The purpose of this study is to analyze the job and develops the educational training program of ship-fitter by using the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method. On the first stage, the authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of ship-fitters. To fine what is the most efficient task for ship-fitter, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 10 members, which are one facilitator, eight panel members, one recorder & coordinator to analyze the job of ship-fitter. Following is the result of this study. First, 5 duties and 28 tasks are analyzed. Second, 19 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation containing 'drawing inspecting' are identified. Third, a job model of ship-fitter is constructed by the results of DACUM job analysis. Fourth, training program is developed. This program contains task/curriculum Matrix, task/Course Matrix, training Course Profile, training Road Map.

This paper presents a new dynamically adaptable polling scheme for efficient support of real-time traffic over an IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN network. The poll scheduling plays an important role in IEEE 802.11 PCF. However, the current version of the polling list management scheme proposed in the IEEE802.11 standard is inefficient when a variable number of mobile stations have variable packets to transmit. If Point Coordinator(PC) has an exact information on the station status, it is possible to efficiently perform polling. In this thesis. we suggest an adaptable polling scheme to meet requirements of the stations. In our scheme, each station transmits packets including a piggyback information to inform that it wants to receive a poll in the next polling duration. Simulation results indicate that our scheme may reduces the packet discard ratio and real-time packet transfer delay.

Electroluminescence (EL) comes from the light emission obtained by the electrical excitation energy passing through a phosphor layer undo. an applied high electrical field $(10^6 V/cm)$. The preparation of white and blue phosphors and characterizations of light emitting alternating current powder electroluminescent devices (ACPELDs) were investigated. In this work, we fabricated two kinds of ELDs, that is, yellow electroluminescent device (B-ELD), blue electroluminescent device (B-ELD). The basic st.uctures of Y-ELD and B-ELD are ITO (Indium Tin Oxide)/phosphor layer/Insulator layer/Carbon electrode and ITO/Phosphor layer/Insulating layer/carbon electrode, respectively. Another structures of ITO/Phosphor and Insulator mixture layer/Backelectrode are introduced. EL spectra and luminance of two types of ELDs were measured by changing voltage at fixed frequency 0.4kHz, 1.5kHz. Blue and yellow phosphors prepared in this work show $50cd/m^2\;and\;30cd/m^2$ of luminance at 400Hz, 150V.

This paper is to research the difference of care workers' role in Sanatorium between urban and rural areas. Interviews have been conducted with 100 care managers with structured questionnaires in community care settings. The findings of the study are as follows. In the analysis of working with carers a care manager acting as a counsellor in rural was required rather more than any other role in working with clients' carers. In working with formal and informal networks, an administrative specialist role was also important in both areas. With resource management, there were some regional variances between rural and urban. In the urban area, a care managers as a coordinator was more required than as a broker. In the rural area, a care manager as a broker, selecting service resources for elderly clients was the most suitable role. In conclusion, in general rural care managers' roles were similar to those of many core managers in urban area. Among the many possible roles of care managers that effective continuity of care is to be provided for elderly clients in community care, two have been specified as essential roles. The first is the role of care managers that provides coordination and integration of services at the clients' levels as a care manager as an implementer, a linkman, counsellor. The second is at the system level which is possible role for coordination and linkage of programs as a characteristics of care managers, task with formal & informal network, community resources, available residential & NHS resourcesw.

The SrS:Cu, Ag thin film electroluminescient devices were fabricated on $AlTiO_3$/ITO/glass substrates by electron-beam evaporation. The emission spectrum of the device was about 460 nm with $\chi$=0.20, y=0.29 in the CIE color coordinator. It was found that the emission spectrum was saturated to pure blue color when Ag sensitizer was doped in SrS:CuCl phosphors. The luminance of the device was increased by increasing the sulfur pressure. The measured luminance was saturated with 430 cd/$m^2$at the applied voltage of 90 V and the maximum luminance was 580 cd/$m^2$at 110V. The polarization charge and conduction charge of the devices were found to be found to be about $3.5\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and $7.4\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$, respectively.

Mobile database system address information processing based on database system in mobile computing environment. In the mobile database system, when a mobile transaction host enter a other radio coverage area called a cell while processing a transaction, it have to alter the communication network address to new database server. This is called transactional service handoff. This paper propose a transaction processing scheme for providing the proper function of this transactional service handoffs in mobile database system. This scheme apply coordinator migration mechanism which perform the transaction in new database server when posed to be the transaction service handoff. Fially, the proposed scheme will improve system performance by minimizing the tansmission of message for processing the transactions in mobile database system.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the current job-related characteristics coordinators in East-West Collaborative Medical Practices(EWCMP) and to develop activation plans for them. Method : The participants were 51 personnel who were supporting EWCMP in the 28 institutions. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results : The major role of the participants was educating and consulting patients(74.5%) and followed by supporting collaborating physician(70.6%). They assumed to be helpful to make the patients easy to use EWCMP(98%) and to give patients full information what they asked(96%). However, participants responded lack of adequate educational programs and role ambiguity as chief complaints(91.7%). They showed relatively high level of job importance(78.7points on 100points) and job satisfaction(72.8points on 100points). Coordinators were expected to have bachelor and more than 8 years clinical career, and communication skill. Conclusions : Coordinators have played key roles in giving information for the patients and coordinating EWCMP. However their roles and job description was not clear, and educational programs was insufficient as required. Therefore, it is needed to clarify their roles and job description and establish professional educational programs for supporting coordinators.

Generally, due to the strong coherence between embedded software and hardware or peripheral software, embedded software is tested by using black-box test based on user scenario for the whole system. This paper suggests the method to coordinate between testing and debugging under consideration for difficulties on solving out the defects detected from black-box test. First of all, from test result analysis, it builds up the debugging strategies enable to trace the locations of the defect's causes. And along with the strategies, it implements the generator of test scripts to be performed on the emulator environment. Through these steps, it can coordinate embedded software testing and debugging activities.

컴파일러 설치 및 환경정보 설정과 같은 일련의 컴파일러 설정과정은 개발환경 구성과정 중 중요한 과정이며, 집단 개발환경에서의 개발환경 동일화 과정은 많은 비용을 초래할 수 있게 된다. 더욱이 개발 초급자 또는 공학교육 학습자에게는 앞서 언급한 개발환경 구성과정이 개발언어에 대한 학습과정의 진입장벽으로 작용할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 개발언어에 대한 학습을 이루고자할 경우, 이에 수반되는 다양한 컴파일러 확보 설정 등의 과정은 개발 시스템과 컴파일 시스템이 일치함에 따라 환경구성의 복잡도가 증가하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴파일 환경을 구성한 분산 시스템을 기반으로 원격 컴파일 서비스를 제공하는 분산 시스템 아키텍처를 제시하며 이에 대한 구현 사항을 제공한다. 특히 브로커 아키텍처를 기반으로 한 분산 시스템 상에서 처리 시스템들에 빈번히 발생할 수 있는 고장 상황에 대해 고가용성(High Availability)을 달성하기 위해 처리 시스템간의 가용 여부를 관리하는 Coordinator 처리 시스템 선출을 위해 선출 알고리즘으로 Bully 알고리즘을 적용하였다.

This article is a part of a doctoral research project on developing the faculty-librarian collaboration model to support learning and research at Vietnamese universities. The findings of this study have crucial significance in drawing a broader view of the importance of faculty-librarian collaboration and the roles of such collaborators at Vietnamese universities. Qualitative methodology was used to formulate related topics and achieve these research objectives. Semi-structured interviews were carried out at four universities in Vietnam with three key informants, including the faculty, librarian, and administrators (dean/vice dean of faculty, director/deputy director of the library). From March to April 2019, researchers conducted 29 interviews with three participant groups. The striking results of this research showed that the faculty and librarians realized the significance of a collaborative relationship and expect that Vietnamese universities will design and deploy a model to boost the effectiveness of this collaboration. Besides this, the study found that the collaborators play certain important roles within the collaborative relationship, for instance, that of reference, coordinator, special lecturer, cooperator, and information user.
