전통장류에 대한 소비자 만족도 분석 - 대전소비자를 대상으로 - (An Analysis of Consumer's Satisfaction about Korean Traditional Soybean Paste Products - Focusing on Deajeon's Consumers -)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate consumer's satisfaction by purchasing farmer's processed food. So, this paper surveyed consumers which have purchased Korean traditional soybean paste products, by reason of limiting research objects among lots of farmer's processed food. A survey of 220 consumers was carried out on September and October 2016. For this matters, this paper used multiple linear regression model(included LOG-LIN model) and, set up 1 dependent and 11 independent variables. As the analysis results, we could find out that consumer's satisfaction was affected by 6 variables(price, taste, ease of cooking, confidence of product information, social awareness and perceived 6th industrialization). Among these variables, the strongest variable was "social awareness", and the second was "perceived 6th industrialization". This paper also estimated the rate of change that a dependent variable was affected by independent variables. As the results, this paper found out that "perceived 6th industrialization" had the highest rate of change(5.8%) and the second was "social awareness"(5.6%). This paper proposed 7 implications of Korean traditional soybean paste. Those were the proper price policy and quality value's promotion, quality Improvement and confidence enhancement, development of products for consumer's convenience, enhancement of social awareness, enhancement of politic management about 6th industrialization and accessibility of purchasing information.

청소년소비자의 소비가치와 환경친화적 소비행동 연구 (A Study on the Consumption Value and Environment-FriendlyConsumption Behaviors of Adolescent Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze environment-friendly consumption behaviors and consumption value of adolescent consumers, and to analyze the effects of environmental knowledge, environment and experience, perception of environment, the awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, and consumption value on environment-friendly consumption behaviors of them. The data were collected by 999 adolescent consumers in Jeju Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s multiple range test using SPSS 12.0 Program . The results are as follows. Economy had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly purchasing behaviors, followed by experience of environmental activities, eco-friendliness, esthetic sense, enjoyment, and awareness of consumption and environmental pollution. Regarding the environmentfriendly consumer behavior, economy is the most influential factor, followed by eco-friendliness, awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, experience of environmental activities, environmental knowledge and monthly average allowance. Eco-friendliness had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly disposal behavior, followed by awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, economy and experience of environmental activities.

  • 본 연구는 광주광역시에서 소비활동을 하는 친환경 소비자의 인식도 및 구매행동에 대한 융합적 연구이다. 광주광역시에서 소비활동을 하는 사람 151명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 주성분분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 인지도, 관심도, 만족도에 대한 융합적 연구로 친환경 소비자의 인식도 및 구매행동이 융합적 친환경 농산물 소비까지 친환경 소비시장에 대한 공급적인 측면의 미래예측 자료로 사용할 수 있으며, 친환경 소비시장의 흐름 및 전체를 추론해 보는 소비자의 소중한 자료의 일부로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Importance of Green Fashion Product Development to Improve Consumers' Environmental Awareness

  • Purpose - The current study aims to learn how fashion consumers now feel about environmental issues. The significance of "green fashion product creation" in resolving environmental issues is explored. It also examines how customers' environmental consciousness has evolved due to the introduction of green fashion products. Research design, data, and methodology - The study methods, procedures, and results of the 16 publications included in this literature review were critically examined. The data sources, analyses, and key findings presented in each publication were compared and contrasted. To better understand how to raise environmental consciousness among customers. Result - The investigation indicates a total of four results why eco-friendly product should be developed to attract potential green consumers. Four solutions are as follows; (1) Encourages Sustainable Consumption Behavior, (2) Increases Consumer Environmental Awareness, (3) Improves Corporate Social Responsibility, and (4) Enhances Competitive Advantage. Conclusion - Promoting sustainability in the fashion sector requires full visibility throughout the supply chain. Companies in the fashion industry would serve their customers better if they were more forthcoming about the resources, methods, and circumstances that went into making their wares. Consumers may accomplish this by including instructions on the packaging or posting them on the business's website.

국내외 농산물 인증마크에 대한 소비자 인식의 비교 (A Comparison Between Consumers' Perceptions of Korean and US Quality Certification Marks for Agricultural Products)

  • The purpose of the study is to determine how consumers perceive certification marks for agricultural products. The study examined three agricultural product certifications, such as the certification of environment-friendly agricultural products, Good Agricultural Procuts (GAP) certification mark, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) certification mark. A survey was utilized for data collection from adults over the age of 19 in November, 2013. A total of 390 questionnaires were distributed, and 300 of those were obtained for an analysis of the study. The results were as follows. First, consumers' awareness of, image of, and credibility on the agricultural products with the certification marks were not significantly different among the three certification marks except consumers' awareness. Second, consumers' purchase intentions for and willingness to pay for the agricultural products with the certification marks were not significantly different among the three certification marks. Third, these variables were not significantly different between buying group and non-buying group except consumers' awareness. Lastly, buying group and non-buying group were significantly different only in gender and marital status. The findings offer implications to the food and food service industry regarding consumers' purchase of certified agricultural products. Further, the study enforces the roles of food industry for environment.

식품의 영양표시제도 정착을 위한 기초조사(II): 소비자, 기업체, 공무원 인식 비교 연구 (A Basic Research For the Adoption and Implementation of Nutrition Labeling (II): Comparative Perceptions of Consumers, Producers and Government Officials)

  • The awareness of the nutrition labeling of 82 food producers and 668 government officials was assessed and compared, from May to June in 1994, to that of consumers. Compared to 82.4% of cosumers, 48.1% of producers and 47.8% of officials answered that nutrition labeling is necessary. 48% of producers expected a modest food price rise, but 70% thought food sales would not be affected with nutrition labeling. While being worried about the regulatory difficulties and the increased work load given the inadequate implementation of the current food labeling system due to insufficient personnel, 50.2% of officials wanted the new nutrition labeling system to be introduced within $1{\sim}2$ years. Contrary to the general dissatisfaction with the system and the lack of confidence in it on the part of consumers, producers thought that they currently provide sufficient food information for consumers, and that consumers had much confidence in it. Producers and officials were more found worried about consumers' inadequate understanding and inactive use of the system in contrast to the widespread and welcome support on the part of consumers. But it was fully agreed by all that education and awareness is crucial for the successful implementation of nutrition labeling system.

  • Hangwha is a part of our traditional culture; however, it is now barely maintaining its name. This study intends to contribute to the development of the Hanghwa industry. In this respect, 'Brand Image' is adopted to suggest the ways to develop the Hangwha industry. Commercializing factors that consumers prefer were analyzed and their effects on brand image were investigated. In addition, the effects of brand image on consumers' awareness and preference were analyzed. This research conducted analysis on 294 people who have used Hangwha in Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo. The results of this empirical study are as follows: It turned out that Hangwha influences the society-oriented and consumer-oriented brand image. Its quality-oriented image has influence on awareness. Its society-oriented and quality-oriented brand image turned out to influence preference.

  • ESG는 모든 기업에게 선택이 아닌 필수 사항이 되었으며, 국내 주요 은행들도 ESG 경영을 적극적으로 실천하고 있다. 은행은 ESG 내부활동 뿐만 아니라 자금공급의 중개자로 ESG 금융을 제공하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 최근에는 디지털 신기술과 결합하여 친환경 활동 수행 시 우대금리를 제공하는 ESG 금융상품을 출시하고 있다. 그러나, 무분별한 우대금리 제공은 은행의 수익성에 악영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 환경인식 개선에 실질적으로 기여하지 못할 경우 그린워싱(Greenwashing) 문제에 직면할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전기 절약과 연동된 ESG 디지털 적금상품을 연구 대상으로 선정하고, 가입자의 실제 데이터를 통하여 소비자의 환경인식과 저축행동을 실증적으로 분석하였다(표본수 2,478개). 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ESG 디지털 적금상품의 가입 현황을 분석한 결과, 30~50대가 주요 고객층으로 나타났으며, MZ세대는 다른 세대에 비해 전기 절약 실천을 통한 우대금리 달성에 있어 상대적으로 높은 성과를 보였다. 둘째, 소비자의 환경인식은 ESG 금융상품의 목표 달성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ESG 디지털 적금상품은 저축의 기본 기능에 충실함과 동시에 환경인식을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 환경인식은 소비자의 저축 납입행동을 유도하지 못했으며, 이는 지속적인 소비자 관여가 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 환경인식(Environmental Awareness)과 저축행동이론(Theory of Saving Behavior)을 기반으로 ESG 금융상품의 목표 달성에 미치는 소비자 인식 및 행동을 학문적으로 설명하였다. 연구의 결과는 ESG 금융상품의 우대금리 설계의 적정성이 중요함을 시사한다.

Green Supply Chain Management to Promote Environmental Awareness of Consumers in the Fashion Design Industry

  • Purpose: Using green supply chain management (GSCM), the current study focuses on the fashion design industry as a central player in promoting an eco-conscious consumption culture by creating awareness of the need to produce and consume eco-friendly fashion products instead of only capitalizing on the shifting consumer tastes, preferences, and expectations. Research design, data and methodology: This study selected a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) checklist as a research methodology. The purpose is the detailed and disinterested evaluation of all the published information related to the topic of the research. Results: This study suggests brief solutions of the GSCM based on the five categories of sustainable fashion activities that contribute to the development of eco-friendly fashion designs and marketing strategies. This strategy employed by firms to promote sustainable production and consumption is a major factor in enhancing consumers' environmental awareness. Conclusions: The study delves into how brands in the fashion design industry provide a platform for collective action by investing in educational campaigns and transparent communication, collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize awareness of the need for eco-conscious consumption and the availability of green fashion products. Practitioners should consider developing a comprehensive framework to assess the feasibility of different awareness strategies and purchase stimulation approaches.

선망(Envy)의 유형과 브랜드 인지도, 조절초점성향이 패션 명품 브랜드의 호의도에 미치는 영향 -SNS 사용자를 대상으로- (Influence of Envy Types, Brand Awareness, and Regulatory Focus Chronic on Favorability of Luxury Fashion Brand -Focused on Social Network Service Users-)

  • The influence of the emotion of envy as a variable in the brand attitude has increased. This study validates the influence of envy types, brand awareness, and regulatory focus chronic of consumers on favorability of luxury fashion brand. This study was designed with the mixed factorial design of 2 (envy types: benign vs malicious) ${\times}$ 2 (brand awareness types: high vs low) ${\times}$ 2 (regulatory focus chronic types: promotion focus vs prevention focus). The data for this research was collected from a questionnaire distributed to 302 subjects aged between 20 and 39 in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas; consequently, a total of 275 data were analyzed. Data were analyzed with SPSS 23 program and three-way ANOVA, Simple interaction effects and simple main effects analysis were conducted. The results of this research were as follows. First, envy type and brand awareness showed significant interaction for the favorability of a luxury fashion brand. Second, envy type, brand awareness, and consumers' regulatory focus chronic showed significant interaction on the favorability of luxury fashion brand. Based on the findings, the characteristics of consumers' regulatory focus in brand attitude must be taken into consideration by luxury fashion brand marketers. The use of SNS strategies to induce emotions of benign envy through the comparisons to close acquaintances is recommended in order to raise brand preferability.
