This study, in particular, studied the consortium-participating companies on their plans of Quality Management as to how they carry them out in order to advance to the first-class business enterprises. These companies' present status and activities under implementation identified and interpreted by this study, therefore, are insufficient to be generalized into knowledge applicable to most of the companies in Gangwon-do. For more precise and detailed results, it is suggested to make further studies that cover not only those consortium companies but also non-consortium manufacturing companies if Gangwon-do.

In a bacterial denitrification test with Pseudomonas sp. and anaerobic consortium, more nitrates and less substrate were consumed but less metabolic nitrite was produced under an anaerobic $H_2$ condition rather than under $N_2$ condition. In a bioelectrochemical denitrification test with the same organisms, the electrochemically reduced neutral red was confirmed to be a substitute electron donor and a reducing power like $H_2$. The biocatalytic activity of membrane-free bacterial extract, membrane fraction, and intact cell for bioelectrochemical denitrification was measured using cyclic voltammetry. When neutral red was used as an electron mediator, the electron transfer from electrode to electron acceptor (nitrate) via neutral red was not observed in the cyclic voltammogram with the membrane-free bacterial extract, but it was confirmed to gradually increase in proportion to the concentration of nitrate in that of the membrane fraction and the intact cell of Pseudomonas sp.

Immobilized nitrifier bead in airlift bioreactor were used to remove high levels of ammonia nitrogen from synthetic wastewater. Polyvinylalcohol(PVA) bead for immmobilization of nitrifier consortium were prepared by PVA-boric acid method by varying concentration of PVA and nitrifier consortium. By determining viscosity, sphercity and tailing, the characteristics of prepared beads were investigated and the continous immobilization process was developed. Synthetic wastewater containg 25g/$\textrm{m}^3$ of ammonia nitrogen could be treated within 0.5 hour and the highest removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 934.2g/$\textrm{m}^3{\cdot}$ day.

Economic loss to consider when in reality, the introduction of national standards of the United States is limited to the desirable standard, and the fact the actual award of standards, national standards, or if you want to introduce standard, each of depending on the type of attitude and strategy for standards by category, based on the characteristics of each body strategy and are needed. Through this study on utilization of de facto standards for national standards, it is researched that major de facto standards bodies status and domestic industrial fields which need utilization of de facto standards for national standards. Through overseas Case, effective usage of de facto standards will be obtained.

The low growth rate and the high youth unemployment rate that our society faces have already come to our country core problem. The world is paying a lot of attention to digital twins to preoccupy future technological competitiveness. Digital twins can be used in various fields such as manufacturing, medical care, and cities. Various market research institutes predict that the market size of digital twins will gradually expand. Korea has also selected digital twin as one of the representative tasks of the Korean version of the New Deal and is promoting related policies. However, a common platform or standard for building digital twins is not enough. Interoperability is a very important characteristic for the purpose of creating new value through interconnection between digital twins rather than independently developing and utilizing digital twins. The Digital Twin Consortium is an international council for the effective development and utilization of digital twins, and is working to solve the problem of digital twin interoperability. The Digital Twin Consortium recently published the 'Digital Twin System Interoperability Framework', and this paper analyzes the digital twin interoperability based on it.

This paper introduces AmericaView, a consortium for promoting remote sensing education, research and applications. As a case study, GeorgiaView is described in more detail. The AmericaView Consortium and StateView Consortia are good examples of collaboration for broadening the horizon of remote sensing applications in South Korea. Furthermore, the AmericaView example represents an opportunity for building a stepping stone to international collaboration.

컴퓨터 주변 장치를 통해 다루어지는 디지털 영상의 컬러 화질 개선을 위하여 행해지는 영상의 컬러 정보 변환에 산업 표준으로 그 사용이 점차 확대되어 가고 있는 ICC 디바이스 프로파일 표준 규격에 대하여 초기 버전인 3.0 에서 최신 버전인 4.0 까지의 개정안에 대해 알아보고, 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발한 ICC 디바이스 프로파일을 이용한 컬러운영시스템을 이용한 영상 변환에 대하여 알아본다.
