이 연구는 질적 연구 방법론에 의한 현장사례연구로서, 공동육아나눔터의 주요 기능과 운영상의 문제 및 활성화 조건을 탐구한 것이다. 지역(대도시·중소도시·군단위), 개소 시기, 운영기관, 위치, 맞벌이자녀초등전담돌봄 여부, 2020년 돌봄공동체시범사업 참여 여부 등을 고려하여 전국 8지역을 사례로 선정하였다. 공동연구자가 각 센터 현장을 함께 방문하여 센터장 혹은 전담직원을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 활용하여 심층면접을 진행하였다. 면접자료를 전사하여 34개의 하위범주와 12개의 범주를 구성하고, 공동육아나눔터의 주요기능과 운영상의 어려움 그리고 활성화 조건이라는 세 가지 주제를 도출하였다. 이러한 주제를 토대로 공동육아나눔터 활성화방안을 제안하였다.

Pumasi and Cooperative Child Care Sharing have had positive results among participants and show possibilities of spreading out to the community in general. However, performance was not proved where it is clarified, and the experience of 23 local Healthy Family Support Centers have that ran the demonstration project were unable to be collected. It is the point of time when the initial backing up is important but the centers do not have the systematic support. Therefore, this research presents an effective management plan through qualitative research involving Pumasi participants and person in charge. The operation strategies by the stage of the project were as follows: First, in the beginning stage, the person in charge establishes the target and vision of the project. Second, when comprising the Pumasi team, it was necessary to consider their characteristics according to the team organization subjects. Third, it is necessary to extend the turn-off time and provide many programs so that the various populations can participate. Fourth, in the advertising step, word of mouth and individual contact needs to be utilized. Fifth, in a medium or small city or an urban-rural complex area, the person in charge should support the participants' Pumasi activities. Sixth, various programs such as a passive and active parent education program and Pumasi education program for the leader needs to be provided for the activation of Pumasi activities. Lastly, a cooperative child care sharing location needs to be constructed by the duality system of the base space and outer space. In this location, the inside play space for the children is essential.

본 연구는 팀 구성원들과 관계를 형성하여 협동하는 능력을 길러주고, 자신과 타인에 대해 이해하고 신뢰가 바탕이 되어야 하는 예비유아교사들에게 스토리텔링 기법을 활용하여 협동학습 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 및 사례연구를 통하여 스토리텔링기반 협동학습 모형 초안을 구안하고, 이를 현장에 적용하여 모형의 강점과 개선점을 중심으로 수정 보완하여 모형을 구안하였다. 도출된 모형의 초안은 P시 D대학 유아교육과 학생을 대상으로 6주에 걸쳐 현장적용 하였다. 그 결과, 협동학습에 대한 긍정적인 반응과 협동학습에 대한 재인식하기, 팀 구성원의 역할분담 재구성에 대한 필요성이 도출되었고, 이를 바탕으로 모형을 수정 보완하여 예비유아교사를 위한 협동학습 모형의 최종안을 구안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop storytelling Instructional model for promote problem-solving in a Blended learning Environment. To achieve the purpose, the study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of storytelling Instructional model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to the actual work. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strength and implemented to 28 students who were the sophomore of child care education department and enrolled the profession class of at S University for 6 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying storytelling technique to the beginning stage of learning. Instructional model storytelling consists phases Preparing to perform Storytelling, Building the team and role sharing team, Problem providing, Planning for problem solving, Brend Story structuralization, Cooperative Learning and Problem solving, announcement of the results and evaluating and reflection of general. And then learning supporting components for a facilitator and a learner were prepared for each process. Established in a Blended learning Environment was created based on all-line, how to teach and learning supporting organization. Final Model was suggested as a blueprint for stages actual learning which was consisted of a introductory storytelling part, an main storytelling part and a post storytelling part.
