PSN-PMN-PZT 세라믹스의 미세구조에 따른 전기적 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of the PSN-PMN-PZT Ceramics with Microstructure)

  • In this paper, the structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the Pb[(S $b_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/)$_{0.035}$- $_Mn_{1}$3/N $b_{2}$3/)$_{0.065}$-(Z $r_{0.49}$, $Ti_{0.51}$)$_{0.90}$] $O_3$ ceramics were investigated with respect to the variation of the milling time. Grain size was decreased as the increase of milling time. As the milling time is increased, the particle size of the powder was decreased. Dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor (Qm)were slowly increased with the increase of milling time. The highest value of Qm was 1,497 at milling time 8 hour. Temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TC $F_{r}$) was moved to positive side with the increase of milling time.e.e.e.e.e.e.

  • 방향성 결합기같은 광의 결합현상을 이용한 집적광학 소자에서 결합거리는 소자의 특성을 결정할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 또한 결합현상을 이용한 소자들의 연구시 결합거리의 계산은 가장 기본적인 특성 해석방법이 되고 있다. 지금까지 결합거리의 계산시에는 주로 모드결합이론을 사용하였는데 이때 결합계수를 계산하는 과정은 양쪽 도파로가 독립 적으로 존재한때의 모드의 분포를 각각 계산한 후, 그 결과를 가지고 무한적분을 행하여야하는 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Beam Propagation Method(BPM)를 이용하여 결합계수의 계산없이 결합거리를 계산할것을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안의 타당성을 입증하기 위해서 가장 기본적인 방향성 결합기 모델을 설정하고 모드결합이론과 BPM과의 결과를 비교 검토하였다.

복합공구대 디스크임계돌출거리와 절삭력과의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Cutting Force and the Critical Ejecting Distance of Disk for a Mill Turret)

  • Curvic coupling of mill turret should maintain disk weight and the cutting resistance which occurs the machining operation and must also have power transmission function. In order to improve machining operation range, the ejecting distance from curvic coupling to the disk must increase as much as possible. But moment is increased by the lack of capacity of the curvic coupling. Increase of moment is the cause of vibration/noise and degradation of machining performance not only stability problem. The manufacturer of mill turret has no the design information between the ejecting distance and the cutting resistance with safety of curvic coupling. Therefore this study describes a finite element analysis model of mill turret using ANSYS workbench. The structural analyses and modal analyses with varying of the ejecting distances and cutting resistances are performed. Finally the equation for relationship between the critical ejecting distance and the cutting resistance is defined under 5 of the safety factor for the maximum von-Mises stress at the curvic coupling.

전류 및 전위 측정선간 상호유도가 접지임피던스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mutual Coupling between Current and Potential Test Leads on Ground Impedance)

  • While a high frequency source is used for measuring the ground impedance, there are several factors having an effect on the measured value. A primary factor of the measurement error is the ac mutual coupling between current and potential test leads. The mutual coupling causes the test current to induce a voltage into the potential test lead that adds to the actual ground potential rise and produces a significant measurement error as the length of the test leads paralleled is prolonged. In order to avoid the mutual coupling, it is recommended that the ground impedance be measured by angled arrangement of test leads. The mutual impedance due to the inductive coupling with an angle of $90^{\circ}$ was calculated at $0^{\circ}$ by Campbell/Foster Method. With an angle of $180^{\circ}$, the mutual impedance was calculated large value enough to introduce a fairly large margin of error, however, the measured value of ground impedance was close to the value at $90^{\circ}$.

  • This paper proposes a high-frequency (MHz) LLC resonant converter for a capacitor coupling wireless power transfer (CCWPT). The CCWPT uses electric field in the coupling capacitor between the transmitter and receiver electrodes with a dielectric layer. Given that capacitance is very small and the impedance is large, transferring power with a simple series resonance is difficult. Therefore, the high frequency (MHz) and high Q factor LLC converter is proposed to reduce the impedance of the coupling capacitance and to obtain a high output voltage. This paper deals with the operation analysis of the proposed LLC converter and a theoretical capacitance estimation. The operation and features of the proposed CCWPT LLC converter is verified with a 4.2 W prototype for charging mobile devices.

  • 본 논문에서는 무인항공기에 탑재된 서로 다른 주파수에서 동작하는 안테나간의 상호결합을 계산하여 안테나의 효율적인 배치방법을 제안한다. FDTD 기법을 이용하여 계산하였다. 시뮬레이션 파라미터는 안테나간의 거리, 안테나간의 높이차, 접지구조 등으로 제한하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과의 정확도를 검증하기 위해 다른 수치 해석 기법을 이용한 해석결과와 비교하였다. 안테나간의 상대적인 높이차가 안테나 상호결합에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다.

Wind-induced responses of Beijing National Stadium

  • The wind-induced mean, background and resonant responses of Beijing National Stadium are investigated in this paper. Based on the concepts of potential and kinetic energies, the mode participation factors for the background and the resonant components are presented and the dominant modes are identified. The coupling effect between different modes of the resonant response and the coupling effect between the background and resonant responses are analyzed. The coupling effects between the background and resonant components and between different modes are found all negligible. The mean response is approximately analogous to the peak responses induced by the fluctuating wind. The background responses are significant in the fluctuating responses and it is much larger than the resonant responses at the measurement locations.

  • This study was conducted to improve the understanding of factors affecting an automobile seat cushion in dynamic conditions. When there are two dummies on the seat to measure each places respectively at once, the shape of the transfer function changes because the dummies affect each other as if they are linked with some kind of a spring when under excitation. A simple two-degree-of-freedom linear model is used to define a translational stiffness of dynamic coupling phenomenon. The cushion deflection model was created to find the relation between dynamic coupling and distance. Experimental set-up was made to compare with the two-degree-of-freedom linear model. The dynamic coupling factor could be utilized to improve the dynamic comfort of automobile seats.

  • This paper proposes the calculation method of magnetic coupling coefficient of contact-less power supply by the 3D finite element method with a variation of the secondary core position. The primary, secondary self and leakage inductances and the capacitances of a resonant circuit are calculated by the finite element analysis results. The magnetic coupling coefficients are obtained also. The power factors are obtained by simulation for the magnetic coupling coefficients and compared.

  • In this paper Statistical Energy Analysis has been considered to predict high frequency air borne interior noise. Dash panel Insulation is major part to reduce engine excitation noise. Transmission loss and absorption coefficient are considered to predict dash insulation performance. Transmission lose is derived from coupling loss factor and absorption coefficient is derived from internal damping loss factor. Material Biot properties were used to calculate each loss factors. Insulation geometry thickness distribution was hard to measure, so FeGate software was used to calculate thickness map from CAD drawing. Each predicted transmission losses between conventional insulation and light weight insulation were compared with SEA. Transmission loss measurement was performed to validate each prediction result, and it showed good correlation between prediction and measurement. Finally interior noise prediction was performed and result showed light weight insulation system can reduce 40% weight to keep similar performance with conventional insulation system, even though light weigh insulation system has lower sound transmission loss and higher absorption coefficient than conventional system.
