Thos paper summarized previously proposed several public key distribution systems and proposes a new public key distribution system to generate an common secret conference key for public key distribution systems three or more user. The now system is based on discrete exponentiation, that is all operations involve reduction modulo p for large prime p and we study some novel characteristics for computins multiplicative inverse in GF(p). We use one-way communication to distribute work keys, while the other uses two-way communication. The security of the new system is based on the difficulty of determining logarithms in a finite field GF(p) and stronger than Diffie-Hellman public key distribution system.

This paper pro poses a ley distribution system based on identification information. The system uses an indivdual user's identification instead of the public file used in the Diffie-Hellman sustem. It does not require any services of a center to distribute work keys and users to keep directory public file. We propose an identity-based key distribution system for generating a commom secret conference kdy for two or more users. We assume users are connected in a ring network. Message among users authenticated using each user's identification informa-tion. The security of the our proposed system is based on the difficulty of both factoring large numbers and computing discrete logarithms over large finite fields.

Several variants of the Diffie-Hellman public key distribution are examined, and a simple and relatively secure public key distribution protocol is introduced. Using a normal basis of GF(2$^{m}$ ), this protocol is implemented, and simulated in software. A program is developed, whereby a normal basis is effectively searched for fast multiplication in GF(2$^{m}$ ).

A proactive approach on environmental issues may be one of critical competitive factors for global business in near future. Especially, distribution systems are very related to the various environmental issues, including development of green products and packaging, selection of the transportation vehicles and pallets, design of retail stores and distribution facilities, participation for solving the local environmental problems, and so on. In order to approach the environmental issues on distribution systems, for the first time managers need to understand the strategic framework for green management and then, to find the key success factors of leading companies in this field. Finally, future directions of strategic green management on distribution systems are discussed and shared.

Currently, there are many subscriber access networks: PSTN, ADSL, Cellular Network, IMT200 and so on. To these service providers that provide above network service, it is important that they authenticate and authorize legal subscribers and account for their usage. At present, There exist the several protocols that Support AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) service : RADIUS, Diameter, TACACS+. Nowadays, RADIUS has used for AAA service widely. It has been extended to support other access network environment. So, we extend RADIUS to support environment of Mobile IPv6. Mobile IPv6 uses IPsec as a security mechanism, basically. But, IPsec is a heavy security technology for small, portable, mobile device. Especially, it is serious at IKE, the subset of IPsec. IKE is a key distribution protocol that distributes the key to the endpoints of IPsec. In t:lis paper, we extend RADIUS to support environment of Mobile IPv6 and simplify the IKE phase of IPsec by AAA system distributing the keys by using its security communication channel. Namely, we propose the key distribution method for IPsec SA establishment between mobile node and home agent. The suggested method was anticipated to be effective at low-power, low computing deyice. Finally, end users feel the faster authentication.

회의용 키분배 시스템은 회의용 키를 생성하여 키를 회의에 참석하고 있는 사람에게만 전달하여 서로간에 안전하게 통신하도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 Block Design의 한 분류인 symmetric balanced incomplete block design(SBIBD)를 적용한 효율적인 회의용 키분배시스템을 제안한다. 회의용 키를 생성하고 개인식별 정보를 근거로 하여 인증을 수행하는 통신 프로토콜이 설계된다. 제안된 프로토콜은 회의용 키를 생성하는 메시지의 복잡도를 최소화시키는데, SBIBD의 특별한 분류에서는 참석자의 수 v에 따라 메시지 복잡도는 O(v√v)가 된다. 보안시스템의 구현에서 중요한 요소인 프로토콜의 안전성은 factoring과 discrete logarithm을 계산할 정도로 난해하여 충분히 보장됨을 증명할 수 있다.

Effective database is the key to manage automatic distribution system. Currently, automatic distribution system database has been studied with a relational concept. But, it is hard to describe the characteristic of automatic distribution system data which require real time management and composite type. This paper present the way how to design conceptual schema for EMS database using object-oriented concept which is free to decribe composite data type and support inheritance concept.

Information security is becoming a more important factor in distribution of digital contents. Generally, illegal facsimile of high-quality multimedia products such as DVDs, MP3s and AACs is possible without damaging quality. Thus, the illegal distribution of duplicated contents on the Web is causing digital content providers great economic loss. Therefore, a study of security and efficient distribution of digital contents is required. The most important issues in the design of a digital content distribution system are user convenience, execution speed and security. In this study, we designed a digital contents distribution system that uses web caching technology and encryption/decryption techniques in hierarchical structures. We propose a digital content distribution system that improves user convenience, security and execution speed. The superior performance of the proposed system has been proven in the tests. The results of experiment show that the developed system has improved the security of DC without decreasing process speed.

This paper discusses a set of critical requirements in building and using a shared, integrated information management system for power distribution management and control. It then proposes a modem, object-oriented information system model for building such a system based on the current state of arts in database, GIS, and WWW technologies. The key of the proposal is that the shared database system should be the basis of integration efforts in power distribution management and control. A small-scale prototype is being developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
