전인적인 인격 형성에 근본적인 역할을 하고 있는 음악과 치료가 융합된 분야인 음악치료는 다양하고 복잡한 치료 방법을 가지고 있다. 음악치료를 담당하고 있는 음악치료사들은 내담자와의 상담에 역전이와 같은 경우의 현상이 발생하기도 하며, 심리적 소진을 경험하고 있기에, 음악 치료의 최종 목표 도달에 많은 어려움이 발생하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 음악치료를 위하여 방문한 내담자와의 원활한 음악 치료 상담을 위하여 협업 필터링 기반의 음악치료 상담 자료 추천 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 기존 상담 데이터와 새로운 상담자의 데이터를 유클리디안 거리 알고리즘을 통하여 유사도를 파악하고, 이를 통하여 유사 상담 자료를 추천하는 것으로서, 음악치료사들은 음악 치료가 필요한 상담자에게 가장 적합한 상담 자료를 제공할 수 있기에 원활한 상담이 진행될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 비대면 진료의 개념과 제도적 도입과정에 대해 살펴보고 비대면 진료를 긍정적으로 인지하는 기대 편익 변인과 부정적으로 인지하는 위험 변인들이 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 PLS-SEM을 사용하여 각 잠재변수의 영향력을 실증적으로 검증하였고 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 의료서비스의 질은 비대면 진료의 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 접근성은 비대면 진료의 인지된 용이성과 비용 절감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 진료의 기대 편익들은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기능적 위험과 서비스 위험은 의료진 위험에 유의한 영향을 미치고 의료진 위험은 비대면 진료의 이용의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비대면 진료의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인을 고려하여 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 도출하여 의료소비자들의 행태를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

목 적 : 종합병원에서의 소아청소년을 대상으로 한 정신과 자문의 임상적 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 4년 동안 한 종합병원에서 소아정신과에 의뢰된 302명의 환자의 병원기록을 조사 분석하였다. 결 과 : 학령기 아동과 청소년의 소아정신과 자문비율은 $2.15\%$였다. 중, 고등학생에서는 여자에서 더 많이 자문이 의뢰되었으나 학령전기 아동에서는 남자에서 더 많이 의뢰되었다. 자문의 $50\%$가 내과와 소아과로부터 의뢰되었다. 자문의뢰의 주된 이유는 정신과적 평가$(31.1\%)$, 우울$(11.6\%)$, 그리고 불안$(11.3\%)$이었다. 가장 자주 행해진 치료 목적의 정신과적 처치는 정신과적 교육과 지지적 정신치료였다$(21.2\%)$. 결 론 : 정신과 자문 의뢰의 임상적 양상은 성인과 소아청소년 사이에 차이가 있다. 소아 및 청소년을 위한 자문서비스를 강화시키기 위하여 더 많은 연구가 필요하다.

환경영향평가 협의는 개발사업에 대한 주변의 입지 및 토지이용 현황, 사업유형 등을 고려한 현황조사와 영향예측 및 평가를 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하고 결과를 공유하는 최종적 의사결정 단계라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나, 사업계획에 대한 잦은 변경협의와 환경영향평가 협의 이후 이어지는 변경협의 등으로 인해 다양한 이해관계자들이 공유하고 장시간에 걸쳐 인적·물적 자원을 투입한 환경영향평가 과정 및 결과가 훼손되는 등 문제를 초래하고 있다. 변경협의 및 재협의는 기존에 협의가 완료된 개발사업에 대해 토지이용의 변화나 공사 지연, 주변환경의 변화 등 다양한 원인으로 인해 발생하는 계획의 중요한 변경이 이루어질 때 요구되는 프로세스이다. 이러한 변경협의 및 재협의는 주변 여건 변화에 따른 탄력적 대응과 지역주민과의 갈등 조정 측면에서 중요한 과정으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 변경협의 및 재협의에 대한 요건과 국내 운영현황에 대한 고찰, 그리고 해외사례 분석을 통해 국내 변경협의 및 재협의에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 따라서 국내 법규분석을 바탕으로 변경협의 및 재협의 제도의 도입과 변천, 발전 과정을 고찰하였으며 미국과 유럽연합(EU), 스코틀랜드, 일본을 중심으로 변경협의 및 재협의 관련 제도와 지침 등의 운영 현황을 파악하여 우리나라와의 차이점 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 이같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 변경협의 및 재협의 제도의 개선을 위한 개선사항을 제시하였으며 이는 환경영향평가가 다양한 자연 및 사회환경적, 경제적 변화로 요구되는 변경협의 및 재협의를 효과적으로 운영하는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze of Hospital Coordinator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of Hospital Coordinator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of Hospital coordinator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of Hospital Coordinator and the committee members were total 17, a facilitator, 15 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings ; first, duties in job of Hospital Coordinator were total 10, which were organization of Hospital Coordinator affairs, customerfacing services, consultation support, customer counsel, customer management, financial management, medical service planning, medical service marketing, organizational management, image making management, and self-development. And total tasks in job of Hospital coordinator were 76. Second, the tasks which were important, difficult, frequent and essential in entry step of occupation were counseling before consultation, explaining treatment plan after consultation, checking progress of consultation, answering teleconsultation, and finding out customer's consultation information. Third, a job model of Hospital Coordinator was constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis.

Consultation program for pharmaceutical development is a new system in which pharmaceutical companies meet and discuss scientific and/or regulatory issues with drug regulatory authority in the research process and before submitting new drug applications. This program helps pharmaceutical companies reduce uncertainties in the research and development and increase the possibilities of getting drug marketing approval. Developed countries such as US, EU, and Japan have implemented various forms of pre-submission meetings or consultation programs since the mid-1990s. The rapid development of technology in pharmaceutical R&D increases the importance of communication between drug development companies and drug regulatory authority in Korea, too. In designing the consultation program, it is desirable to focus on the stages of clinical trials which take the longest period of time and the biggest amount of money in the pharmaceutical R&D process. We suggested that results or recommendations by drug regulatory authorities in pre-submission meetings or consultations be formally documented and considered in review process. Explicit scientific reasons are required for changing the results from consultations.

Purpose: The relationship between employee consultations and job/workplace stress remains one of the most consequential owing to its impact on the well-being of the employees and their final output. The current study aims to look closely at the connection employee consultation and job stress, investigating the prior and present literature dataset to explore employee consultations' approaches, effects, and impacts in reducing job stress. Research design, data and methodology: The current research has conducted literature content analysis, and all collected prior studies were selected and screened thoroughly by the topic and keywords of the research. Results: The result of this study shows that meaningful consultations for workers are pertinent and essential in addressing the causes of workers' job stress, thus critical in reducing them as follows: Mitigation of Workers' Stressful Concerns, Booting Interpersonal Relationships at Work, Employees Personal Improvement, and Proper Communication Tendencies and Culture. Conclusions: All in all, this study concludes that employee consultation equally deals with positive aspects such as areas of strengths and achievements of employees. It entails discussing ways to maintain or consistently improve a worker's abilities and performance. Through the above dimensions, employee consultation reduces job stress and improves performance and outcomes.

This research studied mothers of clients to examine relationships between level of self-concealment and level of perception of social support in the working alliance (goal concurrence, task agreement, and emotional relationships during parent consultation) as perceived by the therapist, Subjects were 87 mothers of clients and 42 therapists. The parent consultation sessions examined in this study ranged from the 3rd to the 12th session. Data were analyzed by simple regression and two-way ANOVA. Results showed that (1) the level of self-concealment affected all components of working alliance. (2) Perception of social support level affected all components of working alliance. (3) Interaction effects of levels of self-concealment with perception of social support were significant.

This paper discusses the design, implementation, and potential use of an ontology-based mobile pediatric consultation and monitoring system, which is a smart healthcare expert system for pediatric patients. The proposed system provides remote consultation and monitoring of pediatric patients during their illness at places distant from medical service areas. The system not only shares instant medical data with a pediatrician but also examines the data as a smart medical assistant to detect any emergency situation. In addition, it uses an inference engine to infer instant suggestions for performing certain initial medical treatment steps when necessary. The applied methodologies and main technical contributions have three aspects: (a) pediatric consultation and monitoring ontology, (b) semantic Web rule knowledge base, and (c) inference engine. Two case studies with real pediatric patients are provided and discussed. The reported results of the applied case studies are promising, and they demonstrate the applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Smart Farming has been regarded as an important application in information and communications technology (ICT) fields. Selecting crops for cultivation at the pre-production stage is critical for agricultural producers' final profits because over-production and under-production may result in uncountable losses, and it is necessary to predict crop production to prevent these losses. The ITU-T Recommendation for Smart Farming (Y.4450/Y.2238) defines plan/production consultation service at the pre-production stage; this type of service must trace crop production in a predictive way. Several research papers present that machine learning technology can be applied to predict crop production after related data are learned, but these technologies have little to do with standardized ICT services. This paper clarifies the relationship between agricultural consultation services and predicting crop production. A prediction scheme is proposed, and the results confirm the usability and superiority of machine learning for predicting crop production.
