Materialized XML View XML View File Update according to the Deletion of Relational Databases (실체화된 XML 뷰 관계형 데이터베이스의 삭제에 따른 XML 뷰 파일의 갱신)

  • For the mapping of two dimensional table structures of relational databases to the hierarchical XML documents, we apply the foreign key relationships of relational databases. In other words, the primary key of another table referenced by a foreign key of one tuple is mapped to the parent of the foreign key. Then XML hierarchies with order are expressed. In addition, the XML view file generated by the foreign key mappings shows side effects in the case of the relational database update for the satisfaction of referential integrity constraint in the foreign key. Thus, by inferring the foreign key roles at the generation of XML hierarchies, we can anticipate where the side effects occur in the hierarchies. We keep the XML view files up-to-date by reflecting the side effects to the XML files at the update of the underlying relational databases.

  • Recently, research on mobile edge services has been conducted to handle computationally intensive and latency-sensitive tasks occurring in wireless networks. However, MEC, which is fixed on the ground, cannot flexibly cope with situations where task processing requests increase sharply, such as commuting time. To solve this problem, a technology that provides edge services using UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) has emerged. Unlike ground MEC servers, UAVs have limited battery capacity, so it is necessary to optimize energy efficiency through load balancing between UAV MEC servers. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a load balancing technique with consideration of the energy state of UAVs and the mobility of vehicles. The proposed technique is composed of task offloading scheme using genetic algorithm and task migration scheme using Q-learning. To evaluate the performance of the proposed technique, experiments were conducted with varying mobility speed and number of vehicles, and performance was analyzed in terms of load variance, energy consumption, communication overhead, and delay constraint satisfaction rate.

  • 오늘날의 기업은 상품을 판매하는 것 뿐만 아니라 기업의 신용과 이미지를 위해 그 상품에 대한 사후처리(After Service) 업무에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 사후서비스를 고객에게 공급하기 위해서는 많은 인력을 합리적으로 관리해야 하고 요청되는 고장수리 서비스 업무를 빠르게 해결하기 위해서는 업무를 인력들에게 합리적으로 배정을 하고 회사의 비용을 최소화하면서 정해진 시간에 요청된 작업을 처리하기 위해서는 인력들에게 작업을 배정하고 스케줄링하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 화학계기의 A/S 작업을 인력에게 합리적으로 배정하는 스케줄링 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 스케줄링 모델을 HP 사의 화학분석 및 시스템을 판매, 유지보수 해 주는 "영진과학(주)"회사의 작업 스케줄을 분석하여 필요한 도메인과 고객서비스전략과 인력관리전략에서 제약조건을 추출하였고 여기에 스케줄링 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 제약만족문제(CSP) 해결기법인 도메인 여과기법을 적용하였다. 도메인 여과기법은 제약조건에 의해 변수가 갖는 도메인의 불필요한 부분을 여과하는 것으로 제약조건과 관련되어 있는 변수의 도메인이 축소되는 것이다. 또한, 스케줄링을 하는데에 있어서 비용적인 측면에서의 스케줄링방법과 고객 만족도에서의 스케줄링 방법을 비교하여 가장 이상적인 해를 찾는데 트래이드오프(Trade-off)를 이용하여 최적의 해를 구했으며 실험을 통해 인력에게 더욱 효율적으로 작업들을 배정 할 수 있었고 또한, 정해진 시간에 많은 작업을 처리 할 수 있었으며 작업을 처리하는데 있어 소요되는 비용을 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. An Analysis on Cognitive Obstacles While Doing Addition and Subtraction with Fractions (분수 덧셈, 뺄셈에서 나타나는 인지적 장애 현상 분석)

  • This study was carried out to identify the cognitive obstacles while using addition and subtraction with fractions, and to analyze the sources of cognitive obstacles. For this purpose, the following research questions were established : 1. What errors do elementary students make while performing the operations with fractions, and what cognitive obstacles do they have? 2. What sources cause the cognitive obstacles to occur? The results obtained in this study were as follows : First, the student's cognitive obstacles were classified as those operating with same denominators, different denominators, and both. Some common cognitive obstacles that occurred when operating with same denominators and with different denominators were: the students would use division instead of addition and subtraction to solve their problems, when adding fractions, the students would make a natural number as their answer, the students incorporated different solving methods when working with improper fractions, as well as, making errors when reducing fractions. Cognitive obstacles in operating with same denominators were: adding the natural number to the numerator, subtracting the small number from the big number without carrying over, and making errors when doing so. Cognitive obstacles while operating with different denominators were their understanding of how to work with the denominators and numerators, and they made errors when reducing fractions to common denominators. Second, the factors that affected these cognitive obstacles were classified as epistemological factors, psychological factors, and didactical factors. The epistemological factors that affected the cognitive obstacles when using addition and subtraction with fractions were focused on hasty generalizations, intuition, linguistic representation, portions. The psychological factors that affected the cognitive obstacles were focused on instrumental understanding, notion image, obsession with operation of natural numbers, and constraint satisfaction.

  • The stagnant growth in 3D market due to 3D movie contents shortage is encouraging development of techniques for production cost reduction. Elimination of vertical disparity generated during image acquisition requires heaviest time and effort in the whole stereoscopic film-making process. This matter is directly related to competitiveness in the market and is being dealt with as a very important task. The removal of vertical disparity, i.e. image rectification has been treated for a long time in the photogrammetry field. While computer vision methods are focused on fast processing and automation, photogrammetry methods on accuracy and precision. However, photogrammetric approaches have not been tried for the 3D film-making. In this paper, proposed is a photogrammetry-based rectification algorithm that enable to eliminate the vertical disparity precisely by reconstruction of geometric relationship at the time of shooting. Evaluation of proposed algorithm was carried out by comparing the performance with two existing computer vision algorithms. The epipolar constraint satisfaction, epipolar line accuracy and vertical disparity of result images were tested. As a result, the proposed algorithm showed excellent performance than the other algorithms in term of accuracy and precision, and also revealed robustness about position error of tie-points.

Using Virtual Reality in Design of Street Space by Citizen Participation (주민참여형 가로공간설계에서 가상현실(VR)의 활용)

  • Recently, many people have attempted to combine the 4th industry in various fields. Citizen participation has also become more important in the policy making and decision making process. Therefore, this study examined ways to encourage citizen participation by integrating the 4th industry in the field of urban planning and design. The research method was to design street space using virtual reality, and to examine the preference of design and the satisfaction of using a virtual reality device for Cheongju citizens and residents. The main result is that the use of VR in the design process of street space can achieve a sufficient outcome in terms of inducing resident participation. The opinions of the respondents before and after the VR experience were different from each other. After the VR experience, understanding, participation and interest in design were improved. On the other hand, during the course of the study, there are many difficulties in obtaining a place that satisfied the conditions of the PC-VR equipment. Although it can be used by connecting a smart phone and a VR device, the constraint of free movement and degradation of the graphic quality are inevitable. In addition, it is difficult to operate simple interfaces because VR devices are not yet popularized. Accordingly, it will be necessary to popularize and commercialize VR equipment and establish a legal basis.

A Study of Business Model Based on Intelligent Agents for Optimal Contract (최적의 매매계약을 위한 지능형 에이전트 기반의 비즈니스 모형에 관한 연구)

  • As Electronic Commerce(EC) has been emerged and has developed, many researchers have tried to establish EC framework for automated contract and negotiation using agent technologies. Traditional researches, however, often had limitations. They often enforced the user's participations during the automated contract process of agents. They also could only consider a few of the user's requirements for a specific goods and did not have supported the procedures and methodologies for making the best contract. In this paper, we propose business model on EC based on multiagents to overcome the defects of the previous researches. We apply CSP techniques to brokerage process to satisfy various preferential requirements from the user. We also propose efficient negotiation mechanism using negotiation model of game theory. The contract candidates automatically negotiate and mediate in terms of their benefits through the proposed negotiation mechanism. For the optimal brokerage and automated negotiation, the agents process activities for contract on three layers, which are called competition layer, constraint satisfaction layer and negotiation layer in the proposed model. We also design the message driven communication protocol to support the automated contract among the agents. Finally, we have implemented prototype systems applying the proposed model and have shown the various experimental results for efficiency of the proposed model.

The effect of syntatic and pragmatic Constraints on Sentential Representaition and Memory Accessibility (통사적 제약과 화용적 제약이 문장의 표상과 기억접근에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to investigate how syntaction and pragmatic constraints influence the sentential representation and memory accessibility. In order to seperate the syntactic constraints from the pragmatic constraint from the pragmatic constraints,the syntactic role of constituent in the sentence (subject or object) and the order of mention(first or second) were manipulted.After each sentence was presented by RSVP procedure,the probe recognition time was measured to investigate memory accessibility.In Experiment 1,in which SOA interval was 255ms,it was found that the subject of a sentece were more accessible than the object and participants first in a sentence were more accessible than participants mentioned later.However, in Experiment 2,in which SOA interval was 1540ms,it was found that participants mentioned first in a sentence were more accessible than participants mentioned later while there was no significant difference between the subject and object of a sentece.These results suggest that the syntactic and pragmatic constraints have an independent effect on the initial senential representation at the early stage of constructing representation,but as time passes only the pragmatic constraints influence sentential representation.These results also support a theoretical position which assumes that sentential representation is constructed through the process of convergent statisfaction of multiple constraints.

The Development and Validation of the Leisure Obsession Scale (여가강박 척도의 개발 및 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the Leisure Obsession Scale and examine the validity of the scale. The Leisure Obsession Scale was developed and identified its validity by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. The Leisure Obsession Scale consists of two factors, which are 'Leisure Preoccupation' and 'Leisure Stereotype'. Those two factors indicated the reasonable fit index by confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, this scale displayed discriminant validity via measurement of obsession, workaholism, leisure anxiety, and leisure constraint. Also, the results of criterion validation analysis shows that the Leisure Obsession Scale and its subscale are correlated with measure of age, leisure information searching, intention of participation to new leisure activities, and intention of increase in leisure time. Conceptualizing leisure obsession and exploring components of leisure obsession would be valuable for understanding the nature of leisure obsession and its effects on leisure satisfaction, and suggesting more effective psychological intervention in a diverse population.
