Globally, several ethnic groups have expressed their spirit cultures based on their ethnic identity in diverse ways. Clothing has been one of the convenient objects to express ethnic identities. Therefore, patterns and colors used in traditional costumes have worked as a means to help understanding spirit cultures of ethnic groups. Since colors help strengthening solidarity of social members based on ethnic preference and community consensus, colors have performed a crucial role as a strategic tool in the fashion business closely related to consumers' individual characteristics. In survey results, color preferences of Korean and Italian specialists showed significant differences in signboard colors and disliked colors. Many Korean fashion specialists selected pink as a preferred color, black as a clothing color, red and white as a color with high visibility, and orange as a disliked color. In case of Italy, many specialists selected red and black as highly visible colors for a signboard, and green as a disliked color. In results comparing color preference for colors between Korean and Italian fashion design specialists, there were differences in color sensibility. Since this research used data from survey conducted using a very limited and much manipulated stimuli among a wide range of color schema and patterns, the study result may not be fully generalized. In future studies, more research using diversely segmented stimuli would be needed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the main prerequisite for Korean Advance Directives [KAD] to ensure their better use. Methods: Data were collected from two focus group interviews and individual email responses. Study participants were 5 doctors and 6 nurses. All interview data were transcribed and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Three main themes emerged; establishing a philosophy of KAD, protocol to practice KAD, and the KAD document itself. A philosophy is needed to ensure individual needs, consensus to practice AD and identify principle agents. The core of protocol was found to be as follows; 1) process, 2) premise, 3) procedure, 4) contextual preparation, 5) timing, 6) feasibility. Component and feasibility need to be established for the document itself. Conclusion: For a positive acceptance of KAD in Korean society, a culture sensitive, reality based, and user friendly AD needs to be developed.

A rapid decrease of total fertility rate to 1.08 in 2005 prompted the Korean government to plan and implement a '5-year plan for ageing society and population policy' starting from 2006. The 1st and 2nd 5-year plans had not shown any discernible impact on the fertility and the 3rd 5-year plan was launched in 2016. However, the fertility rate is going down further. The author reviewed the contents and assessment reports of the fertility promotion plan to suggest ideas for complementing the shortcomings of it. Author defined the major determinants of marriage and child birth as philosophy, politics, sense of value, social norm, culture, healthcare, and education. The plan was examined in view of these determinants. Transformation of Korea from an agricultural society to an industrialized society in a short period of time had brought about changes in most of the determinants of marriage and child birth; in particular philosophy and sense of value. These aspects were not put into consideration in the plan. Author suggested to launch a social education program for the general public to establish a sound philosophy of life, reform the sense of value on family, child birth and education, and cultivate the skill to draw a consensus through discussions on the social issues. A special program to promote marriage of women at the optimum age for child birth was proposed. The government should implement well balanced policy for economic development and labor. Multidisciplinary approach was recommended for these tasks.

This study is to integratedly examine coastal management policy and marine tourism development project for Korean coasts, especially for the South Sea of high development pressure, presenting sustainable tourism development policies for the future. To do so, it is examined central government-level coastal development projects set up by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the Ministry cf Construction and Transportation, setting the direction of south coastal management and tourism development at a level of national territory planning. The problems of coastal management first and then the problems of the South Coast Tourism Belt Project are analyzed in order to present political and administrative alternatives. To overcome such problems and make Korea a marine tourism base in East Asia, there is a need for re-recognition of the value of the project and its continuous push through cooperation between central and local governments. Also, under the presupposition of consensus building among local people and the sustainable development of environments, there should be are-recognition that the future cf Korean marine tourism in the 21st-century and the success of an inverted $\pi-axis$ national development depend on the South coastal Tourism Belt Development Project.

Taekwondo has been known as one of the most symbolic korean sports to publicize Taekwondo various groups have performed exhibitions. These exhibition performances have gained popularity domestically and globally due to the exhibitions' display of artistry and technical mastery. Performance wear has also received wide exposure and thus needs artistic symbolism and functional considerations. This study was done to develop Taekwondo exhibition performance wear for K-Tigers, one of the most active Taekwondo exhibition performing groups. Investigation of current Taekwondo exhibition performance wear and interviewing with K-Tigers members and staff were conducted before designing the uniforms. Interviews demonstrated 3 guidelines: First, the uniforms should not be too different from the traditional wear, but still look unique. Second, it should symbolize the Korean spirit and culture. Third, it should be casual and trendy enough to appeal to young people. Based on these guidelines, 3 styles were made: Dobok style, Hanbok style and Casual style. 5 final designs were selected among 75 sketches with the consensus of the K-Tigers members. This was followed by the 3-step correction process: wearing, check fitting, and correcting design and pattern to provide satisfaction to wearers, and give more detailed information to Taekwondo performance wear design.

This study was conducted to explore ways to create a cultural city using local cultural resources. To that end, the qualitative case study was applied. As the original city center had been declining due to the expansion and changes of city space caused by the changes of city function and social change, the old downtown of Andong city was selected as an example. For the result, research shows that the region's historical resources and culture have to blend and develop together with abundant cultural resources, such as contents development, city's symbolic space settings, differentiated cultural and artistic establishment, comfort in living, utilization of cultural infrastructure, and supporting facilities which are suitable for cultural diversity. In particular, we found that the importance of establishing a new city image that leads local residents willing to participate and of forming a consensus among tourists. Therefore, for the implementation of a cultural city, policies, undertaking, and administrative support that meet to the city's conditions and environment are required, and a further study on that issue is needed.

Purpose - This study explores the role played by the government in spreading corporate green IT. Indeed, a lot of evidence is emerging that governments acting independently are not in a position of attaining the far end economic and social changes need for the realization of green IT. As much as matters about green IT was initiated by many governments. Research design, Data, and methodology - This study selected the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) as a research design. The PRISMA is recognized for its standard evidence reporting system and can provide adequate systematic review among previous studies. Result - A lot of consensus leads to the acquisition of the value of corporate green IT concerning the effectiveness of the collaboration. This study could obtain six suggestions from the systematic review, such as 'Rebalancing Government and Public Duties', 'Direct Regulation', 'Marketing Tools and Fiscal or Economic Measures', 'VNRP', 'Education for Decision Making', 'Latest Policy Trends within the G8 Nations'. Conclusion - The most challenging aspect when it comes to ensuring corporate green IT is the separation of economic growth from the perspectives regarding life qualities. According to the study (Falcone, 2020), this needs a second policy-oriented wedge concerning re-socialization with the desire of encouraging the development of the culture associated with the corporate green IT.

The 2002 World Cup cheering in front of Seoul City Hall and Seoul Plaza design competition provided an opportunity for the discussion of a variety of discourses regarding our plaza culture. The Gwanghwamun Plaza constructed in 2009 also generated discussions for questions on the function of our plaza as a symbolic, humanistic and utilized place. The questions on whether we have created a plaza culture or what should be done for the design of our plaza are still being explored. The reason is that our plazas were constructed without social consensus regarding identity of our plaza while we are influenced by western plaza ideas. The principle of our plaza culture and shape is not yet discussed and determined. The emergence of discussion sparked by the Gwanghwamun Plaza and the Seoul Plaza can be seen as a positive phenomenon. If we can continue to build creative discourse, we will be able to establish our plaza cultures soon. In this context, the Ansan Gwangduk-ro theme plaza design can be a significant material to be discussed. The design competition for the plaza was held in 2009 and it is followed by the construction of the plaza in late 2010. Considering cultural and spatial issues on our plaza in mind, the project will be explained and the identity of the contemporary design will also be explored.

Interests to cultural prototype as a material of cultural contents are getting more increasing nowadays. One of them is myth. The important thing when you are dealing with the myth as the material that how to convert prototype narratives. Today, digital culture is becoming one of the essential elements of mankind, that is a new sociocultural phenomenon and distinguishing differentiation from the past analogue era. In this regard, the combination of mythology and digital culture is effective strategies for transforming storytelling that can resonate with people who are not familiar with myths. puts the view both of this world and underworld, mythical characters, and various elements of the Grim Reaper into the story. And combines them with digital elements. sets the world that the transcendental soul exists as physically transferred data form. and reinterprets the traditional mythology world into the digitally operated world. Soul-Phone from this anime reflects the digital culture such as storage and transmission, and helps enjoying audiences accept the unfamiliar world of myth. And also It symbolically shows dystopian viewpoints through side effects can caused by digital technology development, such as the instrumentalization of human being, the risk of communication through digital media, and ego-loss caused by duplication, etc. In conclusion, forms a consensus with the audience through the transformation strategy of storytelling that converts the world of myth into the digital world. And it reflects the dystopian view and shows a differentiated world view from the narrative of myth.

Today's digital culture has been realized through various media, and even now, is changing and growing. If the previous digital culture was actualized through technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices etc., today it includes even things that give new life to contents using various medialike this. The moment this digital technical aspect is grafted into culture, a new genre called 'Cultural Contents' is born. Such cultural contents can be seen as a way for classics to approach people in a digital world that is evolving fast like today. To make classics into a cultural content, its basic narrative structure is important. Classics contain the history at the time, the awareness of people who lived at the time and the detailed rite of passage people experienced. This point can be interpreted as classics not just a cultural heritage of the previous era, but having the functionality that can form a consensus of modern people. This thesis views our classic novels of Mongcha group such as 'Guwunmong' and 'Okrubong' as a potential subject of cultural contents, and the problem of how it can be made into a cultural content. To make a cultural content, storytelling is very important. Therefore, the structure and characteristics of novels of Mongcha group was examined, and a synopsis was made based on this. Furthermore, it examined if there are novels of Mongcha group made into contents, and how each work was vitalized and how much ripple effect it had achieved. If each work did not achieve a second or third ripple effect, it examined what the problem was and tried to offer a solution.
