본 연구는 도서관 「길 위의 인문학」 프로그램 이용자를 대상으로 문화프로그램 서비스 품질이 이용자의 만족도 및 삶의 질과 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 공공도서관 도서관 「길 위의 인문학」 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 138부의 유효한 데이터를 수집하였고 구조방정식모형을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 공공도서관 도서관 「길위의 인문학」 프로그램 서비스 품질이 높을수록 이용자의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 또한, 전반적인 만족도는 이용자의 삶의 질과 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공도서관이 제공하는 특정 프로그램의 서비스 품질이 이용자의 만족도 및 삶의 질과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 학문적 논의를 확장하였다.

이 연구는 문화유적을 역사교육 또는 문화관광 자원으로 적극 활용하기 위해, 유적이 가지는 교육적 가치를 먼저 알아보고 이러한 유적의 교육적 가치를 적극적으로 활용하기 위한 해석 (Interpretation)의 중요성과 그 방법상에 대한 문제를 이론적으로 논의하는데 그 연구목적이 있다. 문화유적이 가지는 교육적 가치는 대상 문화유적에 대한 역사 문화적 사실을 인식시키고 관련 정보를 제공하는 기능이외에도 이러한 교육적 효과를 통한 문화유적의 보존과 관리 측면에서도 큰 중요성을 지닌다. 문화유적의 교육적 활용과 함께 유적 보존의식을 고취하기 위해서는 유적의 교육적 가치를 잘 활용하여 유적이 가지는 교육적 메시지를 어떻게 잘 전달하고 방문객을 설득시킬 수 있느냐 하는 해석의 문제에 대한 많은 연구와 실천적 노력이 필요하다. 해석이란 여러 가지 전달 매개체를 사용하여 유적에 대한 올바를 이해를 제공하고 이를 바탕으로 유적의 본존의식을 이끌어 냄과 더불어, 유적에 대한 의미를 부여하여 유적이 교육적 그리고 관광자원으로 유용하게 활용되게 하는 효과적인 수단이다. 문화유적의 해석프로그램의 개발과 운영에 있어서는 주요 대상층에 대한 설정과 그에 알맞은 프로그램의 적용이 현실적으로 우선 전제되어야 하며, 그들에게 알맞은 수준의 교육적 정보와 지식을 다양한 형태의 해석적 도구와 방법을 사용하여 제공하게 된다. 다음으로는 방문객에게 제공하고자하는 교육적 메시지를 잘 담은 해석의 주제를 먼저 도출하여야 하며 선정된 주제에 맞추어 다양한 형태의 해석 방법과 기술들이 개별적 또는 복합적으로 사용된다. 마지막으로 문화유적에 운영 중인 해석프로그램이 방문객에 대해 의도된 교육적 효과를 내는지에 대한 철저한 평가는 해당 해석프로그램의 계속적 운영에 있어서 큰 중요성을 가진다. 일반적으로 전시를 포함한 해석프로그램의 평가는 크게 기획 단계에서의 평가, 개발과정 중의 평가, 그리고 완성 후 평가 등 3단계의 평가를 거쳐 그 결과를 해석프로그램의 개발과 운영에 계속 반영한다. 문화유적 현장에서의 해석프로그램의 개발과 운영은 현실적으로 많은 인력과 재정적인 뒷받침이 요구되는 일로 계속적인 관심과 지원이 필요하며, 문화유적의 관리측면에서 기존의 하드웨어의 구축에 관한 관심에 병행하여 앞으로는 해석프로그램 같은 유적 활용 소프트웨어의 개발과 운영에 더욱 많은 관심을 가져야 한다.

공공도서관의 문화적인 기능의 확대는 소득수준의 향상과 여가시간의 증가로 인해 문화적인 욕구를 해소하고 문화 복지에 대한 지역주민들의 다양한 요구를 해결하는데 필수적인 사항이다. 본 연구에서는 제주지역 공공도서관에서 운영되는 문화프로그램에 대한 실태조사와 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 이용자 만족도 조사 및 문화프로그램 담당자 설문조사를 통하여 문화프로그램 운영상의 문제점을 도출하여 제주지역 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 지역적 특성화와 개선사항을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 문화프로그램 중 미술 분야의 프로그램 개선을 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 공공도서관의 미술 관련 문화프로그램에 관한 문헌연구, 국외 공공도서관에서 수행하는 미술 관련 문화프로그램 사례조사, 국내 공공도서관의 프로그램 담당자와 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이들 내용을 토대로 국내 공공도서관의 미술 관련 문화프로그램 운영 개선을 위한 지침을 운영 요소와 내용 요소로 나누어 제안하였다. 본 연구는 향후 공공도서관에서 미술 관련 문화프로그램을 기획하고 운영하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study investigated the role of fashion granfluencers as cultural intermediaries in the present digital era. The concept of fashion granfluencer as cultural intermediaries and their fashion style characteristics were defined and examined. The literature on cultural intermediaries, social media, and seniors in the context of fashion was reviewed. Primarily, three characteristics of cultural intermediaries-interactive communication, nonconformist attitude, and aesthetic disposition-were identified and used as analytical variables in this study. Through netnography, 1,452 Instagram posts from the renowned fashion granfluencer Iris Apfel (@iris.apfel) were examined. This study presented Iris as a fashion granfluencer and a senior professional, who uses fashion to express herself and define her identity. As a cultural mediator, she contributes to revitalizing the cultural economy and creating cultural products. Iris Apfel' fashion and style embody her digital persona. Her engagement in fashion activities-producing fashion content or attending fashion events-mediates the relationship between fashion producers and fashion consumers, thereby promoting the aesthetic value of fashion.

Six sigma is much less of a technical program than it is a leadership and cultural change program. Nevertheless, most of literatures on six sigma have mainly focused on technical and tactical aspects. This paper introduces a self-assessment for six sigma initiative in a major Korean software company. The self-assessment gives a valuable clue to how to manage leadership and cultural aspects of six sigma initiative.

The purpose of this study is to provide a qualitative investigation of the possibility that Waldorf education may help children in multicultural families to acclimate themselves to new surroundings in Korea. An educare institution that had adopted the Waldorf Program since 2005 was selected. The parents and teachers of 13 children with a multicultural background who had attended the educare institution were interviewed. The questions were focused on linguistic development, social relationships, and cultural identity in order to determine the differences and changes in the children before and after adaptation to the Waldorf Program. The summary of the results of this study is as follows. The Waldorf Program exerts a positive influence on linguistic development, the formulation of social relationships, and on the cultural identity of children from multicultural families.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and examine the effects of a psychosocial adaptation program for North Korean adolescent defectors. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted with 28 North Korean adolescent defectors who were recruited through alternative schools. The experimental and control groups consisted of 14 participants each. A program was conducted across eight sessions, each lasting about 90-120 minutes. The data were analyzed using the x² test, t-test, paired t-test, and analysis of covariance. Results: No significant differences were observed in the score changes for psychosocial adaptation (t=0.25, p=.808), post-traumatic stress symptoms (t=0.32, p=.749), cultural adaptation stress (t=0.05, p=.957), and self-efficacy (t=0.35, p=.726) in either group before and after the intervention. No intergroup differences were observed for psychosocial adaptation (t=0.12, p=.902), post-traumatic stress symptoms (t=0.07, p=.946), cultural adaptation stress (t=0.01, p=.994), and self-efficacy (t=0.58, p=.570). Conclusion: These findings suggest that psychosocial adaptation, stress, and self-efficacy cannot be improved by a short-term intervention program alone. It was also determined that the cultural characteristics of the North Korean adolescent defectors were not sufficiently considered before implementing the program. Therefore, it is essential to provide an in-depth orientation for the participants before implementing the program.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.
