Purpose: The temperature in Seoul has risen 3 times more than the average global temperature increase for the past 100 years. Today, summer starts 15 days earlier than the early 20th century and is 32 days longer. This tendency causes rapid increase of cooling energy demand. Following this effect, seawater heat resources are to be used as an countermeasure for global warming. Incheon Port near the Western Sea has the lowest water temperature in the winter in South Korea in which it is suitable to use seawater cold heat resources. Method: The cold heat resource is gained from seawater when the water temperature is the lowest in the winter time and saved in a seasonal thermal storage. This can be used as cold heat resource in the summer time. A heat exchanger is essential to gain seawater cold energy. Due to this necessity, sea water heat resource heat exchangers are modeled by heat transfer equations and the fluid characteristics are analyzed. Also, a CFD (computational fluid dynamics) program is used to conduct simulation on the fluid characteristics of heat exchangers. The analyzed data of deducted from this process are comprehensively analyzed and discussed. Result: Regarding the performance of the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger was operated following the prediction within the range of heat transfer rate of minimum 3.3KW to maximum 33.6KW per device. In the temperature change analysis of the heat exchanger, fluid analysis by heat transfer equations almost corresponded to the temperature change by CFD simulation. Therefore, it is considered that the results of this study can be used as design data of heat exchangers.

Credit card is means of payment used like cash in terms of function and its users have increased consistently. With development of Internet and electronic commerce a role as payment method of credit card has been growing. But as the risk which results from centralized information and online increases, credit card fraud is also growing. Card theft and loss are decreasing due to countermeasure of card companies and financial supervisory authorities, while card forge and identity theft are increasing. Recently because of frequent personal information leakage and deregulation of financial security following easy-to-use payment enforcement, customer's anxiety about card fraud is growing. And the increase of card fraud lowers trust on credit system as well as causes social costs. In this paper, the security problems of card operating system are addressed in depth and the measures such as immediate switch to IC card terminals, introduction of new security technology, supervision reinforcement of the authorities are proposed.

The moors ecosystem is sensitive environment change and weak in artificial interference. These nature property are very important to people. It is necessary to preservation and protection the moors with a countermeasure. We really need to Environment-GIS(E-GIS) using Geographical Information System(GIS) and digital map including range, correct position and attribute data of moors. In this study, we take priority of making a database of moors management. Taking effect an environment assesment, we concentrate on a standard method of digital map production and a preservation of moors in our research using GIS. Especially, we have to preserve our important national heritage using GIS when Environment Assesment is conducting under construction. We suggest to pre-estimated model of hidden moors as analysing terrain, geological feature, a geographical distribution of plants and animals using GIS.

A active magnetic sensor has been widely used in the underwater guided weapon system because it is able to detect a target accurately in close range, but the target doesn't have any good countermeasure to overcome the threat from the active magnetic sensor. Recently, in order to increase the damage area of target by shock wave with explosion of the underwater weapon system and to detect small target, the maximum target detection range of the active magnetic sensor needs to be increased. One method for improving maximum target detection range is to improve output power from transmitter through demagnetization factor minimization of a transmitting core. Thus, in this paper, we describe the study results on the transmitter core shape design to enhance output power of the active magnetic sensor.

The study seeks to present ways to form and express political opinions while monitoring, regulating and critically accepting the production and distribution of false information and platforms, which are spread channels, through the participation of citizens. First, it logically identified the unfairness of legal regulations on false information. In other words, it is often practically impossible to judge whether false information is false or not, and even false information can sometimes fall within the category of freedom of expression protection. It also revealed that voluntary regulation by platform operators was limited. As an alternative, it was theoretically clear whether civil society should participate in the maintenance and development of democratic public debate sites and create social discourse. The specific method is to find and classify false information and share it with citizens to raise awareness. Second, it forms an autonomous cooperative system with platform operators and others. Third, develop critical media capacity of citizens. Fourth, it responds to producers and platform operators of false information while engaging in community activities as a direct practitioner.

According to the progress of the electronic industry and radio communication technologies, mankind might enjoy its abundant life. On the other hand, many social problems such as EMI, and unnecessary electromagnetic wave occur due to the increased use of electromagnetic wave. Therefore, the organizations such as CISPR, FCC, ANSI, etc. have provided the standard of electromagnetic wave environment for the countermeasure of the EMC. It had been required that the absorbing ability of an electromagnetic wave absorber is more than 20dB, the bandwidth of which is required through 30 MHz to 1,000 MHz for satisfying the international standard about an anechoic chamber for EMI/EMS measurement. From November of 1998, however, the CISPR11 has accepted the extended frequency band from 1 GHz to 18 GHz additionally in the bandwidth of EMI measurement[1]. In this paper, we proposed a new type absorber satisfying the above requirements and carried out broadband design using the equivalent material constants method. Futhermore, the experiments were carried out over the frequency band from 30 MHz to 2 GHz, and hence, the validity of the proposed design theory was confirmed.

The effects of reflected wave of the sea on pseudolite ranging accuracy are analysed in this paper, when a pseudolite navigation system is used for wide area outdoor applications such as aircraft and vessels positioning. Methods for minimizing the influence of sea surface reflection wave were proposed. The methods include the appropriate correlator in pseudolite navigation system through the correlation performance comparison analysis in receiver design, the use of the technology of multiple antennas, and locating the transmitting station antenna on an appropriate position. From the results of experiments, the method of locating the antenna position shows the most reliable performance against the effect of surface reflection wave. The analysis results of the ranging accuracy improvement are addressed, when the multipath caused by sea surface reflection exists.

The abstract should concisely state what was done, how it was done, principal results, and their significance. It should be less than 300 words for all forms of publication. Recently social disasters have been occurring frequently in the increasing complicated social structure, and the scale of damage has also become larger. Accordingly, there is a need for a way to prevent further damage by rapidly responding to social disasters. Twitter is attracting attention as a countermeasure against disasters because of immediacy and expandability. Especially, collecting public opinion on Twitter can be used as a useful tool to prevent disasters by quickly responding. This study proposes a collecting method of Twitter public opinion through keyword analysis, issue topic tweet detection, and time trend analysis. Furthermore we also show the feasibility by selecting the case of humidifier disinfectant which is a social issue recently.
