In this study, nanostructured Fe-Ce powder with grain size of 10nm was produced by MA (mechanical alloying) process and was consolidated by PECS (pulse electric current sintering) process for the fabrication of bulk nanostructured Fe-Co softmagnetic alloy. PECS process was performed at 700, 800, 900 and $^1000{\circ}C$ with holding time ranging from 0 to 15min. The effectiveness of PECS Process to Produce nanostructured bulk specimens was estimated. The optimal PECS process condition for nanostructured Fe-Co powders was found through observing the change of relative density and microstructure with sintering temperature and holding time. The magnetic properties of the sintered specimens were evaluated through the measurement of coercivity and saturation magnetization.

This paper presents a DC-DC buck converter with a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) that can compensates for power efficiency degradation over a wide input range. Its switching frequency is kept at 2 MHz and the delay difference between the High side driver and the Low side driver can be minimized with respect to Process, Voltage and Temperature (PVT) variations by adopting the PLL. The operation mode of the proposed DC-DC buck converter is automatically changed to Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) or PWM frequency modes according to the load condition (heavy load or light load) while supporting a maximum load current of up to 1.2 A. The PWM frequency mode is used to extend the CCM region under the light load condition for the PWM operation. As a result, high efficiency can be achieved under the light load condition by the PWM frequency mode and the delay compensation with the PLL. The proposed DC-DC buck converter is fabricated with a $0.18{\mu}m$ BCD process, and the die area is $3.96mm^2$. It is implemented to have over a 90 % efficiency at an output voltage of 5 V when the input range is between 8 V and 20 V. As a result, the variation in the power efficiency is less than 1 % and the maximum efficiency of the proposed DC-DC buck converter with the PLL is 95.4 %.

A novel capacitance deviation-to-time interval converter based on ramp-integration is presented. It consists of two current mirrors, two schmitt triggers, and control digital circuits by the upper and lower sides, symmetrically. Total circuit has been with discrete components. The results show that the proposed converter has a linearity error of less than 1% at the time interval(pulse width) over a capacitance deviation from 295 pF to 375 pF. A capacitance deviation of 40pF and time interval of 0.2 ms was measured for sensor capacitance of 335 pF. Therefore, the high-resolution can be known by counting the fast and stable clock pulses gated into a counter for time interval. The application of a novel capacitance deviation-to time interval converter to a digital humidity controller is also presented. The presented circuit is insensitive to the capacitance difference in disregard of voltage source or temperature deviation. Besides the accuracy, it features the small MOS device count integrable onto a small chip area. The circuit is thus particularly suitable for the on-chip interface.
In this paper, for the first time, the electroanalytical study of Triethylenediamine, TEDA was done on a typically graphene modified carbon paste electrode (Gr/CPE) in pH=10.5 of phosphate buffer solutions (PBS). The surface morphology of the bare and modified electrodes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The electro-oxidation of TEDA was investigated at the surface of modified electrode. The results revealed that the oxidation peak current of TEDA at the surface of Gr/CPE is 2.70 times than that shown at bare-CPE. A linear calibration plot was observed in the range of 1.0 to 202.0 ppm. In this way, the detection limit was found to be 0.18 ppm. The method was then successfully applied to determination of TEDA in aqueous samples obtained from two kinds of activated carbon from the masks of war. On the other hand, density functional theory (DFT) method at B3LYP/6-311++G** level of theory and a conductor-like Polarizable Continuum Model (CPCM) was used to calculate the $pK_a$ values of TEDA. The energies of lowest unoccupied molecular orbital ($E_{LUMO}$) and highest occupied molecular orbital ($E_{HOMO}$), gap energy (${\Delta}E$) and some thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy of TEDA and its conjugate acid ($HT^+$) were calculated. The results of calculated $pK_a$ were found to be in good agreement with the experimental values.
In this paper, a discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM) DC-DC buck converter is presented for mobile device applications. The buck converter consists of compensator for stable operations, pulse-width modulation (PWM) logic, and power switches. In order to achieve small hardware form-factor, the number of off-chip components should be kept to be minimum, which can be realized with simple and efficient frequency compensation and digital soft start-up circuits. Burst-mode operation is included for preventing the efficiency from degrading under very light load condition. The DCM DC-DC buck converter is fabricated with 0.18-um BCDMOS process. Programmable output with external resistors is typically set to be 1.8V for the input voltage between 2.8 and 5.0V. With a switching frequency of 1MHz, measured maximum efficiency is 92.6% for a load current of 100mA.

The study examined what effects 100kHz PWM LED light irradiation causes to bone marrow cells of SD-Rat when LED characterized cheap and safe is used onto the light therapy by replacing the low 1evel laser. We developed the equipment palpating cell proliferation using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Consequent1y, the current value could be controlled by the change of 1eve1 in Continue Wave(CW) and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage. MTT assay method was chosen to verify the cell increase of two groups and the effect of irradiation on cell proliferation was examined by measuring 590nm transmittance of ELISA reader. As a result, the cell increase of Rat bone marrow cells was verified in 100kHz PWM LED light irradiation group as compared to non-irradiation group.

The poor working conditions of transit drivers not only lead to mental stress and fatigue accumulation of workers, but also to the main causes of mass transit accidents. Stress and fatigue accumulation are closely related to the vital signs because they affect the psychological and physical health. In this paper, we designed a digital garment which can measure driver's health condition by measuring electrocardiogram, pulse rate and body temperature. Also proposed a system that transmits the measured bio-signal to the smartphone app via Bluetooth and transmits the current position of the driver to the server by using the built-in GPS of the smartphone, assuming there is something wrong.

The electrochemical behaviors and analytical application of copper-1,5,9,13-tetrathiacyclohexadecane[16-ane-$S_4$] complex in acetonitrile(AN) solution have been investigated by the use of DC polarography and differential pulse polarography. Thus the formation constant of copper complex was $10^{3.51}$. Copper (Ⅱ) ion was found to form complex of 1-to-1 composition with [16-ane-$S_4$]. In addition, reduction step was irreversible and the reduction current was diffusion controlled. And the effect of concentration of the salting-out reagent and chelating agent and pH of aqueous phase on the determination of copper (Ⅱ) was investigated and diverse ion effect was discussed. By salting-out extraction technique, we can be determined until the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) of 60 ppb.

In this paper, a FRAM design style based on PMOS-gating cell structure is described. The memory cell consists of a PMOS access transistor and a ferroelectric capacitor. Its plate is grounded. The proposed scheme employs three novel operating methods: 1) $V_{DD}$ precharged bitline, 2) negative-voltage wordline technique and 3) negative-pulse restore, Because this configuration doesn`t need the on-pitch plate control circuitry, it is effective in realizing cost-effective chip sizes. Implementation for a 2.5-V, 1-Mb FRAM prototype design in a $0.25-{\mu}m$, triple-well technology shows a chip size of $3.22\;mm^{2}$, an access time of 48 ns and an active current of 11 mA. The cell efficiency is 62.52 $\%$. It has gained approximately $20\;\%$ improvement in the cell array efficiency over the conventional plate-driven FRAM scheme.
A microstrip gas chamber (MSGC), applied to digital radiography system, was designed and constructed. The microstrip electrodes were fabricated with Chrome(Cr.). by photolithography process on Silicon(Si) wafer and glass substrate. The width of anode and cathode electrodes was $10{\mu}m$, and $290{\mu}m$, respectively. The distance of the electrodes was $100{\mu}m$, and the active area was $50{\times}50mm^2$. And the number of anode was 80. The microstrip electrodes were damaged when discharges occurred over the 600 V of anode voltage. As the result of experiments. It detected the typical output signals of the pulse width, 20 ns, under the condition that the detecting gas was Ar(90%) + $CH_4$(10%), X-ray tube voltage was 42 kV, and tube current was 1 mA.
