금융기관의 테스트시스템 데이터 보안통제 모델 연구 (A Study on Data Security Control Model of the Test System in Financial Institutions)

  • 2014년 카드사 개인정보유출 사고의 원인은 테스트시스템에서 원본 데이터가 사용되었기 때문이다. 금융감독원 전자금융감독규정과 금융회사 정보기술(IT)부문의 정보보호업무 모범규준에는 테스트시스템에서 고객을 식별하는 정보는 변환하여 사용하도록 규정하고 있다. 금융회사는 이 지침에 따라 고객식별정보를 변환한 데이터를 테스트시스템에 적재하여 사용한다. 하지만, 테스트 과정에서의 사용자 실수 또는 기술적, 관리적 보안의 미비 등으로 의도치 않게 실제 개인식별정보가 유입될 수 있으나, 이를 통제 및 관리하는 프로세스는 현재 연구된 바가 없고, 감독기관의 컴플라이언스 위반 가능성을 높이는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 테스트시스템의 변환 미확인 고객식별정보를 관리 및 통제함으로써 감독기관의 컴플라이언스 위반 가능성을 없애는 프로세스를 제시 및 실증하고, 그 효과성을 확인해 본다.

The Efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 in Addition to Standard Helicobacter pylori Eradication Treatment in Children

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 during Helicobacter pylori eradication in children. Methods: One hundred ninety-four H. pylori positive children were randomized in two groups. Therapy (omeprazole+ clarithromycin+amoxicillin or omeprazole+clarithromycin+metronidazole in case of penicillin allergy) was given to both groups during two weeks. In the treatment group (n: 102) S. boulardii was added to the triple therapy, while the control group (n: 92) only received triple therapy. The incidence, onset, duration and severity of diarrhea and compliance to the eradication treatment were compared. A $^{13}C$ urea breath test was done 4 weeks after the end of eradication therapy in two groups of 21 patients aged 12 years and older to test the H. pylori eradication rate. Results: In the treatment group, diarrhea occurred in 12 cases (11.76%), starting after $6.25{\pm}1.24days$, lasting $3.17{\pm}1.08days$, and compliance to eradication treatment was 100%. In the control group, diarrhea occurred in 26 cases (28.26%), starting after $4.05{\pm}1.11days$, lasting $4.02{\pm}0.87days$, and in six cases eradication treatment was stopped prematurely (p<0.05). The $^{13}C$ urea breath test showed successful H. pylori eradication in 71.4% of the patients in the treatment and in 61.9 % in the control group (not significant). Conclusion: S. boulardii has a beneficial effect on the prevention and treatment of diarrhea during H. pylori eradication in children. Although S. boulardii did only slightly increase H. pylori eradication rate, compliance to eradication treatment was improved.

  • Nowadays, a Spot Welding system has been widely used in all kinds of industries and the common control method of the systeme is a simple current control using SCR. But, that kind of system is less effective than a current control method using inverter. So, it is constantly proposed that an improvement of hard ware and control method of spot welding system in compliance with technological advancement in power electronics. This paper deals with spot welding system using inverter. Especially, it deals with hard ware structure, features and output characteristics.

The Comparative Analysis of the Internal Control According to Economic Changes in Korean Companies

  • Prior to the 2000s, internal control had not been among the high priority issues in the management's agenda. Since then, however, it has become one of the hottest issues, and has received a significant attention as the means of improving the transparency, sustainability, and competitiveness of a company. The objectives of this paper are to examine if there has been any noticeable changes in the level of internal controls of Korean companies before and after the 2010, and to analyze the underlying drivers and issues thereto. Accounting manipulation and moral hazard were among the factors to cause the Korean financial crisis in 1997 and 2008. Since then, the capital market has had a strong pressure on Korean companies to enhance the transparency of management and accounting while the government has made the laws, requirements, and recommendations to alleviate the moral hazard problems of management and enhance the accounting transparency. Both market and government have driven companies to put more priority on the reliability of financial reporting and the compliance of applicable laws and regulations. Thereby, the market and governmental forces has led companies to enhance the level of internal controls which contribute to the reliability of financial reporting and the compliance The pressure on companies to enhance the level of internal controls may be different across industries. The capital market and government experiencing the severe financial crisis in 1997 and 2008 put even more pressure on financial companies such as banks to upgrade the reliability of financial reporting and the compliance of regulations to the global level than on non-financial companies. A survey is performed on the changes in the level of internal controls of 54 major companies consisting of 10 financial and 44 non-financial companies in Korea. The survey results show that the average level of internal controls of Korean companies has noticeably improved and that the change in the level of control environment factor is higher than that of IT control factor. The analysis on the industry differences shows that financial companies increased the level of control environment factor more than non-financial companies did while non-financial companies upgraded the level of IT control factor more than financial companies did relatively. Among internal control categories, the most improved area since the economic crisis is "Risk Assessment." The global best practices for risk management have been developed primarily in the financial industry and then spread to other industries. The general level of control practices of Korean companies has been improving significantly, but still appears below the global advanced practices.

만성 B형간염 환자를 위한 자가관리 프로그램의 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of a Program to Promote Self Management in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the program to promote self management for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The research was a quasi-experimental design using a non-equivalent control group pre-post test. The participants were 61 patients, 29 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group. A pretest and 2 posttests were conducted to measure main variables. For the experimental group, the self-management program, consisting of counseling- centered activities in small groups, was given for 6 weeks. Data were analyzed using $X^2$, t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA with PASW statistics program. Results: There were statistically significant increases in knowledge, self-efficacy, active ways of coping, and self-management compliance but not in passive ways of coping in the experimental group compared to the control group over two different times. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the self-management program is effective in increasing knowledge, self-efficacy, active ways of coping, and self-management compliance among patients with chronic hepatitis B. Therefore, it can be usefully utilized in the field of nursing for patients with chronic disease as a nursing intervention for people with chronic hepatitis B.

이족 보행 로봇을 위한 빠르고 안전한 접촉 생성 전략 (Fast and Safe Contact Establishment Strategy for Biped Walking Robot)

  • One of the most challenging issues when robots interact with the environment is to establish contact quickly and avoid high impact force at the same time. The proposed method implements the passive suspension system using the redundancy of the torque-controlled robot. Instead of utilizing the actual mechanical compliance, the distal joints near the end-effector are controlled to act as a virtual spring-damper system with low feedback gains. The proximal joints are precisely controlled to push the mid-link, which is defined as the boundary link between the proximal and distal joints, towards the environment with high feedback gains. Compared to the active compliance methods, the contact force measurements or estimates are not required for contact establishment and the control time delay problems do not occur correspondingly. The proposed method was applied to the landing foot control of the 12-DoF biped robot DYROS-RED in the simulations. In the results, the impact force during landing was significantly reduced at the same collision speed.

탄성밴드 저항운동이 고령여성의 신체조성, 혈관탄성 및 낙상위험도지수에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Elastic Band Resistance Training on Body Composition, Arterial Compliance and Risks of Falling Index in Elderly Females)

  • 신체조성과 혈관탄성의 변화로 인한 심혈관질환과 근감소로 인한 낙상의 발생은 노화로 인하여 가장 빈번하게 발생하게 된다. 그래서 탄력밴드 저항운동은 노인들이 쉽고 안전하게 수행할 수 있으며 신체조성과 혈관탄성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 고령여성(>65 years)을 대상으로 12주간 저항운동을 실시한 후 신체조성, 혈관탄성, 낙상위험도지수에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 저항운동은 주3회 한 회당 60분으로 구성되었고 운동 강도는 Borg의 운동자각도(6 - 20)에서 11-14로 설정되었다. 신체조성에 해당하는 체중, 근육량, 체지방률, BMI(Body Mass Index)와, 혈관탄성(맥파속도 (Pulse wave velocity (PWV)), 낙상위험도지수(Risk of falling)는 훈련 전과 후에 측정이 되었다. 연구 결과 신체조성에서 운동집단의 체중(p=.003), BMI(p=.002), PWV(p=.017), 낙상위험도지수(p=.037)는 유의하게 감소하였으나 통제집단에서 체중(p=.009), BMI(p=.009)는 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 여성노인들은 탄력밴드 저항운동을 통해 체중과 BMI를 감소시키고 혈관탄성에 긍정적인 효과를 얻게 되었다. 그리하여 탄력밴드 저항운동은 노인들의 대사증후군, 심혈관질환, 낙상사고의 발생률을 낮출 수 있는 매우 효과적인 운동이라 할 수 있다.

수술실간호사의 수술환자 안전관리에 대한 중요성인지도와 실천이행도 (Importance awareness and Compliance on Patient Safety for Nurses Working in Operating Rooms)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수술실간호사의 수술환자 안전관리수준, 안전사고유형, 및 수술환자 안전관리에 대한 중요성인지도와 실천이행도를 파악하고 수술환자 안전관리 중요성인지도와 실천이행도의 관계를 분석하여 실천이행도 영향요인을 규명하는 것이다. 191명의 수술실간호사를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였으며 기술통계, t-test, paired t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 수술실 간호사들은 수술환자 안전관리수준을 중등도(6.3)로 평가하였으며 수술환자 안전사고는 환자손상(39.8%), 계수(18.4%), 감염관리(17.5%) 영역에서 주로 발생하였다. 수술실간호사의 수술환자 안전관리에 대한 실천이행도는 중요성인지도 보다 유의하게 낮았으며(t=18.01, P<.001) 중요성인지도와 실천이행도 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다(r=.56, p<.001). 안전교육경험, 동료수술간호사의 사고경험, 직위, 병원경력이 수술환자안전관리 실천이행도의 유의한 설명변수(13.9%)로 규명되었다(F=8.407, P<.001). 그러므로 각 병원은 수술환자안전관리 교육프로그램을 개발하여 교육을 제공하고, 안전관리지침서를 준수할 수 있도록 제도적인 지원을 하며 안전관리에 대한 개방적 의사소통을 활성화하는 노력이 필요하다.

Sensory Feedback for High Dissymmetric Master-Slave Dexterity

  • Conditions are discussed for operating a dissymmetric human master-small (or micro) slave system in best (large position gain-small velocity gain) conditions allowing higher operator dexterity when real effects (joint compliance, link flexion delay and transmission distortion) are taken into account. It is shown that position PD feedback law advantage for ideal case no longer holds, and that more complicated feedback law depending on real effects has to be implemented with adapted transmission line. Drawback is slowdown of master slave interaction, suggesting to use more advanced predictive methods for the master and more intelligent control law for the slave.

  • The problem of fine manipulation is considered in this paper. By fine manipulation, we mean the positioning of the object relative to the palm as opposed to gross manipulation by the arm. The compliance in the fingers and the object is modeled by linear springs. It is shown that the motion of the fingers and object can be predicted by minimizing a quadratic objective function. A method for simulating position control algorithms is developed.
