주거학을 중심으로한 학문적 체계 (Development of a conceptual framework of Residential Mobility through multi-disciplinary Approach)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze concept and types of residential mobility (2) to compare of the residential mobility in the fields of different disciplives, and (3) to develop a conceptual framework of residential mobility on the ecosystem approach comparisons of residential mobility concepts in many discipines. The major findings were each disciple played an important role to develop the concept of residential mobility with some limitations. A conceptual frame-work was developed on the basis of these findings.

통합된 상용 툴을 이용한 전투기급 항공기 개념설계 (Conceptual Design of Fighter-class Aircraft Using Integrated Commercial Tools)

  • Automated design program using commercial process integration and optimization program was developed for conceptual design of fighter-class aircraft. Wind tunnel test data and performance analysis results were compared for the verification of analysis tool of this program, and the usefulness of the tool was found. After integration with radar cross section analysis tool, the correlation with configuration design variables of wing, tail and performance parameters was identified by design of experiment, and the optimized configuration for weight and RCS was derived from optimization of empty weight and average frontal RCS value. After parameter definition of fuselage, the program can be implemented for full aircraft configuration.

  • Nurses use a nursing process. that is a scientific approach method. in order to understand the clients' condition and to solve their problems. Professional nurses have accepted the nursing process as a standard framework for nursing activities, and the first step of the nursing process is nursing assessment. The purpose of this study was to develop a nursing assessment tool for emergency patients. Assessment is a first step in the nursing process, and scientific assessment helps to better understand the patients. Thus the development of an assessment tool for emergency patients will improve of nursing quality and advance to efficacy of emergency room(ER) management. The study involved the development of a conceptual framework, preliminary tool, content validity verification process. and reliability verification process. The conceptual framework was developed through a review of the literature. and preliminary tool was developed from the conceptual framework that based on care flow sheet' developed James A. Haley. The preliminary tool was evaluated for validity and reliability by seven experts, one ER nurse manager, two ER head nurses, two emergency medicine doctors. and two ER charge nurses and by ten nurses with one to five year careers in ER nursing. The results of this study was as follows 1. The conceptual framework which was developed was composed of three parts. They were triage criteria, first assessment and secondary assessment. 2. The preliminary tool which was developed had 31 items based on the conceptual framework. 3. To test expert validity a 4-point scale was used. items which had gained 3-4 points from six persons of the seven experts were selected. All 31 items from the preliminary tool were selected. 4. The reliability test was done by ten nurses educated in the use of the assessment tool. Two pairs of nurses simultaneously assessed the same patients. A total agreement percentile was calculated and result was 87.3% agreement. 5. After the validity and reliability testing. the final emergency patient nursing assessment tool was finalized with 31 items. and a check-list for the responses. This study concludes that the tool which was developed is both valid and reliable will advance quality care for emergency patients. This emergency nursing assessment tool was also found to be an adequate tool for assessment of emergency patients.

  • In this study the basic direction of conceptual design of new HSR(High Speed Railway) slab track was determined in the viewpoint of running safety, economic efficiency and maintenance costs. Based on the research results, a detailed conceptual design of HRS slab track is suggested. For the systematic development of slab track, a comparative study is carried out, comparing merits and demerits of each slab type, and used in the design process of slab track. To compensate the demerits of high cost in slab track construction, a program for determination of efficient slab section is coded and applied.

Ray McDermott in the Gulf of Mexico and other offshore areas Understanding the offshore history and background of offshore development is an essential ingredient for the initial conceptual design. This study was motivated to enhance the capacity of conceptual design and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of offshore structures in Korea.

알고리즘, 어떻게 가르칠 것인가\ulcorner (How to Teach Algorithms\ulcorner)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how to teach algorithms in mathematics class. Until recently, traditional school mathematics was primarily treated as drill and practice or memorizing of algorithmic skills. In an attempt to shift the focus and energies of mathematics teachers toward problem solving, conceptual understanding and the development of number sense, the recent reform recommendations do-emphasize algorithmic skills, in particular, paper-pencil algorithms. But the development of algorithmic thinking provides the foundation for student's mathematical power and confidence in their ability to do mathematics. Hence, for learning algorithms meaningfully, they should be taught with problem solving and conceptual understanding.

  • 본 논문은 위성 통신시스템의 개념 설계를 위한 프로그램 개발과 설계 과정의 분석 결과를 보여준다. 이를 위해 10kg에서 200Kg 사이의 200여개 저궤도 소형위성을 대상으로 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 이를 바탕으로 위성 통신시스템 초기 설계 시 필요한 파라미터들의 일반적인 값을 도출하여 적용하였다. 위성의 임무에 상관없이 일반적인 위성 통신 시스템의 개념 설계와 일련의 과정을 일반화한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 초기 통신시스템 설계과정을 프로그램으로 구현하기 위해 각각의 과정을 구분하고 과정마다 필요한 파라미터들을 정의하였다. 또한 데이터베이스 분석을 통해 파라미터가 개념 설계에 적용되는 과정을 살펴보고 이를 프로그램으로 구현하여 시뮬레이션을 통해 전체 알고리즘에 대한 타당성을 증명하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 클래스 도출 방법들을 통합하여 문제 기술서로부터 개념클래스를 추출을 도와주는 시스템을 소개하였다. 문제 기술서는 개발하고자하는 시스템에 대한 고객의 요구사항을 개략적으로 작성한 문서이다. 개발자는 이 문서를 바탕으로 문제영역에서 중요한 개념클래스를 도출할 수 있는데, 이것은 객체지향 분석 시에 생성되는 중요한 산출물이다. 지금까지 개념클래스 도출은 주로 개발자의 경험과 직관에 의존하는 경향이 있기 때문에 초보 개발자에게는 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 따라서 개발할 시스템의 규모가 커지면 수작업으로 도출하는데 무리가 있다. 이러한 문제점 개선을 위해서 개념클래스 도출 도구를 구현하였는데, 이를 적용하면 빠르고 손쉽게 개념클래스 다이어그램을 구축할 수 있게 되었다.

Investigating Student's Understandings of Light Using Dynamic Science Assessment Method

  • Assessing students' knowledge can be a challenging endeavor, as researchers attempt to capture the full complexity and potential development of children's ideas. In this study, the Dynamic Science Assessment (DSA) method (Magnusson, Templin, and Boyle, 1997) was employed to investigate 9-12 year old students' understandings of light, while engaging in multiple tasks with a flashlight with various reflectors and mirrors. The results showed that DSA was effective in providing an opportunity to establish a Zone of Proximal Development, in addition to diagnosing a student's prior understanding. Throughout the interview, a student showed a conceptual model of light as being a solid single entity whose shape can be determined by the shape of the casing of a flashlight. However, as DSA provided phenomena that could not be explained by his unitary model, the student began to re-examine his original conceptual model, and attempted to revise it. This study addressed how Dynamic Science Assessment can help us better understand, not only students' current state of understanding, but also a potential development of understanding in their ZPD. In that sense, this study argues that we should pay more attention to the instructive role of classroom assessment that can promote and support further development of students' deeper understandings.
