종종 사고들의 직접적인 원인은 인적오류 또는 기술적인 결함이지만, Three Mile Island, Chemobyl 그리고 Kings Cross사고와 같은 중대산업사고의 조사 분석결과에 따르면 직접적인 사고원인이 아닌 다른 원인과 관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 이들 사고들은 안전문화를 광범위하고 충분하게 고려하지 않아 발생하였으며 조직의 안전문화를 연구하는 것이 매우 복잡하고 어렵지만 안전문화를 조성하는 표준화에 대한 필요성을 십분 부각시켰다. 이 논문은 화학산업과 같은 위험성이 높은 산업에서 관리자와 근로자의 환경적 태도 및 행동과 관련한 안전문화 측정에 중점을 두었다. 아울러 문헌조사를 통해 화학공정 산업뿐만 아니라 위험성이 높은 산업의 안전문화 수준을 측정할 수 있는 공정안전문화 측정항목 및 점수화 도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.

2006년도에는 한국의 세계 문화콘텐츠 시장 점유율은 2.4%로 9위를 차지하고 있다. 따라서 문화콘텐츠 산업을 국내에서는 신성장동력산업으로 분류하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정부에서는 통합 콘텐츠정책추진체계 를 정비하면서, 불법복제를 근절, 저작권을 보호하고, 콘텐츠창작 역량을 강화하고 있으며, 기업의 해외시장개척에 지원을 하고 있다. 이렇듯 문화콘텐츠산업의 중요성은 나날이 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산업연관분석을 통하여 문화콘텐츠산업의 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 취업유발효과, 공급지장효과 그리고 물가파급효과에 대한 시계열적인 흐름에 따른 크기의 변화를 분석하였다. 특히 물가파급효과의 경우 시간의 흐름에 따라 증가하였다. 이는 문화콘텐츠산업의 산출물의 가격변화가 타 산업에 미치는 영향이 점차 증가하고 있다는 것을 의미한다.

This study is on the Management by Policy-Deployment(MBP) a Japanese-devised management system which recently call a widespread awareness and applications among major Korean Industries. The principal nature of MBP was compared with Management by Objectives(MBO) as these two systems share similarities in basic nature. Then the major application problems of MBP encountered by the practicing managers were encountered and examined In relation to the Japanese firms organizational culture.

최근 들어 한국의 영상산업은 급속히 발전해왔으며 성장속도와 추세가 가장 강한 산업으로 부상 되고 있다. 한국영상산업의 성장은 정치, 경제에도 유리하게 촉진한다. 중국이 지리적으로 한국과 가까운 나라로서 한국의 영상산업의 급성장을 보고 많은 소중한 경험을 배울 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다. 이 논문은 한국의 영상산업 급성장의 원인에 대한 분석을 통하여 중국의 영상산업에 대해 살펴보고 중국의 영상산업 발전에 유용한 의견과 제안을 연구해 보았다.

Purpose: Prior studies regarding ethical management on worker's performance have primarily focused on specific industries or regions, potentially limiting the generalizability. This gap in knowledge underscores the need for a comprehensive investigation that considers a diverse range of industries and thoroughly examines the multifaceted aspects of ethical management. Research design, data and methodology: The academic search platform used for this study was 'Google Scholar', 'Scopus', and 'Web of Science' indexes various scholarly articles, including peer-reviewed journals and books. By utilizing specific search terms such as "corporate ethical management" and "employee performance," a vast pool of relevant studies was identified. Results: The findings indicated four effects: first, a positive correlation between ethical management practices and heightened employee motivation and engagement; second, an augmentation in organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees; third, a reduction in turnover rates, indicating enhanced employee retention; and fourth, an elevation in overall productivity and performance outcomes. Conclusions: In sum, this study offers actionable insights, advocating for adopting and reinforcing ethical management strategies as a potent means to foster a high-performance work culture. These encompass fostering a robust ethical framework, cultivating a culture of transparency and open communication, and providing avenues for employees to voice ethical concerns without fear of retribution.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 수도권을 대상으로 권역별 특성이 인구이동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 수도권의 66개 기초지자체는 2010~2016년 인구이동자료 분석을 통해 3개의 권역으로 구분하고, 단계적 회귀분석기법을 적용하여 권역 내부의 인구이동 결정요인과 권역 간 인구이동 결정요인을 파악하였다. 연구결과: 주요 분석결과로 수도권 전 지역에서의 인구이동에서는 지역의 아파트 수 증가율, 단독·다세대주택 증가율, 고용자 수 증가율, 제조업체 증가율, 지식·문화·여가산업 증가율, GRDP증가율, 지하철역 신규개통이 중요하다는 것이 확인되었다. 특히 아파트 수 증가율, 지식·문화·여가산업 증가율, GRDP 증가율, 지하철 역 신규개통은 인구유입을 늘리는데 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 결론: 권역별로 지식·문화·여가산업 증가율이 1권역의 인구유입에 크게 기여했으며, 2권역에서는 지하철역 신규개통과 GRDP증가율이 주요 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 아파트 수 증가율과 지하철역 증가율은 3권역에서 주요 요인으로 작용하였다.

본 논문은 영국의 창작산업과 국내 현황의 비교를 통해 국내 애니메이션 산업의 발전방안을 모색해보고자 하는 데 있다. 영국의 창작산업은 이 분야가 갖는 경제적 효과 때문에 1980년대 이후 영국의 문화정책에서 점점 더 중요성을 더해왔으며, 애니메이션 산업은 다양한 표현기법과 실험정신을 바탕으로 독자적인 위상을 구축하고 있다. 반면 한국의 애니메이션 산업은 기존의 OEM작업에 주력했던 업체들이 창작물이나 새로운 형태의 제작에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내 콘텐츠 산업이 핵심 산업으로 발전할 수 있도록 기존의 기술 중심의 정책에서 창조적인 정책으로 발전을 도모할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

It is important to safety culture in railway industry because they variously refer to the safety-related values, attitudes, beliefs, risk perceptions and behaviours of railway employees. So this study tried to figure out the assessment criteria for safety culture at Korean National Railway. For the achieve the goal, we have the literature review, some assessment criteria have been founded by intensively comparing safety culture questionnaires in other industries to establish domestic railway safety. This study expects Korean railways to become a well-organized that as assessing safety culture with reasonable criteria or requirements.
