현재 개인신용정보이용 신용카드범죄는 그 특성상 고도의 전문화와 광역화로 인해 피해 발생후 원상회복이 어렵고 범죄인의 신속한 검거와 처벌 또한 쉽지 않다. 소수의 범죄인들에 의해서 발생하던 예전의 신용카드 위${\cdot}$변조 범죄들은 현재의 신용카드 관련 범죄와는 유형과 양상이 사뭇다르다. 현대신용사회에서 개인신용정보의 중요성은 굳이 강조할 필요가 없다. 따라서 개인신용정보이용 신용카드범죄가 국민 생활에 끼치는 악영향은 한 개인과 신용카드가맹점, 그리고 신용카드회사 모두에게 엄청난 경제적 손시로가 피해를 유발하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 개인신용정보이용 신용카드범죄와 개인신용정보 부정이용범죄에 대한 효율적 대처방안들을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 먼저, 신용카드정보 유출의 방지를 위한 대책으로서 카드사용자의 사용의식 전환, 신용카드매출전표의 인쇄내용 개선, PG(Payment Gateway) 업체 등을 통한 카드정보 암호화의 법제화를 들었다. 그리고, 비밀번호 입력에 대한 보완, 키보드 프로텍션(해킹방지) 시스템의 보급, 결제내역 즉시통보의무의 법제화를 들었다. 또한 다양한 본인 인증 방법으로서 전자인증서를 통한 인증, 생체인식 기술을 이용한 인증을 들었으며, 개인신용정보를 보호받지 못하는 나라에서의 신용카드사용을 제한하여 신용카드관련 피해 발생을 최소화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그러므로 개인신용정보이용 신용카드범죄에 대한 효율적인 대처를 위해서는 카드사용자, 카드사, PG 업체, 정부 기관, 공인인증기관 등의 종합적인 협력과 노력이 요구되며, 경각심을 고취시키기 위한 처벌법규의 강화와 정책적 대안을 수립하여 현대사회에서의 건전한 신용문화를 형성하여야 할 것이다.

Recently, technologies are being developed to recognize and authenticate users using bioinformatics to solve information security issues. Biometric information includes face, fingerprint, iris, voice, and vein. Among them, face recognition technology occupies a large part. Face recognition technology is applied in various fields. For example, it can be used for identity verification, such as a personal identification card, passport, credit card, security system, and personnel data. In addition, it can be used for security, including crime suspect search, unsafe zone monitoring, vehicle tracking crime.In this thesis, we conducted a study to recognize faces by detecting the areas of the face through a computer webcam. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the improvement in the accuracy of Recognition of Face Based on CNN Algorithms. For this purpose, We used data files provided by github to build a face recognition model. We also created data using CNN algorithms, which are widely used for image recognition. Various photos were learned by CNN algorithm. The study found that the accuracy of face recognition based on CNN algorithms was 77%. Based on the results of the study, We carried out recognition of the face according to the distance. Research findings may be useful if face recognition is required in a variety of situations. Research based on this study is also expected to improve the accuracy of face recognition.

WWW은 미래의 쇼핑수단으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 하지만, 현재 사용되고 있는 지불형태는 구매자와 신용카드 정보가 평문으로 네트워크를 통해 전상되는 보안상의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 개인정보에 대한 침해 뿐만 아니라 경제 범죄 등의 사회적 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문 에서는 전자우편을 위한 보안도구로 개발된 PGP를 WWW에 접목시켜 WWW 암호통신을 구현 하는 방법을 제시하고, 이 방법을 이용하여 새로운 전자지불 프로토콜인 SCCP를 설계, 제안한다. 제안하는 SCCP의 적합성을 확인하기 위해 IBM에서 제시한 기준에 따라 검 증한, 결과, 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 안전한 전자지불 프로토콜로 판단된다.

보이스피싱은 가짜 금융기관, 검찰청, 경찰청 등을 사칭하여 개인의 인증번호와 신용카드 정보를 알아내거나 예금을 인출하게 하여 탈취하는 사이버 범죄이다. 최근에는 교묘하고도 은밀한 방법으로 보이스피싱이 이루어지고 있다. '18~'21년 발생한 보이스피싱의 추세를 분석하면, 보이스피싱이 발생되는 시기에 예금 인출이 급격하게 증가하여 시계열 분석에 모호함을 주는 계절성이 존재함을 발견하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보이스피싱 발생 추이의 정확한 예측을 위해서 계절성을 X-12 계절성 조정 방법론으로 조정하고, ARIMA 모형을 이용하여 2022년 보이스피싱 발생을 예측하였다.

금융권의 주 5일제 근무에 따른 무인 현금 인출기의 사용 확대와 함께, 타인의 신용카드를 이용하여 무인 현금 인출기에서 돈을 인출하는 금융 범죄에 대한 원천적인 예방 대책이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 특히 무인 현금 인출기 부근에는 감시용 CCTV Camera가 설치되어 있으나, 지능적인 범죄자들은 이러한 사실을 인식하고 선글라스, 마스크 등을 착용하여 이러한 감시 시스템을 피해가고 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 무인 현금 인출기에 설치되어 있는 카메라를 통해 입력된 사용자의 얼굴 및 얼굴 특징점을 영상 신호처리 방법과 SVM(Support Vector Machine)으로 분석하여 향후 얼굴이 식별 가능한 경우에만 금융 거래를 할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 실험결과, 학습 데이터에 대해서는 약 1%의 오 인식율과 2%의 오 거부율을 나타냈으며, Test 데이터에 대해서는 약 2.5%의 오 인식율과 1.43%의 오 거부율을 나타냈다.
