FRAT을 이용한 재해평가지수 연구 - 건설업을 중심으로 - (A Study on Calamity Index Evaluation Based on FRAT - Construction Safety -)

  • The construction industry by its nature retains higher level of danger where the smallest of error may lead to a major catastrophe endangering many workers and public safety as well as provoke social criticism. With the aid of quantitative statistical data on safety-related calamity analyzed till this day, this paper handled in depth the analysis of diseases other than the accidents, and selected new variable indexes that influence the indirect sections of calamity that are mostly concealed and incorporated them in a new model. For the factor selection of new calamity evaluation model, FRAT(Frequency, Recency, Amount, Type of merchandise/service)technique of customer-related management in marketing was applied, and as for the significance of each factor in the weight selection of variables. Consequently, considering the graveness of the FRAT itself through safety management experts, the related researches must be expanded.

  • The investment for industrial disasters prevention can not help but get accomplished in negative way. At this point, the most effective way to diminish industrial disaster outbreak is the very subject should strive to prevent it by itself However, it's still the times that we place more weight on economic development no economic subject would not positively self-participate in it for the investment for industrial disasters prevention without my effect of numerical reduction. In this view, this study will tv to entirely analyze and grasp the economic toss due to industrial disasters at construction sites, and will present the most suitable safety-investment. As a result, in domestic construction sites, averagely $1.6\~2.6\%$ of the entire construction expenses had been invested for safety expense. The according to the result of the analysis, basically this safety investment expenses should be spent $2.4\%$ over to reduce the saffey-accidents stably.

  • Small and medium-sized construction sites are most serious in Occupational Safety and Health in the construction industry. The safety consulting engineering has been launched, in 1995, to improve the safety environments and prevent serious injuries and fatalities accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the safety consulting engineering for small and medium-sized construction sites. This study conducts a number of interviews with experienced contractors, consulting engineers, etc. And the questionnaire survey was peformed with 111 respondents. This paper presents several improvements to increase the efficiency of the safety consulting system.

  • The Safety Assessment for Construction works is used in order to make the safety plans to protect calamities in construction sites. However in Korea it is problem that the Safety Assessment has strict and meaningless contents. So it is not used well. This study suggests the effectual making methods of the Safety Assessment to solve the problems which are found through investing serious calamities and interviewing experts.

  • Current fire safety in the construction sites has developed piecemeal over a considerable period of time. However, the law and regulation of fire safety is insufficient to protect fro in the construction sites. The frequency of fire in the construction sites is very rare but it brings longterm deterioration durability of building structure and large scale industrial calamity. There are many process of works and each work deals with many kind of flammable material, so it is very difficult to find a proper safety fire prevention. This study executed the questionnaire and fire experiment of the welding work to provide effective fire prevention counterplan.

  • Risk Assessment, a basis of health and safety management system, is an calamity prevention activity which regularly measure the level of a risk to passively improve potential hazard. A problem, the assessment not being improved to be applied to the construction work site where requires diversity and complexity, causes the assessment to be inefficient to bring quality results. A study on the investigates and compares the surveyed degree of recognitions of workers who works in companies executing the risk assessment By the investigation and comparison, it is expected to bring the better solution for early and efficient application for those companies which are not taking the risk assessment.

  • Weather factors affect cost increases and progress management under construction. Because progress schedule is delayed by weather factors, the construction costs are increased. It is an essential element to control the progress schedule applying weather factors to the progress management. This study applies monthly working-day percentages which is estimated by databases of past weather information to RTPM system. Through do progress management in construction projects exactly, will try to minimize risk of process control that do that is to weather factors. Also, will compare calamity in safety supervision side that do that is to weather factors beforehand. Based on the factors and the expected impact of factors together with the weather data during the last 50 years in Seoul region gathered from Korea. Through it, calculated number of month working day of RCA's structural steel work. Studied way that apply to RTPM system.

  • 현재, 전 세계적으로 건설 산업의 문제점으로 인식되고 있는 낮은 생산성, 숙련공 부족, 인력의 부족, 높은 재해율 등을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 낙후된 건설 생산시스템의 첨단 기술화를 위한 건설 자동화연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 1980년대부터 건설자동화 연구가 진행되고 있으며 기계화 및 반자동화를 통한 생력화를 위한 연구가 주로 진행되었다. 그러나 최근 IT기술의 비약적 발전과 함께 건설 로봇의 개발에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있으며 2006년 말부터 국토해양부의 건설기술혁신사업의 일환으로 토공자동화를 위한 지능형 굴삭시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 굴삭시스템의 최종 개발 목표와 2차 년도까지 진행된 연구내용에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

산지하천도로 재해지도 작성을 위한 SW 개발 (Development of Hazard Prediction Map S/W for Mountain River Road)

  • 본 연구는 최근 빈발하는 집중호우 및 국지성 호우로 인한 토석류, 산사태, 유송잡물 등 산지하천도로의 피해 를 유발시키는 다양한 재해유형에 대한 예측지도를 작성하는 연구로서, GIS 기반의 산지하천도로재해정보 시스템을 구축하는 연구이다. 본 연구는 강원도를 대상으로 산지지역에서의 재해위험을 분석하기 위한 프로토콜을 개발하여, 그 적정성을 검토하고 향후 산지하천도로 재해예측지도 작성 SW 구축을 위하여 필요한 DB 및 표출 방안을 검토하였다.
