  • The purpose of this study was to establish which factors were considered when fashion companies discussed the intention of employing the internet in various capacities. A total of 228 candidates were surveyed between 17-11-07 and 17-01-08. The collected data was used to conduct various descriptive and comparative analyses. Firstly, environmental factors considered important were internal pressure, external pressure and uncertainty of the market. Organizational factors considered important were support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization and future directivity. Profit factors considered important were elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and reduction of expenses. Prohibitive factors considered important were miscellaneous expenses, secession of the customer, internal opposition of the organization and convertible expenses. Secondly, fashion companies regarded internal pressure, external pressure, support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization, future directivity, elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and miscellaneous expenses as important when discussing the introduction of the internet.

  • The elevated standard of living and increased interest in health and well-being have caused customers to expect a role. Consumers are more and more interested in food service merchandise development. The purpose of this paper is to perform a discriminant analysis of merchandise development policies based on customer participation strategies. Statistical techniques employed included the reliability analysis and the discriminant analysis. The current thesis is based on the 350-questionnaire-survey conducted from July 1 to July 31, 2008 at five food service companies in Seoul and Gwangju. The data collected for this study was analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validation analysis, factor analysis, and discriminant analysis using the SPSS 12.0 package program. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the active groups and the passive groups in all the merchandise development related factors, market directivity, and customer satisfaction directivity. Thus, food service management needs to apply customer participation strategies aggressively.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of a franchise organization training program on its achievements. For the training program variables, it takes a motivation, a role perception, and a customer directivity as independent variables, and satisfaction or dissatistaction as a parameter. Also, it regards operation capability improvements, satisfaction of the job, and a will for a long-time employment as a dependent variable, then it presents the results by using SPSS/PC+ statistics methods. The results shows that satisfaction of training programs affect the long-time employment a lot. Therefore, for a long-run growth of the franchise organization, it is important to carry out proper training programs. The introduction(part I) contains the subject proposal and the purpose of the study, and theological background(part II) shows the definition and quality of a franchise organization, and some expectations from training programs such as motivations, role perceptions, and customer directivity. Also, part III presents the study model, hypothesis, and analyzing methods. For the last, part IV shows the verification of statistic results, then part V presents the conclusion.

  • The purpose of this study is to present that the strategic orientation affects on the green management performance. In order to carry out this research, the samples are reviewed and the ten hypotheses are verified reliably and appropriately. The results of the verification are summarized as follows: First, strategic directivity affects on the green management performance significantly. Second, two factors of the strategic directivity, customer orientation and technology orientation affect on the green performance relatively high. Finally, the two elements of the strategic orientation, competitive orientation and technology orientation affect on the financial performance significantly. In conclusion, this study shows all of the factors of the strategic orientation affect on the green management. In order to get the effective green management, education programs should be conducted by social support systems.

  • This study identified the impact of the service quality of local food stores on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention of the customers as the interest into local foods is increasing. The main outcomes are as follows: First, many of the respondents said that they use the local food stores based on the trust in the origin of the products and good quality. Second, reliability and validity were suitable for factor analysis and the correlation had a positive (+) directivity. Third, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles were analyzed to have a positive (+) impact among the 5 aspects of service quality except for responsiveness. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive (+) impact on the intention to revisit the local food stores, and reliability, assurance and empathy had a positive (+) impact on revisiting intention at the statistical significance level except for responsiveness and tangibles among the 5 service quality aspects. Therefore, it is thought to be required to keep having interests into service quality to gain a competitive edge as a sustainable management system since the service quality of local food stores has impacts on customer satisfaction and intention to revisit.

  • In this study, market orientation affects the real estate transaction and about the various parameters examined, the real estate transactions, market orientation and intensity of competition in the market upheaval and the impact was seen on the results can be summarized as follows. First, market orientation and about the relationship between real estate transactions were examined.   • A weighted sound pressure level has been used to evaluate sounds test or sound quality test for a refrigerator up to present but the customer had different satisfactions of refrigerator sounds with different listening position.   • This study, through the domestic literature research and the success stories of restaurant business, derived the success factors, the impact of these factors on the management performance was carried out through a survey for the establishment of Foodservice Business empirical research. First, according to the result that analyze effect that founder special quality factor gets in management result, was expose that a social technology causes effect that keep in mind in net profit growth rate and customer rate of increment and result that establishment readiness keeps in mind in net profit growth rate, customer rate of increment and seat turnover rate was confirmed. Second, in operation management factor accessibility in customer rate of increment and seat turnover rate, facilities in seat turnover rate, service capacity in net profit growth rate and customer rate of increment and seat turnover rate, promotion activity was confirmed that keep in mind each in customer rate of increment. Third, the effect that quality directivity gets in management result in occasion of establishment restaurant business in goods factor was confirmed that do not keep in mind statistically. Therefore, this study, by presenting the factors for establishment of restaurant business, may contribute to the success strategy establishment of the establishment restaurant business preparator and existing restaurant businessmen.
