  • 마야는 현재 대부분의 3D그래픽 분야에 사용되고 있다. 마야에서는 모델링방법으로 넙스, 폴리곤, 서브디비전을 제공하고 있다. 각각의 특성에 따라 모델링된 객체는 필요에 따라 모델링 변환이 필요하다. 모델링 변환을 하는 경우 UV노드가 생성되지 않기 때문에 텍스쳐 매핑이 불가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 마야에서 지원해주는 변환 기능 중 넙스모델링 한 후 서브디비전으로 모델링변환 하는 경우 UV 텍스쳐 노드의 생성방법에 대해 연구하였고 구현 결과를 소개한다.

사출성형공정에서 CAE 기반 품질 데이터와 실험 데이터의 통합 학습을 통한 인공지능 품질 예측 모델 구축에 대한 연구 (A study on the construction of the quality prediction model by artificial neural intelligence through integrated learning of CAE-based data and experimental data in the injection molding process)

  • In this study, an artificial neural network model was constructed to convert CAE analysis data into similar experimental data. In the analysis and experiment, the injection molding data for 50 conditions were acquired through the design of experiment and random selection method. The injection molding conditions and the weight, height, and diameter of the product derived from CAE results were used as the input parameters for learning of the convert model. Also the product qualities of experimental results were used as the output parameters for learning of the convert model. The accuracy of the convert model showed RMSE values of 0.06g, 0.03mm, and 0.03mm in weight, height, and diameter, respectively. As the next step, additional randomly selected conditions were created and CAE analysis was performed. Then, the additional CAE analysis data were converted to similar experimental data through the conversion model. An artificial neural network model was constructed to predict the quality of injection molded product by using converted similar experimental data and injection molding experiment data. The injection molding conditions were used as input parameters for learning of the predicted model and weight, height, and diameter of the product were used as output parameters for learning. As a result of evaluating the performance of the prediction model, the predicted weight, height, and diameter showed RMSE values of 0.11g, 0.03mm, and 0.05mm and in terms of quality criteria of the target product, all of them showed accurate results satisfying the criteria range.

  • MSK 신호는 PSK 신호보다 좁은 주파수 대역을 차지하여 채널간 간섭을 줄을 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 고주파 대역에서는 신호를 만들기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 탄성표면과 필터가 고주파 대역에서도 원하는 임펄스 응답과 선형 위상 특성을 얻기 용이하다는 장점을 이용하여 손쉽게 고주파 PSK 신호를 MSK 신호로 실시간 변환 처리하는 탄성표면과 PSK-MSK 변환 필터를 설계 제작하고 그특성을 고찰하였다.

  • Use of the 5.1 channel audio signals suitable for the television system is improper for the radio broadcasting system, which uses the stereo audio system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an audio down-mixer to convert 5.1 multi-channel audio signals to stereo signals for radio broadcasting. In this paper, a development of an audio down-mixer was carried out to convert 5.1 multi-channel audio signals to stereo signals. The down-mixer which was developed can use the audio signals separated from video signals, including sound signals or individual signals provided from 3-channel AES/EBU signals including Left(L), Right(R), Left Surround(Ls), Right Surround(Rs), Center(C) and Low Frequency Effect(Lfe) sounds as mixer inputs.

  • This paper presents a conceptual approach to convert customer requirements expressed in ordinary language into a form of qualitative and quantitative functions for developing new products. This approach attempts to combine the concepts of the value engineering and the Kansei engineering. It emphasizes that customer require- ments should be interpreted and reflected on the design of new product. Specific are discussed for extracting subjective requirements and transforming them into qualitative and quantitative functions for product design. This approach is expected to provide the product designer with a systematic efficient tool for incorporating subjective requirements into a product design.

  • An algorithmic approach to degree reduction of rational Bezier curves is presented. The algorithms are based on the degree reduction of polynomial Bezier curves. The method is introduced with the following steps: (a) convert the rational Bezier curve to polynomial Bezier curve by using homogenous coordinates, (b) reduce the degree of polynomial Bezier curve, (c) determine weights of degree reduced curve, (d) convert the Bezier curve obtained through step (b) to rational Bezier curve with weights in step (c).

  • In this paper, a regeneration inverter is proposed using 3-level inverter. Electric regeneration means regeneration brake in electric railway vehicles. Induction motors, generally used with railway vehicles, convert the electric energy to the movement energy when vehicle is running. When the vehicle stop, the induction motor convert the movement energy to the electric energy. Usually, this energy is used with another running vehicle in the same section. If there is no vehicle around when the regeneration is occurred, regeneration energy is consumed by heat energy with resistors. The proposed inverter is capable of reuse this regeneration energy in another place.

  • To convert into multiphase from single phase are often necessary for industry field. In oder to convert of phase, phase shifted voltages are first buileded by single phase and then must combine with these voltages adequately. This paper aims at the description of the way of phase shift by means of turning on or turning off through natural commutation and forced commutation methods with firing angle of thyristor pating a role of switching controlled adequately. Experimental result of the Phase Shift with the Thyristors Utilized has been turned out to shift the phase to 60.deg., 90.deg., 120.deg., and other angles.

SPARQL Query Automatic Transformation Method based on Keyword History Ontology for Semantic Information Retrieval

  • In semantic information retrieval, we first need to build domain ontology and second, we need to convert the users' search keywords into a standard query such as SPARQL. In this paper, we propose a method that can automatically convert the users' search keywords into the SPARQL queries. Furthermore, our method can ensure effective performance in a specific domain such as law. Our method constructs the keyword history ontology by associating each keyword with a series of information when there are multiple keywords. The constructed ontology will convert keyword history ontology into SPARQL query. The automatic transformation method of SPARQL query proposed in the paper is converted into the query statement that is deemed the most appropriate by the user's intended keywords. Our study is based on the existing legal ontology constructions that supplement and reconstruct schema and use it as experiment. In addition, design and implementation of a semantic search tool based on legal domain and conduct experiments. Based on the method proposed in this paper, the semantic information retrieval based on the keyword is made possible in a legal domain. And, such a method can be applied to the other domains.

  • Various side-chains are introduced to the 7-amino position of 7-aminocepha-losporanic acid (7-ACA) to make semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics. In order to convert cephalosporin C (CPC) to 7-ACA, two enzymatic reactions are generally imployed. Glutary1-7-aminocephalosporanic acid (Gl-7-ACA) acylase is involved in the second step where the reaction intermediate, Gl-7-ACa is converted into 7-ACA. It was recently reported that CPC amidase can convert CPC directly into 7-ACA in a single enzymatic reaction. A study was undertaken to screen microorganisms conferring enzyme activity to convert Gl-7-ACA or CPC into 7-ACA by one or two enzymatic reactions. In order to screen the microorganisms rapidly, a non-$\beta$-lactam model compund, glutaryl-$\rho$-nitroanilide, was utilized in an early stage, thereafter the selected microorganisms were examined with real substrates. One microorganism exhibiting both Gl-7-ACA acylase and CPC amidase activities was obtained by the colorimetry method and HPLC assay, and was identified as a strain of Serratia species, designated as Serratia sp. N14.4. The optimal fermentation conditions for Serratia sp. N14.4 was pH9.0 and 3$0^{\circ}C$.
