This study is to analyze collection factor of food wastes using GIS. For calculation of collection crews and equipment, It was measured velocity(43m/min), moving coefficient(1.9), moving distance(17,200/day), collection rate(0.313kg/day) on the basis of S2Dong. Moving coefficient was able to analyze straight distance of S2Dong using GIS and other areas were also applied to analyze straight distance of each area using same method. At N autonomous district, 10 persons of collection crews were necessary, but collection of food wastes by four forces resulted to be 11 persons of crews necessary. 7 vehicles were necessary, but 8 vehicles were needed by same reason.

Although navigation systems and automatic identification technologies are in use for nautical safety of ocean vessels, ship collisions are increasing due to the growing number of overseas transportations. Since these accidents are mostly caused by the watch officers and crews' human mistakes, it is essential to develop a new set of systems to prevent such misfortunes. Therefore, we suggest a control and management system which monitors crews in order to conduct secure on-board navigation and nautical safety. We also materialized a mobile terminal system and portable device for the crews to check the status of the ship, and we designed a platform for an integrated surveillance system to assure a harmless voyage. Lastly, we attested the mutual connections of integrated safety-related data.
This study was conducted to check the cabin crew's safety perception in relation to the airline's safety climate and cabin crew's safety action and to verify that the safety perception's mediation effects. The results of the study confirmed that all three factors of the safety climate have a significant impact on safety perception, and among them, safety practice is the most significant. Accordingly, Airlines need to establish a community that enables real-time information exchange for air accidents so that the cabin crew can present real-time examples of safety-related accidents. In addition, it will be necessary to work with external safety agencies to form an active attitude for the establishment of safety procedures in order to prevent recurrence of safety problems while considering the causes of such incidents internally in the event of an airline safety accident. In addition, it was confirmed that safety training was the most significant factor to safety action, among which all three elements of the safety climate had a significant effect on safety action. Therefore, airlines need to expand practical training on aircraft to full-scale safety training to build an immediate resolution for cabin crews in the event of an air accident. In addition, safety training should be established to encourage collaboration among aviation safety-related personnel to participate in safety training together to address aviation safety from a diverse point of view. Safety perception was has a significant effect on safe action. Therefore, airlines should reinforce the airline's safety management system by checking the status of the cabin crew's safety perception extending the level of punishment to the scope of retirement or disqualification to establish a firm awareness of safety. Finally, the safety perception has demonstrated partial mediation effects in relation to the safety climate and safety action. Therefore, the airline needs to improve the duties of the cabin crew that interferes with cabin safety duties. In addition, airlines should utilize advertisements emphasizing that safety is first.

The highest priority of the cruise trip is the safety and comfort of its passengers. Though the cruise lines take every appropriate measure to ensure that their Passengers are safe and experience enjoyable vacations it is hard to fulfill all passenger's personnel requirement with limited number of crews. Generally, each passenger is issued an identification card which contains their digital photo and personal identification information on a magnetic strip that he or she must present when entering or leaving the ship. This technology allows the ship to know which Passengers and crew members are on board and which are not. However, this system has some limitations of functions and usage. To support each passenger as his or her personal liking, additional number of crews or some kind of new system is needed. In this paper, the crew support system based on sensor network using wireless and wired communication technologies was studied. To design the system, PLC(Power Line Communication) system and ZigBee based passenger location recognition, classification system has studied experimentally. By using this system, crews can serve passengers more closely and personally with less effort.

Recently, pirate incidents involving passing ships have been continuously occurring in the seas southwest of the Philippines, the Sulu Sea and the Celebes Sea. Pirates in these areas are members of the "Abu Sayyaf Group", which consists of Islamic armed rebels. They have abducted and confined 59 ship crews over the last 13 months to obtain money for group operations. The activities of these pirates, abducting and killing crews, have became a significant threat for marine security in the Sulu and Celebes Seas and for logistic activities in Asia. This study examines and analyzes 22 recent incidents in terms of ships gross tonnage, kind, nationality, incident time, location, etc. The identity of the Abu Sayyaf Group, which has been committing this piracy and represents the de facto power behind the actors responsible, is also unpacked, along with current challenges to resolving these conflicts. Finally, responses passing ships, shipping companies, related countries and the international community should make are proposed.

Although individual-level factors (e.g., attitudes, personality) have long been associated with day-to-day attendance decisions, increasingly researchers have recognized "the social nature of attendance dynamics and their susceptibility to social control (Johns, 2008)." Implications of this social approach for research would be to focus attention on the causes and effects of absence culture (i.e., absence-related perceptions, beliefs, values), and the effects of absence culture on individual and group attendance within social units. Construction projects typically require workers to work in teams or crews on highly interdependent projects, and, thus, are particularly relevant contexts to study absence culture. In this paper we apply a system dynamics (SD) model to study absence culture by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes. We were particularly interested in: (a) the awareness of social norms within construction crews that pertained to attendance, (b) the interplay between formal attendance rules (policy) and these social norms, and (c) how these sources of influence affected the decision-making process of construction crew members. We expect that the results of this work will help construction organizations evaluate (or re-consider) the effects of their attendance control policies (e.g., timing, strength, and frequency) within a social context. Moreover, our findings suggest that the key to reducing excessive absences might be to invest time in influencing absence culture directly rather than imposing frequent and strict regulations - which, in turn, may inadvertently fortify a culture that works against the organization's interests.

In order to understand basic data for improving the fishing system and fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 to analyze opinions on the improvement of operation status and fishing vessel structure. The questionnaire survey consisted of ten questions on the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and six questions on the improvement of fishing vessel structure, and the results of each question were analyzed by the region, the captain's age, the captain's career and the age of fishing vessel. As a result of analyzing opinions on the operation status of the coastal improved stow net fishery, it was found that the average time required for casting net was 32.8 to 33.0 minutes and that the average time required for hauling net was 41.0 to 42.2 minutes which took 10 to 12 minutes more than for casting net. The most important work requiring improvement during fishing operation (the first priority) were 'hauling net operation,' 'readjustment and storage of fishing gear,' and 'fish handling' and the hardest factor in fishing management were in the order of 'reduction of catch,' 'labor shortage' and 'rising labor costs.' The most institutional improvement that is most needed in coastal improved stow net fishery was an 'using fine mesh nets.' Most of the respondent to the questions on the experience in hiring foreign crews was 'either hiring or willing to hire foreign crews,' and the average number of foreign crews employed was found to be 2.3 to 2.4 persons. The most important reason for hiring (or considering employment) foreign crews was 'high labor costs.' The degree of communication with foreign crews during fishing operation were 'moderate' or 'difficult to direct work.' The most important problem in hiring foreign crews (the first priority) was an 'illegal departure.' As the survey results on the opinion of structural improvement of coastal improved stow net fishing vessel, the degree of satisfaction with fishing vessel structure related to fishing operation was found to be somewhat unsatisfactory, with an average of 3.3 points on a five-point scale. The inconvenient structure of fishing vessel in possession (the first priority), the space needed most for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first priority) and the space considered important for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first prioprity) was a 'fish warehouse.' The most preferred equipment for the construction of new fishing vessel were 'engine operation monitoring' and 'navigation safety devices.' The average size (tonnage class), the average horse power and the average total length of fishing vessel for proper profit and safety fishing operation was between 13.8 and 14.0 tonnes, 808.3 to 819.5 H.P. and 23.4 to 23.5 meters, respectively. The results of the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and the requirement for improving the fishing vessel structure are expected to be provided as basic data for reference when we build or improve the fishing vessel.

For the empirical analysis in this study, 335 cabin crews from large airline companies and budget airlines were interviewed using self-reporting questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. First, of the organizational culture types, the relationship-oriented culture, hierarchy-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture were found to have negative impacts on job stress. Second, the innovation-oriented organizational culture, relationship-oriented culture, and hierarchy-oriented culture were found to have positive impacts on empowerment. Third, empowerment was found to have a negative impact on job stress. Fourth, as for the mediating effect of empowerment, the innovation-oriented culture, relationship-oriented culture, hierarchy-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture were verified to be all significantly mediated by empowerment in their relationship with job stress. As a result, it was shown that cabin crews of airline companies found their work more fun, interesting, and valuable in an organizational structure that was more oriented toward flexibility, rather than the hierarchical, task-oriented cultures that are more focused on control and order. It was also found that empowerment was a mediating factor in the relationship between organizational culture and job stress.

In fishing with the anchovy boat seine, it is required to haul up the bag net without injuring anchovy body. Not to injure anchovy body, the bag net is operated with 30 to 34 crews in the traditional method. With a view point of decreasing crews, the authors tried to operate the bag net with side drum winch and derrick boom. Side drum winch was installed beside the engine casing and it was operated by the main engine through the belt, pulley and bevel gear. The derrick boom, 7 meters long, was installed above the working deck which is located in the stern of the common boat seiner. Three single blocks are attached to the boom, each 2 meters apart from the top. A hook was attached to the free end of the block line for hooking up the bolch line which attached inside the bag net especially prepared for the purpose. The hauling end of the block line was induced to the side drum winch for hauling up the bag net. By using this mechanism, the bag net was hauled up with peeling the bag net just like in the traditional method. So the following results are found. (1) No injury of anchovy body was found in the process of hauling up. (2) The bag net can be operated by mere 14 crews. (3) Duration, spent in hauling up the bag net, was almost the same when the catch are a little amount, and less duration was needed by the experimented method than the traditional one when the catch are a large amount. the bag net. In order to evaluate the physical and mental health status of airline flight attendants, 136 airline flight attendants were given a general health questionnaire (Todai Health Index), and the prevalence of their subjective complaints was measured. Collected data were classified according to age distribution, length of employment, service area, smoking status, job satisfaction, gender, and marital status. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1 The scores of health complaints of physical items were higher in the oldest group $(age 50\~60)$ than in younger groups. The THI eye and skin symptom scores were significantly higher for the oldest groups than for the younger groups. 2. The health complaints scores of physical items were higher in the long-length employment group (more than 5 years), whereas most scores of mental items were higher in the short- length employment group (less than 2 years). The THI mouth and anus scores for the long-length employment group were significantly higher than for groups of workers who had been employed for a shorter time. 3. THI scores were higher for domestic airline crews, dissatisfied workers and females. 4. The irregular life THI score was significantly higher among domestic crews than international crews. 5. The impulsiveness and depression scores were significantly higher in the dissatisfaction group. 6. The female group showed higher scores in the multiple subjective symptoms, mental irritability, depression, and irregular life categories. 7, The THI scores of the mouth, anus and nervousness were significantly higher for the married group than for the unmarried group. In summary, this study shows that the health complaints scores of physical and mental symptoms tended to be higher among the aged group, domestic airline crews, the dissatisfaction group, and females. These results can be used for improving the psychosomatic health status and working environments of flight attendants.
