In recent years, international cooperation has become important not only at the humanitarian level but also at the socio-economic level. As a result, major foreign countries are increasing capital-intensive international cooperation. In this environment, Korea needs to look for differentiated international cooperation plans centered on sustainable talent cultivation and move away from capital-based international cooperation. In this study, we analyzed the case of HRD (Human Resource Development) center in Cambodia as an international cooperation model between industry-academia-college for training software (SW) workforce. The HRD Center in Cambodia is an educational institution that fosters SW talent and can be viewed as an international cooperation model that can influence the ICT industry in Cambodia as an educational platform. In fact, 190 people who have been hired so far have entered various fields. 97% of graduates have been satisfied with HRD center and 90% of them are willing to recommend the center. In particular, as highlighted in the case study, the HRD Center has had a positive effect on not only cultivating self-initiated learning-based SW talent, but also formulating positive image of Korea and Korean companies thereby facilitating entry into the global market. The HRD Center in Cambodia has developed a virtuous cycle of fostering human resources, providing education, advancing industry and building a cooperative network. Korea has transformed into a platform for international cooperation and human resource development and education by providing active support and aid. This case study will be utilized as a new model of international cooperation with SW expert training platform for Korea.

Purpose - Distribution channels cannot function without cooperation. While evidence suggests channel power plays a fundamental role in fostering successful manufacturer-dealer channel cooperation in Western countries distribution systems, little is known empirically as to how dealers' possession of non-mediated powers influence SME manufacturers' cooperation in Asian developing countries. Research design, data, methodology - Drawing upon the extant distribution channels literatures; this study conceptualizes a model and examines the effects of dealer's non-mediated powers on manufacturing SME firms, as well as the mediating influence of trust, relationship satisfaction and commitment. A survey of 400 manufacturing SMEs in Taiwan empirically supports the proposed hypothesis. Results - The model is acceptable in terms of overall goodness of fit. Acceptable model fit are indicated by χ²/(df): 2.35, GFI≧.90; RMSEA values≦ .08; IFI, TLI and CFI values≧.90. Our results indicate that, GFI (0.910), IFI (0.937), TLI (0.903), CFI (0.936), and RMSEA (0.079) and therefore, achieved the suggested thresholds. Conclusions - The results of this study have some managerial implications for managers in the dealer's firms. The overall implication from the findings is that managers can utilize expert, referent and traditional legitimate powers to attain channel cooperation with manufacturing SMEs in addition to garnering their trust, relationship satisfaction and commitment.

This study suggests about industrial-educational cooperation model through a case study by practical training by industrial-educational cooperation. Practical training of game development process is organized as industrial-educational cooperation pipe-line to represent whole process model, and step-cases about this are described. The purpose of this study is for learners to experience practical industry development process in a direct or indirect way. And above all, educators role in each stages of development is also important. This study would be used as a reference data about practical training and studies related with industrial-educational cooperation.

The process of international technical cooperation is quite complex. If the complexity is reduced and mirrored as a simple model, it could be of great assistance to government agencies and staff to support international technical cooperation. The purpose of this paper was to develop the underlying process model in international technical cooperation in the evaluation phase. The paper provides in the second chapter the theoretical background for developing a process model. In the third chapter, the features and the practical model of the evaluation phase are presented. Chapter four presents a case with substantial empirical analysis of the development model. EU FP7th as a case study was examined in the hindsight of international technical cooperation in the evaluation process. The concluding, chapter five, presents the limitations and future research directions. The results show that a new phase can be analyzed on the level of the evaluation step. The limitation of this study was that the empirical study consists of a single case study only. In the future, it will be necessary to study the sub stages of other steps in international technological cooperation.

The purpose of this study is to help each university for valid performance evaluation and quality control of the Industry-University Cooperation Concentration Professor(IUCCP) through the development of the performance evaluation model of industry-university cooperation concentration professor. To achieve this purpose, researchers were collected and analysis data about the management regulations of IUCCP of 57 university include 51 LINC selected by Ministry of Education and Science-Technology in 2012. Through this process, define the concept of IUCCP and clear a qualification criterion, types and role the each types of IUCCP, and developed the model on performance evaluation of industry-university cooperation concentration professor constructed 4 dimensions consists with evaluation area, evaluation element, evaluation indices, and scoring unit.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cases of cooperation between school libraries and public libraries in order to reinforce their cooperation, and to prepare the base for development of school libraries. Data is collected through five workshops which attended school librarians, public librarians, and the peoples in the several regional offices of education. The results show three models of school and public library cooperation. School library - public library cooperation model is suited for metropolitan area where school library and public library are developed. Public library support model is suited for mid-size cities where school libraries are undeveloped. School library and public library integration model is suited for small towns where both school libraries and public libraries are undeveloped. These models, however, should be revised through testing several libraries and different situations.

The Smart Home or intelligent home network control system has the need for home devices to cooperate for the purpose of providing the automated services to residents. The cooperation of home devices can be defined as the service for residents that it controls simultaneously two or more home devices with the same purpose about user's control request of specific home device. A object of home device cooperation are the function object of home device, it is well defined in each device model in AHAM(Association of Home Appliance Manufactures) nth(Connected Home Appliances). AMAM CHA is to promote new appliance services and features enabled through networking by describing generic appliance models, objects, and high-level messages, but does not consider the description and process of cooperation between objects of each device model. This paper defines the cooperation relationship that could be discovered in among home devices, and proposes the cooperation model that AHAM objects could process the cooperation relationship.

The purpose of the NCS-based curriculum is to prepare students for practical competencies to perform tasks demanded by industries by applying nationally and industrially developed and certified NCS to the currently held curriculum. In order to achieve this academic goal, education institutions must dedicate their utmost efforts to train trainees to attain flexibility in rapidly changing industry environments and competitiveness to perform the various tasks demanded by industries. The 47th article of the Higher Education Law explains that the purpose of the College corresponds with that of the NCS-based curriculum because the contribution of national and social development is related to the development of an industry. The college purpose and the NCS-based curriculum require close collaboration and cooperation between industries and colleges. This thesis analyzes cases of industry and college cooperation, researches adequate cases that suit the purpose of the NCS-based curriculum and proposes an appropriate industrial-education cooperation model that suits college and NCS-based curriculum by analyzing the cooperation model held by highly acknowledged universities oversea. In addition, this paper proposes a process and guideline to establish the industrial-education cooperation model. The industrial-education cooperation model proposed herein not only practically aligns the NCS-based curriculum to fit the industry environments, but also supports each party in pursuing and achieving its goals through an effective cooperative structure. The NCS-based industrial education model is anticipated to improve colleges' employment rates, allow industries' procurement of brilliant human resources, and contribute to the development of domestic industries through effective college education and training competent professionals for society.

The main purpose of the research is to examine the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law in the causal relationship between procedural justice and police legitimacy and criminal deterrence. This research employs a survey questionnaire to evaluate procedural justice, police legitimacy, cooperation with the police, and compliance with the law. The number of subject of the study is 312 citizens residing in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs Structural Equation Model by using AMOS 24 to analyze the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law. As the result of analysis, the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law is statistically significant at the level 0.01. The key findings of this study is that in the community-based policing, cooperation with the police and compliance with the law are very important determinants in controlling and deterring crimes and the police need to reinforce a cooperative relationship with residents to reduce crimes through strengthening the willingness of compliance with the law.
