  • This paper aims to examine the moderate effects of Client's Organizational Character on the relationships between Consulting Service Quality and Business Performance. To accomplish these purposes, The questionaries of 192 were inspected to the CEO or PM having consulting experience at the companies in Daegu and kyoung-buk. First, Consulting Service Quality presented a meaningful result(+) with the Business Performance. Second, Consulting Service Quality have differential influence on Business Performance by Client' s Organizational Character.

  • In this age of highly competitive world of business, the demand of management consulting is increasing for companies seeking to achieve and maintain competitive advantages over their competitors. Along with its continuously growing market trend, therefore, the quality of management consulting needs to be measured in order to improve customer satisfaction. In this paper, we developed measurement items of the service quality in management consulting using the dimensions of the SERVQUAL model, analyzed the validity of the dimensions, and examined the differences among the effects of those dimensions on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

  • This study through theoretical investigation connected with business consulting quality of service and pre-study, actual proof was analyzed on the basis of research hypothesis about domestic consulting's element of qualify of service. Analyzed interrelation degree because do result that is customer satisfaction measurement classifying roughly quality of service and expense quality in actual proof analysis by a representation measurement tool. By first if summarize this study finding, was construed by thing which relativity is very high mutually relation about service quality and satisfaction of customer satisfaction. Therefore, was assumed by leading recognition that is very positive in service quality and customer relation. Secondly, expense quality of service and recycling of customer satisfaction measurement inside synonymy confirm. Hereafter, We can had assumption information consulting and business consulting from medium and small enterprises to very important competition factor.

  • This study examines whether there is a difference in satisfaction according to understanding level and participation level as well as the question of what kind of difference in consulting result. As a result of analyzing the model using the structural equation, it was confirmed that even if the quality of the consulting service was high, the satisfaction of the consulting company would be lowered if the contents were not understood or the participation was low. In other words, it was confirmed that service quality and satisfaction level of consultants were influenced by understanding and participation of company. The result implies that the high level consulting services of the consultants are also important, but in order to understand the understanding and participation of the consulting firms also affects the consulting satisfaction, and to increase the consulting performance, It is necessary to make aggressive effort to implement a corporate culture that can raise the level of education.

  • This study examined the effects of management consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) on organizational creativity and innovation. The research target was companies with experience in consulting, and sample data from 62 surveyed companies (80 persons) were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 based on statistics to perform frequency analysis, reliability, and feasibility analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it has been verified that consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) had positive impacts. Second, service reliability and assurance, which are components of consulting service quality, significantly affected consulting performance (organizational creativity, innovation). Taken together, management consulting has a positive effect on creativity and innovation in an organization and ultimately contributes to improvement of the business performance of the company, depending on the competency of the consultant and quality of the services provided. Based on the results of this study, we intend to improve the quality of SME consulting by providing theoretical and practical implications as well as contribute to the growth of SMEs requiring innovation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • This study was carried out to verify the effect of consumer and supplier characteristics on the utilization of consulting results, quality of consulting service and management performance in the government-support consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-support consulting, with the following results of the study. First, for consumer characteristics, consulting awareness was found to have positive effect on the utilization of consulting results while organizational culture have no effect. Second, for supplier characteristics, consultant capability was found to have positive effect on the quality of consulting service but with no effect of government support policy. Third, consumer characteristic of consulting result utilization and supplier characteristic of consulting service quality were both found to have positive effect on management performance. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase the SMEs' understanding of consulting service and the utilization of the consulting results as well as institutional support for enhancing the capability of consultants, a provider of knowledge service. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

  • This paper aims to examine the effects on the relationships between Emotional Intelligence of Consultant and Consulting Service Quality. To accomplish these purposes, The questionaries of 260 were inspected to the PM have received consulting experience at the companies. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. This study used the statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, discriminant analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression analysis. Emotional Intelligence of Consultant presented a meaningful result(+) with Consulting Service Quality. but self emotional appraisal didn't present a meaningful result with Consulting Service Quality. and Emotional Intelligence of Consultant didn't present a meaningful result with tangible.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consultant 's competence on consulting satisfaction, consulting service quality, and understanding of client firm consulting. In summary, the results of this study suggest that the competency of a consultant influences the satisfaction of consulting and affects the satisfaction of consulting through service quality. Responsiveness, empathy, type, assurance and reliability have a significant impact on the hypothesis. Also, the higher the understanding of client firm consulting, the higher the satisfaction of consulting. In order to further improve the satisfaction of such consulting, it is necessary to enhance client firm consulting understanding. In order to improve the satisfaction of consulting, it is suggested that not only the consultant capacity but also the efforts to improve the consulting understanding of the customer can achieve the intended satisfaction. Further research is needed on how to improve understanding of how to improve consulting satisfaction in the future.

  • This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

  • Based on IT that is an important competitive resource within the company, the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the factors of internal IT audit consulting service quality affect the customer satisfaction. In this research. we have identified five different variables that affect the customer satisfaction which are reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy and strategic partnership. Further, the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and audit consulting service Quality has been examined. This research was conducted empirically targeting business units the results could be summarized as follows. First, the study variables, reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy. and strategic partnerships have been proved to be significant effect on customer satisfaction. Next, the strategic partnership of variables was the biggest influence on the customer satisfaction.
