멀티채널 환경에서 정보탐색채널과 구매채널의 불일치 현상에 관한 연구: 쇼루밍 현상을 중심으로 (Inconsistency between Information Search and Purchase Channels: Focusing on the "Showrooming Phenomenon")

  • Purpose - "Showrooming" refers to the phenomenon where a shopper visits a store to see and compare products but makes the purchase online at a lower price. Surveys on showrooming activities at home and abroad indicate that a significant number of consumers pursue showrooming activities. The advent of "showroomers," who engage in buying activities, hovering both on and offline, while selectively choosing sales channels to suit their needs, is powerful enough to erode the borders between channels and bring about seismic changes in the distribution industry. However, surprisingly, there has been no in-depth discussion on showrooming. This study seeks to theoretically investigate what impact personal characteristics have on showrooming preferences and attitudes in a multi-channel environment. Specifically, assumptions have been made that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping not only have a direct impact on showrooming attitudes but also indirectly affect it through the means of contact motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypotheses, this study conducted a survey of male and female shoppers, ages 20 through 40s, who live in metropolitan areas, and have actively showroomed fashion items in the last six months. A clothing item usually purchased after a careful decision-making process was chosen as the target product of the study. The survey was conducted between October and November 2014, using a professional survey service provider. A total of 200 surveys were collected, of which 198 were used for analysis. Conceptual model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Amos 18.0 were employed for data analysis and model verification. In addition, following the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model analysis, the theoretical model that corresponds to the research model was analyzed. Results - Analysis results show that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping have a statistically significant and positive (+) impact on showrooming attitudes. In addition, in terms of the indirect influence of price perception and perceived performance risk on showrooming attitudes through means of contact motivation, price perception had a statistically significant and positive impact on means of contact motivation, whereas perceived performance risk did not have a statistically significant impact on it, with the relevant hypothesis rejected. Conclusions - These analysis results imply that the ultimate goal of consumers is to maximize their shopping benefits by selectively and strategically taking advantage of different channels in a complementary manner. This study presents many implications for distributors to encourage a deep understanding of showrooming consumers who have complicated consumption behaviors and to build channel integration strategies. This study has limitations in theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, subsequent studies need to focus on verifying that showrooming activities are based on reasonable and planned decisions by applying the theory of reasoned or planned behavior. In addition, the scope of the study should expand to include web showrooming, where consumers conduct product research online and purchase offline.

  • 서비스산업은 종류가 다양해지고 서비스 기업의 규모도 크게 향상되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 경제성장과 기술발전으로 인해 소비자 요구가 다양화되어 새로운 서비스에 대한 수요가 창출되었으며, 서비스산업이 성숙하고 글로벌 경쟁 양상으로 기업 간의 경쟁이 심화하여 규모의 경제를 활용한 경쟁력 향상이 요구되기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 미용 서비스업체의 경영자는 다양하고 급변하는 환경에 빠르게 대응하여 조직성과와 기업의 목표인 경영성과를 달성하기 위하여 기업가정신이 다양한 성과변수에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 경영자의 기업가정신이 조직성과인 고객지향성과 고객만족, 경영성과인 재무적 성과 간의 관계에서 영향을 미치는 관계를 실증 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구의 검증을 위해 설문의 구성은 한 업체에 사업주용 설문지 1부, 종업원용 설문지 2부, 고객용 설문지 2부로 구성하였다. 설문지는 총 400개 업체에 배포하여 340개 업체의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 불성실 응답의 설문지 37개 업체의 설문을 제외한 303개의 업체를 표본으로 가설검증에 활용하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신이 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내어 가설이 지지가 되었다. 둘째, 고객지향성이 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내어 가설이 지지가 되었다. 셋째, 고객만족이 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내어 가설이 지지가 되었다. 넷째, 기업가정신은 고객지향성을 통해 고객만족에 영향을 미치고, 고객만족은 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업가정신과 고객만족 간의 고객지향성이 완전매개하며, 고객지향성과 재무적 성과에 고객만족이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가정신과 경영성과 간의 관계에서 개인 수준의 성과인 종업원들의 행동과 태도를 개선되고 이러한 변화는 조직 수준의 성과인 고객만족이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서부터 고객과 빈번한 접촉이 이루어진다. 서비스접점에서 종업원의 역할이 중요하고 서비스구매에 영향을 미친다. 서비스접점에서 고객을 대면하는 종업원은 고객과의 관계를 지속적으로 유지해주는 결정적 요인으로 작용한다. 미용 서비스업체 내에서는 종사자들 간에 고객지향적 환경을 조성해줄 필요가 있다. 고객지향적인 기업이나 종업원이 고객의 욕구를 예측하고 우수한 가치를 가진 제품 또는 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객에게 더 큰 만족을 끌어내 경쟁우위를 점할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 또한, 고객만족은 경영성과인 재무적 경영성과 측면의 관계가 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 따라서 미용 서비스업체의 경영자가 경쟁력확보와 성과향상을 위해 기업가정신이 중요한 요소임을 시사한다.

영업사원의 긍정 탐색 수용도와 감정노동이 적응적 판매행동 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Salespersons' Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Labor on Adaptive Selling Behavior and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 접점에서 개별 고객의 욕구에 맞춰 다양한 형태의 감정들을 반응해야 하는 영업사원의 긍정 탐색과 감정노동이 적응적 판매행동 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 분석하였다. 115명의 자동차 영업사원들과 해당 영업사원으로부터 서비스를 제공받은 고객 2명씩 230명으로부터 이원적(dyadic) 설문자료를 수집하였다. 총 345명을 대상을 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 긍정 탐색은 심층행동과 표면행동에 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심층행동만 적응적 판매행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 표면행동과는 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 마지막으로 적응적 판매행동은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적으로 영원사원의 긍정 탐색(AI) 접근의 본질을 규명하고, 긍정 탐색(AI) 실천과 관련된 감정노동을 통한 적응적 판매행동을 활성화시키는데 기여할 것이다.

Improvement of Handoff-state and QOS in Wireless Environment

  • In this paper, we propose for improving QoS in wireless micro cellular network using Cellular-IP/PRC(Paging Route Cache) with Paging Cache and Route Cache in Cellular-IP and propose for performance of realtime and non-real time handoff service using Handoff state machine Paging Route Cache. Although the Cellular-IP/PRC technology is devised for mobile internet communication, it bas its vulnerability in frequent handoff environment. On the other hand, Cellular IP combines the capability of cellular networks to provide high performance handoff and efficient location management of active and idle mobile users with the inherent flexibility, robustness and scalability found in IP networks. Also Cellular-IP/PRC use semi-soft handoff. During semi-soft hand off a mobile host may be in contact with either of the old and new base stations and receive packets from them. Packets intended to the mobile node are sent to both base stations and buffered, so when the mobile host eventually moves to the new location it can continue to receive packets without interruption. It should be suitable for realtime service such as multimedia traffic. But, much waste of resource will occur in this method, especially for non-real time services such as FTP and E-mail. Therefore, a new algorithm that performs different handoff according to characteristic of each traffic by use of reserved field in IP packet is proposed in this thesis. This hand off state machine using differentiated handoff improves quality of services in Cellular-IP/PRC. Suggested algorithm shows better performance than existing technology in wireless mobile internet communication environment. Matlab simulation results are improving QoS, show call drop and call blocking provided to Paging Router Cache during handoff state machine in Cellular-IP/PRC.

  • 최근 취업이나 학업 스트레스로 인해 우울증과 불안 증상 등 정신 건강에 적신호가 켜진 사람들이 많다. 이에 정신건강 관련 기관들에서 캠페인이나 서비스를 지원해 주지만, 해당 기관에 직접 찾아가야 한다는 점에서 접근성이 떨어진다. 또한 기관에서 심리 치료를 받기 이전에, 자신의 정신 건강을 진단하기 위해 여러 심리 검사들을 직접 찾아야 한다. 게다가 그 결과를 개인이 서류로 보관해야 하는 불편함도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 접근성이 뛰어난 웹 환경에서 심리검사를 진행할 수 있도록 지원하고, 검사 결과를 데이터베이스에 기록해 상담 기관과 신속하게 연결해 줄 수 있는 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 검증하기 위해 BAI, BDI, PHQ-15, Q-15라는 심리 검사지들로 테스트를 하여 효과적인 심리검사 서비스의 제공이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Comparative serology of human brucellosis in Korea

  • The study was carried out to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the tube agglutination test (TAT), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the 2-Mercaptoethanol agglutination test (2-MAT) to detect human brucellosis patients in Korea. We examined 87 serum samples of people in the rural farm areas where bovine brucellosis had been reported. People in this study were divided into seven groups- farmers and their families, veterinarians, veterinary quarantine workers, livestock health control officers, artificial inseminators, livestock traders and healthy control individuals. Among 87 people, 65 were males and 22 were females ranging in age from 13 to 72 years. Of 87 serum samples, ELISA detected 21.84%, TAT detected 11.50% and 2-MAT detected 8.05% Brucella positive sera. Brucella specific IgG ELISA antibody titer was recorder higher in the individuals between the ages of 50 and 65 years. The highest prevalence rate of brucellosis(29.4%) was recorded in the cattle farmers and their family members followed by quarantine veterinary office workers (25%) and practicing veterinarians 01.1%). The majority of the Brucella sero-positive individuals in this study had a history of direct contact with animals.

온라인 구전정보특성과 정보신뢰성이 지각된 정보유용성과 정보수용성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of e-WOM's Information Characteristics and Reliability of e-WOM's Information on e-WOM's Perceived Usefulness and Acceptance)

  • Today, the development of internet brings many changes in formation exploration and acceptance. Not only the customers can come into contact much information about the firm and its product by quick and easy search, but also they produce information by themselves or can spread the information via the internet. Nowadays, customers are progressive information explorer and producer on online. In this sense, this study examined the effects of e-word-of-mouth information characteristics on the consumer's perceived usefulness and perceived acceptance of e-word-of-mouth information in the food service industry in order to suggest directions to enhances marketing strategies for marketer. The research model for this study was designed based on the hypothesis that the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information and credibility of the information influenced both the user's perceived usefulness and acceptance. Based on total 277 customers obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed validity, reliability and fitness of research model. The analysis results on these factors are as follow. First, the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information; vividness, consensus, direction had an influence on the customer's perceived usefulness. Second, the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information; vividness, consensus, direction had an influence on the customer's perceived acceptance. Third, the reliability of information had an influence on the customer's perceived usefulness and the credibility of e-word-of-mouth information perceived acceptance. Fourth, the customer's perceived usefulness had an influence on the customer's perceived acceptance.

신규 일반 최상위 도메인의 도입과 통일신속정지제도(URS)에 대한 연구 (New gTLD Program: Uniform Rapid Suspension System and Trademark Clearinghouse)

  • Recently, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced the expansion of the number of generic top-level domains (gTLDs) beyond the current 22 gTLDs, and the gTLD Applicant Guidebook for ICANN's new gTLD program is now under consideration for approval. ICANN also introduces a "Trademark Clearinghouse" and the "Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS)" procedure to protect trademarks and expedite dispute resolution and save costs. The Trademark Clearinghouse is a central repository for information to be authenticated, stored and disseminated, pertaining to the rights of the trademark holders. Trademark holders would voluntarily provide data of their trademarks from all over the world, and it would assist a trademark watch service provided by the new gTLD registry for trademark holders and potential domain name registrants. The URS is a part of the new gTLD dispute resolution mechanisms created by ICANN to resolve cybersquatting disputes. A complainant in a URS proceeding must establish three elements that are very similar to the existing UDRP to succeed, but supposedly more expedited and cost efficient. Since the URS provides that it only protects court validated and registered trademarks, it is not clear whether unregistered marks used in commerce are protected under the URS. The URS escalates the complainant's burden of proof from a preponderance of evidence standard under the UDRP to a clear and convincing evidence standard. The notices to a respondent shall be sufficient if the URS Provider sends the notice of Complaint to the addresses listed in the Whois contact information. As registrants who wish to conceal their true identity often subscribe to the privacy/proxy service and the complainant's high rate of success in the UDRP proceeding is relevant to the respondents' default rate, the URS's simple notice requirement would deprive respondents of a fair opportunity to assert their rights over the disputed domain names.

경북지역의 부루셀라병에 관한 연구 (Studies on the brucellosis in Kyongbuk area)

  • The present study was carried out to investigate the prevalence of brucellosis in Kyungbuk area for the 3 years from 1966 to 1998. Collective milk samples were routinely screened to detect positive farms by using the milk ring test(MRT), and serum agglutination test was performed to detect sero-positive individuals in the MRT positive farms. Attempt were made to isolate the causative organismas from slaughtered sero-positive reactors and some biochemical and polymerase chain reation characters of the isolates were also made to identify the organisms. Seroprevalence to brucellosis in peoples who are close contact with infected dairy herds was also investigated. Brucellosis of dairy cattle was rare before 1997, but has been broken more frequently since early 1998. By the MRT for dairy herds, positive rate was gradually increased every year : 0.6% in 1996, 1.5% in 1997, 3.9% in 1998. Among 262 MRT-positive herds, only 21 herds(8.0%) showed positive brucellosis in serological test. The isolation rates of Brucella sp from tested materials were 51.2% in supramammary glands, 39.5% in milks, and 50.0% in pulmonary Iymphnode, respectively. Isolated strain and biotype were Brucella(B) arbortus biotype 1 in 26 heads, and were B suis biotype 1 in 2 heads. Isolated strain and vaccine strain were very similar in their colony morphology and staining. In drug susceptibility, isolated stains(B abortus) and vaccine strain(B abortus RB-51) were sensitive to ampicillin, gentamycin, kanamycin, neomycin, penicillin, streptomycin, and to tetracycline, but resistant to erythromycin. In the PCR, field strains reacted to BA and IS711 primers, and vaccine strain reacted to BA, IS711, and RB5l primers. In the plate agglutination test of 96 sera of human contacted with animals, serum antibody titer detected 1 : 100 in one person, 1 : 200 in one, and below 1 : 25 in the others.

여드름의 예방 및 관리에 대한 문헌적 고찰 (A Literature Review on Prevention and Management of Acne)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to review about a prevention and management of acne Methods : We searched Korean research database by using keyword 'acne' and 'prevention' or 'management'. Korean research databases were Korean Studies Information Service System(KISS), Research Information Service System(RISS), Korean Medicine Information System(OASIS), National Digital Science Library(NDSL) and Jeonju Municipal Library. We classified studies identified by year, method, contents Results : Among 19 studies, 10 studies were articles and 9 studies were books. The proportion of studies published in 1990s was 26.3%, published in 2000s was 46.3%, published in 2010s was 26.3%. We analyzed 19 studies by classifying 4 categories that consist of Diet Management, Skin Management, Life Management, Exercise Management. In Diet Management, intake of fruits and vegetables was highly recommended, and intake of oily foods and high-fat foods was restricted. In Skin Management, thorough skin cleansing was highly recommended and skin contact was restricted. In Life Management, enough sleep and rest were highly recommended, and smoking was restricted. In Exercise Management, some of exercises to promote blood circulation were recommended. Conclusions : Various methods have been used for prevention and management of acne. It is necessary to systematically study the prevention and management of acne.
