In this paper, research into the model of u-Culture and Tourism contents business using RFID and technologies of wireline and wireless communication. It suggests u-Culture and Tourism system solution which is making an attempt at connecting technology and culture with meeting a cultural paradigm change in a variety of fields, as a digital life is spreading. Also, It confirmed the possibility as reproducing the contents of each scenario after composing the contents system of culture and tourism using RFID applied technology. And It suggests a business model in relation to new u-Culture and Tourism contents using RFID applied technology.

This study was conducted to analysis and conserve a lacquered sheath excavated from Soochon-ri, Gongju, Korea. The lacquered sheath was collected together with iron relics. The lacquered sheath was damaged and lost the parts by the external pressure. Many parts were adhered with the rust. Firstly, the object was understanded to have the relation with the iron materials excavated together through the X-ray photographs. As the analysis of the lacquer layers, the report conducted to a study the method of production. After the analysis of relic, the conservation treatment was performed for the stability of original shape. And we made the protection frame for the storage and exhibition.

Inspiration plays an essential role in architectural design process that compels architects to bring their ideas into final product by engaging in creative thinking. The relation in between architecture and music has been one of combination throughout architectural history used as inspirations for façade's forms and shapes, space configurations and arrangements, and etc. Applying music in architecture produces creative and scientific design methods, provides attractions for visitors, and reflects the social and cultural identities and changes of the particular period. This research aims to analyze the correlations between architecture and music in depth, and examine the perception of musically inspired architecture by empirical study. Five buildings that applied musical rhythms were chosen for survey questionnaires in order to observe how people majoring in architecture, music, and other fields perceive musically inspired architecture differently by matching the music with the building that correlate to each other. By examining the reasons that the respondents have selected such music with a building from the questionnaires, the keywords are extracted and interpreted. The results showed that it is possible for people to perceive music from architecture, and that it is suitable to use music as a source of inspiration in architectural designs.

Narcissism is a pathological phenomenon and narcissistic subject always needs to put itself on the top and has interest in nothing but its own determination. The protagonist of Adversary by ?mmanuel Carr?re does pay careful attention to what others are thinking of him while he does not distinguish difference between object of love and himself. So he can be allegedly narcissistic subject. And it can be said that the behaviors of Mary in the movie Under the sand by Ozon are included in narcissism in that narcissistic subject has the characteristics that idealizes the object of libido. However, in this study, the heroine is examined based on such a point that the object of love and extreme idealization incline toward others. We call this case reverse-narcissism. In Part 2, it is investigated what relation narcissism as an unconscious psychological tool has with Oedipus complex, which plays an important role in forming human psyche. For instance, disappointment caused by prohibition at the oedipal stage is too severe, which creates superego and its idealization to protect in such a way that narcissistic regression can not be done. Cases of extremely big gap between ego and ideal type are perversion, impostor, mania, paranoia, etc, where narcissistic and oedipal elements are combined to affect.

This article is written on the ground that one of the major characteristics of Chinese New Period women's novels is about family dissolution and calling and it is examined based on analysis of "The Bathing Woman" by Tie Ning. In "The Bathing Woman", the family seems 'Regular' externally but it is actually fragmented internally. The author offers patriarchal perspective on 'Family' from the eyes of daughter of the family. The problems are classified into three categories. First, it is the problem of exclusiveness embedded in the essential characteristic of family represented by blood relation. Second, it is the research on the reason for family dissolution. Tie Ning finds the reason at 'Unmotherly mother, that is the lack of maternal instinct. Third, it is the expectation of the restoration of dissolved family. Tie Ning's indication of 'Family' is equal to 'Mother' and 'Mother' is the source and power that can heal and restore the dissolved family in her novel. It is expansion of maternal instinct represented by protection and caring into 'Practical action' and it is meaningful in a way that it expands the principle of maternal instinct and sublimates it into universal morality. However, it should not be overlooked that it could be another moral system that could suppress the females in other ways.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Chinese Bronze Epigraphy has developed and how it has influenced the Chinese Academic field. The Chinese Bronze Epigraphy started from the Han dynasty, however it didn't reach the professional academic stage. After the Song Dynasty it started to be studied in full scale. Therefore, it is reasonable to see that the start of the study of bronze was from the Song dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, the study in Epigraphy was extended on again. ShuoWenJieZi that was written by XuShen in the Han Dynasty. KaoGuTuShiWen that was written by $L{\check{u}}DaLin$ in the Song Dynasty. ShuoWenGuZhouBu that was written by WuDaCheng in the Qing Dynasty. JinWenBian that was written by RongGeng in the Republican era. This thesis examines the contents of ShuoWenGuZhouBu and JinWenBian and then synthetically compares and analyzes them. The conclusion of this study is as follows. It cannot be denied that ShuoWenJieZi and KaoGuTuShiWen significantly affected the birth of ShuoWenGuZhouBu and JinWenBian.

Together with the emergence of Information and Communications Technology(ICT) and 4th Industrial Revolution, digital content is arising as a front-runner in the knowledge society. 21 century opened up an era of digital and cultural content, which is the industry to generating added values from future industries. This study aims to empirically examine the casual relation between three factors from Organizational Justice Theory Distributive, Procedural, Interactional Justices, and turnover intention through Organizational Immersion. A sample group for the analysis was employees at small/medium-sized digital content businesses with less than 60 workers. 200 questionnaires were distributed to the group for a week from July 22 to 28, 2019. 154 responses were collected and analyzed in this study, after eliminating 4 poor responses. The result of the study on Organizational Justice at digital content businesses showed that, first, Distributive Justice of the employees showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Second, the employees' Procedural Justice showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Third, the employee' Interactional Justice showed a positive influence on Organizational Immersion. Fourth, the employees' Organizational Immersion showed a positive influence on their turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in relation to marriage satisfaction and the social support of immigrant women. The research data for the analysis were collected from those who using multi-cultural family support centers in Siheung of Gyeonggi-do and Ansan from September 30 to October 21, 2017, and a total of 223 people were used in the final analysis. The analysis methods examined the characteristics of the subjects through frequency analysis and technical statistics, and a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the effectiveness of mediator effects. The statistical program used SPSS 22.0. The analysis showed that social support and self-efficacy of married immigrant women had a significant impact on marital satisfaction. In addition, self - efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the social support of married immigrant women and marital satisfaction. Based on these results, we discussed practical implications for social support and self-efficacy to improve marriage satisfaction of married immigrant women.

This study analyzed the causes of over-flow of adolescent games as loneliness, lack of self-control, parents-open communication, peer-emotional support and the game motivation(immerse, social relations, achievement). For analysis, the research data, 'Game User Panel Research(1 to 4 years)', was provided by Korea Creative Content Agency. As a major result, adolescence loneliness and lack of self-control directly affected game over-flow, and the game's achievement motive in their relation of influence was mediated. Over time, the structure of the relationship between the cause and the effect has shown mostly consistent results.

A family business is a company where most of its capital and the management position is owned by family members (clan). The leader plays an important role in defining an organization, thus influencing the organization's success. A leader who has a leadership style based on family (clan) relation has the facilitator's role when conflict appears within the organization. This research aims to find the impact of the democratic leadership model on a family business that adopts the clan cultural organization. The independent variable of this research is the democratic leadership model. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the clan culture within the organization. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and causality type of research. This research population is PT Global Avionika Indonesia staff, where the data was acquired by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique. The finding in this research shows a positive and significant impact of the democratic leadership model on the clan culture within the organization PT Global Avionika. The determination test also points out that democratic leadership models affect 19.8 percent of the clan culture within the organization, and the rest of 80.2 percent were affected by other factors that were not covered in this research.
