File sharing technology is the most popular methodology through which consumers gain music from online. However, music file sharing and free downloads of music have caused terrible recession of traditional music industry. The purpose of this paper is to develop the underlying theory for understanding the acceptance of music file sharing technology and empirically test our theoretical model. We develop extended TAM model and explore the influencing factors on the user acceptance of music file sharing technology. Our study delivers a better understanding on consumers’ attitudes towards music downloads. By understanding the fundamental characteristics of technology that makes consumers enthusiastic, traditional music industry will gain managerial implications.

Despite growing interest in Korean foods, South-east Asian consumers' perception and acceptance of Korean foods have not been well elucidated. This study was conducted to understand South-east Asian Muslim consumers' perception and acceptance of Korean foods and the association with their food neophobia level. Ninety-three Muslim consumers (mean ages 25.2, men 35.5%, women 64.5%) from Malaysia (72%), Indonesia (16.1%), and Singapore (11.9%) rated their degree of food neophobia as well as recognition and acceptance of representative Korean menu items. Background data such as duration of stay and Korean food consumption habits were collected. Overall, participants perceived Korean foods positively (4.04 on a 5-point hedonic scale). Most well-recognized Korean foods were gimbap and bulgogi, whereas less-known spicy foods such as ojingoe deopbap were most liked among items that were actually consumed. A neophobic group rated Korean foods less favorably than neutral and neophilic groups (p<0.05). Future studies are required to identify whether or not South-east Asian Muslim consumers' food neophobia is formed under the influence of religious regulations or reflect individual consumers' personal traits.

Drawing on the literature on TAM and presence, this study proposes a model of the extended TAM by identifying factors that affect the motivations to enhance our understanding of online consumers' acceptance of an e-tail website. This study conceptualizes that consumers' perceived presence variables such as telepresence and social presence are the antecedents to the motivations of TAM. Empirical tests using regression analyses generally supported the proposed model. The overall conclusion from the current data is that our integrated model is useful in understanding consumers' acceptance of an apparel e-tail website. The findings show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived interest motivations act as strong determinants of consumers' attitude toward an e-tailer, which leads to their behavioral intentions about the e-tailer. This suggests that apparel e-tailers should consider these three motivations when they design their websites. As one way to influence these three factors, this study showed the role of perceived presence in the usage of an apparel e-tail website. The findings suggest that online consumers' perceptions of "being there" and "socialness" stimulate their perceptions of usefulness and interest in the website use. Thus, e-tailers should consider effective ways to increase consumers' perceived presence.

The present study analyzed the consumer acceptance of labels, satisfaction with cosmetics after purchase, the relationship between consumer acceptance of cosmetics labels and satisfaction with cosmetics as viewed by type of distribution channel. The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method based on a self-administered questionnaire. The sample consisted of 759 women between the ages of 21 and 49, residing in the area of Seoul, Gwangju, and Gyeonggi Province. There were significant differences in the levels of consideration of labels among consumers from each type of distribution channel. Consumers that prefer door-to-door sales consider the information about ingredients more crucial than consumers who prefer other types of distribution channels, department store consumers consider manufacturer information more important, and consumers who prefer specialty stores/chains and discount stores consider the date of manufacture less important than other types of distribution channels. Significant differences were found in consumer satisfaction with cosmetics after purchasing among consumers from each type of distribution channels. A significant relationship was found between the level of considering the product information listed on the labels and the satisfaction with the cosmetics. With respect to most of the factors, a higher level of label consideration was correlated with a higher satisfaction with cosmetics after purchase.
Contemporary consumers' acceptance of second-hand products has been increasingly improving worldwide, especially in China. Based on the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, we developed and empirically validated a research framework to predict consumers' motivation to use re-commerce platforms. We explored the diverse factors influencing mobile commerce usage through re-commerce platforms. Furthermore, this study investigated the role of gender differences as a factor moderating the association between several constructs and the intention to use re-commerce platforms. A total of 226 consumer responses were collected. The results indicated that hedonic motivation, performance expectancy, consumer habits, social influence, and price value affect consumers' attitudes toward re-commerce platforms. The effects of the attitude toward re-commerce platforms on the intention to use these platforms were also statistically significant. When effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and consumer habits in re-commerce platform usage increase, male consumers' attitude toward its usage, in particular, also increases. Meanwhile, when performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, and consumer habits in re-commerce platform usage increase, the attitude toward its usage increases among female consumers. Moreover, our results indicate that the two gender groups present different characteristics regarding re-commerce platform usage. Therefore, this study offers a theoretical basis for future analyses of second-hand trade.
This study is the positive one about the influence which the characteristics of medical consumers' perceived words-transmission information exercises on its acceptance level and its activities. The aim of this study was to investigate how the characteristics-reliability of perceived information, its directionity, and its availability-had an influence on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information. For the purpose of that aim, the positive research by questionnaire was applied. In addition, to collect necessary data, investigation was performed about 20 days from July 1st, 1938 to July 20th, 1938. As for the respondents' sampling in sample planning, the method of Simple Random Sampling was used laying stress on patients or their responsible person aged over 20s in second and third medical institutions. And the collected sample were 230 people. Of these, However, the number of sample used actually for this study analysis was 211 except 19 people who responded unfaithfully. The analysis of the data collected by the abovesaid investigation used SPSS/PC statistical package. The study result to have proved the hypothesis by experiment is as follows. First, as the result of having analysed the influence relations on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information among the factors of reliability about medical consumers' perceived information, I found that 'specialty' had an affirmative effect and there was a significant effect relations. Second, as the result of having made a multi-regression analysis of the effect relations on the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information of the factors of directionity on medical consumers' perceived information, 'reliablity' was found as having a significant effect on the acceptance of words-transmission information. Third, 'importantness' was revealed as having a significant effect on the words-transmission activities in the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information among the factors of reliability on medical consumers' perceived information. Fourth. for medical consumers there was a statistical correlation between the acceptance level and activities of words-transmission information. Therefore, words-transmission communication will be very useful for hospital promotion programs having a limited advertising ability in business. Especially, I suggest that a person in charge of his/her hospital marketing should not only excavate a source of words-transmission communication in order to arrive effectively at sampling market, but also use a marketing mix suitable to that The test result shows that the unsatisfied patients over their hospital treatment tend to be more stronger in transmitting words to the other positive minded patients than the satisfied ones. Therefore, all relating representatives in hospital should concentrate their energies on decreasing or eliminating these unwanted results.
Recently, following the commercialization and market entry of smart clothes with diverse functions, smart clothes have been changing from technology-centered products to user-centered products. However, the analysis of consumer demand centered on actual commercialized products is lacking. Therefore, this study classified commercialized smart clothes by function and analyzed the demand and requirements of smart clothes according to sports/outdoor clothes consumption behaviors. As a result, consumers were classified according to their sports/outdoor clothes consumption behaviors into an outdoor leading group with high consumption propensity, an outdoor pursuit group with medium consumption propensity, and an outdoor following group with low consumption propensity. Among the commercialized smart clothes, those with a heartbeat measuring function, those with a heating function, and those with a light-emitting function were presented and demand analysis was conducted. According to the results, the outdoor leading group and the outdoor pursuit group had higher levels of awareness, preference, and purchase intentions than the outdoor following group. In addition, the outdoor leading group showed the highest level of purchase price acceptance while the outdoor following group showed the lowest level of purchase price acceptance. However, this study has a limitation that the acceptance for smart clothes were analyzed with consumers who had experience in sports outdoor clothes consumption. Therefore, in future, studies will be conducted with a wide range of consumers.
Recently, Omni Channel Services has been considered the most innovative business strategy. Omni-Channel sees a variety of channels from all channels viewpoints, organically combining each channel to provide a seamless experience for consumers. In other words, Omni-Channel is not simply a systematic integration of channels, but a means of delivering consistent services to consumers in all processes through a strategy to an organic connection. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive insight into the decision factors affecting the adoption of Omni-channel. For this purpose, an empirical analysis is conducted on the course of acceptanceof the Omni-channel service based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task-technology fit (TTF), an effective model frequently selected to describe the acceptance of service in the introduction phase of new information technology. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the task characteristics and the technical characteristics had a positive effect on the task-technology fit, and the task-technology fit had a positive effect on the performance expectancy. In addition, task-technology fit, performance expectancy, and social influence have a positive effect on the intention to use the Omni-Channel. This study is intended to deliver an experimental meaning by proposing a strategical measure to understand the behaviorsand uses of consumers in the Omni-channel service environment and increase the customer satisfaction for the system.
The objective of this study was to verify the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through the technology acceptance model and to verify the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as consumers' characteristic. An online survey, consisting of 626 consumers as participants, was conducted from March 13 to 19. Results of the study were as follows: This study used exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Furthermore, a covariance structure analysis using the maximum likelihood was conducted for hypothesis testing. According to the results, perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness, which thereby affects the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude. Moreover, the analysis of the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as the intrinsic motivation of the consumers showed that the hedonic shopping value had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness influenced the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude.
The purpose of this study were to examine fashion information acceptance and fashion information sources and to analyze the difference according to clothing shopping orientation among digital generation male consumers. The subject were 349 male who were belonging to digital generation as the digital era's new consumers familial with internet and various kinds of digital media. A self-administrated questionnaire was developed based on the results of previous researches. The data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, $\chi^2$ test, multiple regression analysis by SPSS WIN 12.0 package. The results of this study are as follows: First, clothing shopping orientation of digital generation males were classified into 6 factors: fashion oriented, impulse buying, aesthetic pursuit, individuality pursuit, practical type and reasonable economy. Based on the factor scores, 3 clusters were identified; independent, unconcern, high involvement. Second, the high involvement shopping group utilized various information sources. On the other hand, the unconcerned shopping group was passive in utilizing information sources. Third, the fashion information acceptance of digital generation was classified into 5 factors: searching, leading, following, non-accepting, and delaying acceptance. All fashion information acceptance factors were affected by the information and communication media. Finally, The high involved type of shopping group accepted fashion information at its most and actively.
