치과 수복재용 복합레진의 기계적 물성에 대한 연구 (Mechanical properties of composite resins for dental restorative)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the mechanical properties (diametral tensile strength, flexural strength, compressive strength, Vickers hardness) of 4 kinds of composit resins; Bis-GMA based composit, Bis-EMA based composit, Bis-GMA/UDMA based composit, and Bis-EMA/UDMA based composit, The composit resin based Bis-GMA showed stronger mechanical properties than Bis-EMA. It was found that the addition of UDMA to both Bis-GMA based composit and Bis-EMA based composit highly improved mechanical properties. However, the mechanical properties of the composit resins prepared in this study were lower than those of the commercialized products in market(Charmfil flow(Denkist), Quadrant flow(CAVEX)), since the composit resins prepared in this study has much lower inorganic filler content of 43wt% comparing with 50~70wt% inorganic filler content of the commercialized products.

  • One of the purposes of the study was to investigate and compare the physical properties(depth of light cure, degree of conversion, water absorption) of 4 kinds of composit resins prepared in this lab; Bis-GMA based, Bis-EMA based, Bis-GMA/UDMA based, and Bis-EMA/UDMA based composit. Another aim was to compare the physical properties of the composit resins with those of the commercialized products(Charmfil flow(Denkist), Quadrant flow(CAVEX)) in market. All of the composit resins and the commercialized products showed almost same values of the physical properties. It was found that all of the composit resins prepared in this lab satisfied the physical properties specified in ISO 4049.

  • 합성보의 내화성능을 확인하기 위한 재하가열시험 결과, 내화성능이 부족한 경우 단면의 변경을 통하여 그 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 하지만 변경조건이 다양하다면 다수의 실험을 실시해야 하기 때문에 많은 시간 및 비용이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 비대칭 H형강 합성보 단면에서 내화성능에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 부분을 열전달해석을 수행하여 확인하고, 이후 단면변경을 통한 내화성능 향상 추세를 열전달해석 및 비선형구조해석으로 확인하여 1시간 내화성능을 가질 수 있는 변경된 단면을 제시하였다.

  • The Object of this paper which study for natural frequency of Offshore Wind Turbine Tower with Composite Material and Steel. The Composit Material Tower consist of shell type and stiffened shell type which is made by the method of Filament Winding. And the component of Composite material is used by the Roving RS220PE-535. The Steel Material Tower consist of shell type and stiffened shell type which is made of Mild steel. The Type of Stiffener is hats. This paper compare the Composit Material Offshore Wind Turbine Tower with the Steel Material Offshore wind Turbine Tower and study for Natural Frequency and Mode Shapes.

공동주택단지 보행공간의 주민만족도 분석 (Analysis of Residents' Satisfaction for the Pedestrian Space of Multi-family Housing)

  • This research analyzes the residents' satisfaction for the pedestrian space of multi-family housing based on quality index. For this purpose, nine apartment complexes which were built after 2000, are selected and examined by user characteristics of composition factors of pedestrian space. This research also compares residents' satisfaction by evaluation factors of walking environment. The resident survey reveals that the composit type of apartment gives the highest satisfaction to residents followed by a courtyard type, and a straight type the last. In particular, residents show high satisfaction to pedestrian-only space in the case of the composit type of apartment building. The most important factor of walking environment on residential satisfaction is the separation of car and pedestrian path of main entrance. Above all, suitability of construction laws and regulations should be reviewed for safer and more amenable walking environment.

탄성파의 시간-역전현상을 이용한 복합평판의 손상진단 (Health Monitoring of Composit Structures by using the Time-Reversal)

  • In this paper, damage detection method by using the time reversal is developed to detect damage on composit structures. The time reversal was investigated for direct root between PZT and PZT, but in case of a circular PZT, lamb wave moves not only along the direct root but also another roots. The center frequency of lamb wave is kept when the lamb waves are reflected from damage. This paper presents experimental and theoretical results for the new structural health monitoring method by above features of lamb wave, and we can increase accuracy of the new structural health monitoring method by using STFT(Short Time Fourier Transform).

복합소재패널을 이용한 반강접 중저층 강골조의 내진성능평가 (Evalution of Earthquake Resistance capacity of Semi-rigid Mid/Low-rise Steel Frame using Composite Panel)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 복합소재패널 즉 FRP 내력패널을 이용한 반강접 강골조의 내진성능평가이다. 강골조의 최적내진보강을 제안하기 위하여 중약지진 규모의 지진자료를 이용하여 모멘트골조에 복합소재패널의 보강위치를 바뀌어가며 해석을 수행하였다. 복합소재패널이 보강된 강골조의 지진해석은 시간이력해석을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 활용된 지반운동자료는 미국 NEHRP 프로젝트의 모멘트저항 골조에 활용한 자료 중, 50년 동안 지진이 일어날 가능성 10%, 50%의 확률을 가진 지진 20개씩을 활용하였다. 접합부는 현장에 많이 쓰이고 있는 반강접 접합부를 고려하였으며, 복합소재패널 연결부는 비선형 연결요소는 GAP을 사용하였다. 복합소재패널을 이용한 강골조가 패널을 보강하지 않은 무보강에 비해 보강패턴에 따라 보강효과를 검증해 보았으며, 보강 후 구조물응답에 대하여 고찰하였다.
