right is the system that can prelude copycats from eroding an exclusive position in the market place. The present study was to analyze the trend of registration of design rights in apparel products and to point out problems of current protection law to design.

By integrating WDM to OPS unit which plays an important role for the reliability of CPN, we made it possible to provide CATV, VOD, and high-speed data services simultaneously and to meet the requirements for new services in the future. For the design of optimal system, the link analysis of power budget has been performed. Also, the prototyped system has been tested with STM-1 level signals to confirm functions such as transmission, distribution, and protection. The results proved that when occurred out-of-order or recovery of ONU, the system did the pertinent switching with minimum loss for high-speed data services. Also for video distribution services, the system has distributed STM-1 level signals successfully.

This paper analyzes the effects of i-PIN focusing on the positive value creation rather than the negative loss reduction from the viewpoint of internet company. Empirical tests are run to examine what determines the use of i-PIN and whether i-PIN users participate in e-commerce, communication, and SNS activity. Our findings are as follows. First, the reason for using i-PIN lies in the experience of privacy infringement rather than a high value on privacy protection. Second, i-PIN users tend to participate in the online activity such as e-commerce, communication, SNS. Third, the marginal effect of i-PIN adoption amounts to 2~9% of increase in the online activity. With the results, we expect that i-PIN adoption leads to sales increase and new customer acquisition as well as privacy leakage decrease and it provides logic to solve social underinvestment problem in privacy protection.

The overall objectives for Korean railway system of the future are speedup, capacity management, increase safety, environmental protection. and enhancement efficiency. To achieve these, interconnection within the railway system must be optimised and designed on a customer-friendly basis. This principles applies to both passenger and freight traffic. for which cost-effective and time-efficient facilities must be provided. As the result. Korean railway network modernization is based on seeking out optimum conditions for improving railway business.

To restrain abnormal voltage and effective operation in protect system, some of customer in Korea earth their own transformer in 154kV power system. The above ground system has some problems if ground fault occurs in other related area such as ground relay errors, under count register in two element register system. There for most huge customers opens the ground neutral and it causes errors in insulate and protection coordination and register system. In this paper presents the solution for above system.

최근 기업에서는 정보자산을 여러 가지 통제 및 관리 수단을 통해 보호활동을 하고 있다. 그러나 보호수준을 높게 요구할수록 업무 수행의 불편함으로 단기적인 효율성 및 생산성이 감소하게 되었다. 이와 함께 조직의 정보보호를 위한 투자가 지속적으로 증가함에도 불구하고 정보보호 성과측정을 위한 체계적인 방법이 제시되지 않아 정보보호 투자 의사결정 및 정보보호 개선 방향 도출이 어려운 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 정보자산의 보호에 대한 개념을 정립하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 바탕으로 정보자산보호를 위한 활동의 유형을 관리활동과 통제활동으로 분류하여 이들이 정보자산보호활동의 성과와 조직 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해 이론연구와 더불어 실증적 연구분석을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 이용하여 측정모형 및 가설검증을 실시하였다. 통계분석 결과, 정보자산보호 관리활동은 정보자산보호 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 정보자산보호 통제활동은 정보자산보호 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보자산보호 성과는 조직 성과에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에 본 연구결과에 대한 의의 및 한계점을 논의하였으며, 향후 연구에 대한 시사점도 언급하였다.

Purpose: This paper proposes a quality strategy based on the evolution of technology in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: We examine the theory of past quality activities and the changes in quality paradigm, and analyze key words for the technologies and key issues of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Based on existing quality management, we find a quality strategy that should be pursued during the 4th Industrial Revolution. Results: Quality has been recognized as an essential component of corporate competitiveness. The paradigm of quality has also changed with the pass of time and industry development. From this viewpoint, the following eight quality strategies are proposed for the development of the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution period, such as Market-to-customer fusion quality, symbiotic quality, big data quality, technical accuracy and zero-defect quality, facility predictability quality, software quality, process flexibility quality, and information protection stability and security quality. Conclusion: Quality for customer satisfaction is still important nowadays. However, in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, where various business models and methods of manufacturing are expected, the big data utilization, software quality, and the reliability and security of information protection to support it are important.

e-business 환경 내 정보기술이 혁신적으로 발전하면서 기업들 사이에서는 고객정보 보유량이 기업의 핵심 경쟁력임을 인지하게 되었고, 이때 민감한 개인정보들까지도 무작위로 오남용.도용되면서 개인정보에 대한 적절한 대안이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 e-business 환경 내 노출되어질 수 있는 개인정보 위험을 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 신뢰를 기반으로 한 개인정보정책 모델(TPM-Trusted Privacy Policy Model)을 제시하였고, 정보보호 관점에서 4가지 주요 메커니즘(CAM, SPM, RBAC Controller, OCM)을 제안하였다. 이는 e-business 환경에서 개인정보 정책 및 절차를 기반으로 사용자별 권한부여를 통한 접근제어 및 통제가 가능하도록 분석 설계하였다. 또한 TPM 모델의 활용성을 제안하고자 실제 e-business 환경의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)에 적용하여 보았다.

본 연구는 2011년부터 2014년까지 감사대상기업의 사회적 책임이 감사 효율성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 감사대상기업의 사회적 책임활동을 측정하는 변수로 경제정의연구소에서 공시하는 KEJI 지수 및 KEJI지수의 개별 항목 각각이 감사보수 및 감사시간에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, KEJI지수로 측정한 기업의 CSR활동은 감사보수 및 감사시간과 유의한 관련성이 나타나지 않았다. 한편, KEJI 지수를 구성하는 개별항목을 구분하여 CSR 개별 항목이 감사의 효율성에 미치는 영향에서는 CSR 공정성, CSR 사회공헌도, CSR 환경경영이 감사시간과 감사보수에 유의한 음(-)의 영향, CSR 소비자보호도와 CSR 직원만족도가 감사시간과 감사보수에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 첫째, CSR 공정성, CSR 사회공헌도와 CSR 환경경영도 항목의 평점이 높은 기업의 재무제표 감사인은 재무제표 투명성의 제고로 인하여 감사위험을 낮게 평가할 수 있으며, 이러한 감사인의 평가는 감사시간의 투입을 낮추는 요인이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 한편, 기업이 제공하고 있는 소비자 편의, 광고비 지출 및 직원들에 대한 보건, 안전, 교육훈련 등의 지출이 재무제표 왜곡가능성을 높일 수 있는 요인으로 인식할 수 있다. 재무제표 감사인은 CSR 소비자보호와 CSR 직원만족 활동이 높은 기업의 비용지출은 필수적이라기보다는 재량적이라고 판단할 수 있다. 이에 따라 감사인은 재무제표 왜곡위험이 높아짐에 따라 감사위험을 낮추기 위하여 더 많은 감사시간을 투입하고 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 KEJI 지수와는 별개로 KEJI 지수를 구성하는 개별항목이 재무제표감사의 효율성에 미치는 영향이 기업의 산업별, 규제별, 재무적특성별로 차별적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.
