이 연구의 목적은 융합인재교육의 학습성과에 대한 합리적인 교육평가에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것으로, 융합인재교육에서 학습자가 함양해야 할 핵심 역량 준거의 상대적 가중치를 포함하는 학습성과 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 방법은 융합인재교육 전문가를 대상으로 핵심역량에 대한 이원비교 설문조사를 실시하였고 핵심역량 요인의 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량 1계층에서 융합수행능력과 융합인지능력의 중요도는 각각 39.4%, 36.8% 순으로 분석되었다. 융합인재교육의 교육평가에서 융합수행능력과 융합인지능력은 유사한 중요도 수준을 보였으며, 융합태도능력(23.8%)보다는 중요하게 고려해야 하는 요인으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 핵심역량 2계층에서 문제해결(20.0%)의 상대적 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로는 창의적 사고력(18.3%), 책임감(15.3%), 융합지식 이해(11.0%) 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 핵심역량의 상대적 가중치 분석 결과는 융합인재 교육프로그램의 교육목표 달성 여부를 상대적 가중치에 따라 합리적으로 평가하는 역량평가 체제의 토대가 될 것이다. 더불어 융합인재교육의 교육평가뿐만 아니라 교수 학습 과정 개선과 학습효과를 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발에 가이드 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop a core competency evaluation tool of the preceptors training new graduate nurses and to determine the validity of the developed instrument. Method : This study was conducted in 2 phases. In phase I, preceptor's core competency list was developed through literature review, focus group interview, and review by nursing directors and nurse managers. In phase II, 60 preceptors were evaluated with the developed instrument and categorized into excellent, good & poor core competency groups. For validation of the instrument, new graduates' clinical performance improvement and satisfaction with preceptor were compared between excellent and poor group. Result : The data were analyzed by SPSS P.C and the results were as follows. 1) Preceptor's core competencies were classified into three domains; Role model(10 items), Socialization facilitator(8 items), and Educator(16 items), and each item had four point system of "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree". Cronbach'${\alpha}$ of the instrument was.9416. 2) Comparison of clinical performance improvement and satisfaction with preceptor of the new graduates trained by excellent and poor preceptors revealed that new graduates' clinical performance improvement(p=.015) and satisfaction with the preceptor(p=.005) were significantly higher in the excellent core competency preceptor group than the poor core competency preceptor group. Conclusion : The validity of the preceptor's core competency evaluation tool developed in this study was confirmed. Therefore, this tool can be effectively utilized for education and evaluation of new graduates' preceptors in clinical settings.

오늘날 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 미래에 대한 불확실성이 증대됨에 따라 기업이 시장 환경에 대응하고 함께 번영하여 '계속적 기업(Going concern)'으로 살아남기 위해서 '핵심가치'가 부각되고 있다. 기업의 핵심 가치는 '조직의 미션이나 비전을 성취하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 행동 방식에 대한 것으로 핵심가치가 대두되게 된 배경은 "윤리점검"과 "사업적 목표 달성"이다. 이러한 핵심가치는 기업이념 속에서 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 기업이념이란 회사를 어떤 목적에서 또 어떤 방식으로 경영해 나갈 것인가에 대한 기본적 생각, 사상을 표현한 것으로 경영자가 스스로 기업 경영에 대해 사회적으로 공표한 견해로 최근 많은 국내 글로벌 기업들이 핵심가치에 기반을 둔 기업이념을 선포하였다 이에 국내 대기업인 L- 그룹의 사례인 L- Way를 통해 핵심가치가 기업이 지속가능한 경영에 미치는 역할과 중요성에 대해 알아보기 위한 연구이다.

SE generally defines approaching ways of conducting identification, verification and integration of an optimized product and process solution to meet customer's needs by leveraging organizational competency in engineering and management. To successfully develop a new product under mass production contract, it is important to efficiently carry out the program by ensuring that three major competencies are secured; core technology, system integration, and program management. For successful implementation of tasks in the three areas, systematic execution is called for, which requires identifying risk factors in advance. In particular, comprehensive risk management role and responsibility is required for program management. Success of a development program is determined by complex elements of human resources, organization culture, and overall competency of an organization in technology and program management, including capability of the program manager. In this paper, a risk management solution is suggested to lead a program to success with a more efficient way through actual risk management by the concept of SE around the above three areas.

It is becoming very difficult for a single company to perform every process and activity required to bring its product or service to market in a competitive manner. Consequently, we are observing a dramatic paradigm shift, with companies moving from performing all activities in-house to selective outsourcing for non-core elements of their business. Through outsourcing, companies can focus on their core competencies, reduce costs, improve quality and increase flexibility. Companies today can no longer afford to ignore the potential opportunities realized through mutually beneficial outsourcing relationships with third-party suppliers. The outsourcing opportunities exist in almost every business process. Many successful companies have implemented effective outsourcing relationships with third party suppliers to gain competitive advantage in a wide range of areas. However, in terms of logistics, it is not so easy to find those companies in our country. Consequently, this paper reviews previous researches and describes several topics in third party logistics such as advantages and disadvantages, how can we select third party suppliers, and so on.

Character education is an important educational purpose in the current situation of secondary mathematics education. In the current mathematics curriculum, character education is mentioned in terms of core competencies. However, it is very difficult to concretely practice character education in secondary mathematics education. This paper examines the theoretical background of character education in the tradition of mathematics education, and suggests that mathematics is regarded as a practical tradition by the nature of mathematics from a value-intrinsic perspective. In this respect, mathematics education is defined as an intrinsic and nurturing character through long history of practice. This paper searched for an integrated approach to practicing character education in of secondary mathematics education, and argued that the teacher's personal approach including the class model approach of the human factors by an example of the exponential law a^maⁿ = a^m+n and the value-oriented activities according to the nature of the mathematics was the core.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 제조기업이 자원기반관점의 생산전략을 추구하면서 경쟁력의 원천이 되는 핵심역량을 육성하고, 가치혁신전략의 일환으로서 혁신 제품개발 및 사업 모델 혁신을 추진하여 경영을 다각화할 때, 기업성과에 미치는 구조적 영향 관계를 분석하고, 또한 핵심역량의 육성이 가치혁신전략의 수행에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인지를 검증하는 데 있다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통하여 제조기업에 대한 핵심역량과 가치혁신전략 그리고 기업성과 간에 논리적, 개념적으로 타당한 구조적 관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 기업이 궁극적인 목적인 기업성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 미래 경쟁력의 원천이 될 핵심역량을 전략적으로 육성하고, 가치혁신전략을 기반으로 경영을 다각화해야 함을 알 수 있다.

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량을 파악하고자 치위생(학)과 전임교수 207명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 핵심역량별 세부영역에서 전문가적 행동 및 윤리적 의사결정 능력(1영역)과 과학적이고 전문적인 임상치위생과 임상치과업무의 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 능력(2영역)의 전체 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통 능력 정도(3영역)는 4.48점, 근거중심의 통합적 사고와 문제해결 능력 정도(5영역)는 4.35점으로 나타났다. 핵심역량 세부영역들은 강한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여 보건의료서비스 직종간의 핵심역량 파악과 임상 실무현장에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사들의 핵심역량에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

본 연구의 궁극적 목적은 소방활동 현장지휘관의 대응역량 강화이며, 그 일환으로 훈련용 콘텐츠 시나리오를 개발하였다. 현장지휘관의 상황판단력, 커뮤니케이션, 의사결정력을 3가지 핵심역량으로 설정하였다. 이 3가지 핵심역량이 시나리오 체계구성시 적극 반영될 수 있도록 구축하였다. 본 시나리오의 모든 내용은 재난현장 표준작전절차 SOP를 기반으로 구성하였다. 시나리오의 체계는 전체 14단계로 구성되며, 훈련의 시작과 마지막인 1단계와 14단계를 제외하면, 크게 4단계로 구분된다. 상황설정 단계와 1, 2, 3차 의사결정 단계로 구성되며, 특히 상황판단과 커뮤니케이션은 각 단계마다 중요한 요인이다.
