On the limited urban area meteorological data are hard to be collected because of the cost problem. The facilities collecting the data require high installment cost. Recently, the sensor network technique comes to the fore as a solution. Furthermore a mobile phone also becomes to be recognized as a sensor. This paper studies an application to service the meteorological map using mobile phone sensor. A design results for system implementation are introduced in this paper.

This study proposes a DRM system for VOD streaming services in a mobile environment. The proposed system consists of DRM client manager (Consumer), in which core components for client services are independently constructed to be used in a mobile environment, and DRM server, which provides DRM services. Consumer independently exists in the client to maximize efficiency and processing capacity in such a mobile environment, and consists of license service, content service, access service, and tracking service. DRM server consists of streaming server for VOD streaming, distributor, license server, and provider. The proposed system has an architecture suitable for a mobile environment that is difficult to process in the existing DRM system and can solves the super-distribution using license manager in client manager.

Ultimately, this research will focus on the activity traits of future customers in the convergence age. To accomplish that, firstly, researcher develop measures for assessing the convergence level of digital devices and digital services. Next, this will investigate the behavioral traits of people who use specific devices or services on the internet or mobile networks. This study proposed five convergence measures each for devices and services. For digital devices, measures such as converged functions, accessibility to network, portability, immediate communicability, and expandibility of functions were utilized. For digital measures such as scope of users, newness, social network level, ease-of use on mobile networks, and expandibility of information were used. We believe that the research results can provide insights for those wishing to explore the convergence level of devices and services and those developing high-level converged devices and digital services.

Voice over IP is a telephone service which sends and receives the voices through the Internet. Because the infrastructure of wireless and mobile communication networks such as 3G, Wi-Fi and WiMAX has expanded, the study about Mobile VoIP, which provides the voice service from wireless network, has been actively in progress. Since Rei 6 HSPA in 3GPP and Rev A lxEVDO in 3GPP2, VoIP through the data channel is more efficient than circuit switch. It is predicted that VoIP over 4G will be more effective and 4G mobile VoIP business will be vitalized in the future. In addition, there are businesses which offer VoWLAN by using software such as Skype and Fring. They provide services which cheapen the price of international calls and long distance calls. This paper will present the Korean and other countries' mobile VoIP trends, its classification along the network connection, the study on techniques, and conditions of mobile VoIP. It also will be described a view of terminal convergence and service convergence.

In this research, we have developed a model that can explain the potential customer's needs for the potable Internet service, a concept with 'QoS guaranteed lower-price high speed mobile Internet service. Based on the developed model, we have also derived some empirical implications for the business firms interest in the potable Internet market. The developed model is incorporating a survey result, answering of potential customer's attitude for the portable Internet service, from the subscribers to the Internet service, wireless LAN service, and mobile Internet service. As a result, we have found that a very innovative group, such as wireless LAN users and 20's age group using mobile Internet service, could be the most attractive market segment. Moreover, the aspects of the service coverage and the price competitiveness at the service launching stage could be the most critical success factors for the portable Internet service.

The development of IT has made it possible to use various terminal systems for financial transaction and demands for financial survices are getting more and more diversified at the same time. Among others, mobile banking service market based on IC chips has been expanded its service areas and the number of mobile banking users has been increased. The study analyzes and tests the dynamic effects of the inflow of potential customers on mobile banking market condition by using system dynamics methodology to identify the dynamic structure of mobile banking market. The simulation model is designed to track the variation in the number of subscribers of mobile banking servides according to two scenarios, and the results are as follows; First the effect of word of mouth by customers who have used the service already is significant. The satisfactory level of early adopters is reflected in WOM, and as a test result shows, increase in word-of-mouth causes the growth of potential customers' demands for mobile banking service. Second, perceived attractiveness of mobile banking service market is another important construct. Factors such as convenience, mobility, time saving, security, and various services explain the construct perceived attractiveness of the service, and it makes the potential customers adopt the service, causing the increase of demands.

Recently, the bio-sensing information systems for collecting and analysing human body information of a patient in real time in the field of medical information and healthcare information service are continuously increasing. Specially, various wearable devices such as a wrist, a garment, and a skin attachment type for supporting health information of a mobile user are rapidly increasing. Until now, there is no patch-type biometric information service model. Therefore, this paper presents a biometric information system model and the application examples to support biometric information sensing and health information service of mobile user with digital patch system as a new biometric information system. As a result, through this research, research issues based on digital patch system are searched to suggest the direction of continuous research.

Mobile SNS is a new paradigm of the communication. These days, mobile services communicate with server by client applications. TALK or PUSH provide services using TCP/IP software in operation system through massage or data by socket. Thus, SNS and mobile convergence are necessary and new service is constructed using platform of SNS. In this paper, we design and implement TALK and PUSH services between clients by location based SNS using the socket type.

The data generated by the BSN sensor attached to the human body is mostly mobile. Accordingly, in a mobile cloud environment that processes BSN data, the service should not be fixed in a specific area but be able to support it according to the move. The mobile device must be able to process, filter and transmit the collected BSN data. The cloud server must be able to collect the data processed by the mobile device and provide it as a service. And the transfer of data requires standardized transfer between each device. In this paper, we propose a data delivery method through standard schema when mobile device processes data and provides service in cloud system and a data processing method according to the movement of the mobile device.

In this paper presents the method of the Optimal Mobile Router Designation (OMRD) using QM(Quality of service Manager) in the nested mobile network. QM is positioned on TLMR (Top Level Mobile Router) in the nested mobile network and manages the information of all MRs in the mobile network. When MN (Mobile Node) moves to a new MR, OMRD (Optimal Mobile Router Designation) selects the candidate MRs group and decides an optimal MR considering the mobile characteristics. OMRD reduces maximally the production of handover and removes the transmission delay of a new call and a handover call resulted from the wireless insufficient resource. Also, it prevents the concentration in a specific MR and maintains equally the load of the whole network.
