국내 화물자동차운송시장은 급격한 정책 변화에 따른 차량수급 불균형, 불법 다단계 불공정 거래구조, 화물자동차 운전자의 근로여건 악화, 관련 통계의 부족과 같은 다양한 문제를 안고 있다. 그동안 정부는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 다양한 정책적 노력을 기울여 왔다. 그러나 문제 해결을 위해 제시된 각종 정책들로 인한 왜곡된 반응들은 또 다른 문제를 야기하여 문제점들과 이를 시정하려는 시행정책들 간의 관계들이 점차 더욱 복잡하게 얽혀가고 있다. 이런 복잡한 구조는 국내 화물자동차운송시장 문제의 규정과 해결을 더욱 힘들게 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복잡하게 얽혀있는 국내 화물자동차운수시장의 구조를 가시화하기 위해 복잡한 인과관계를 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 도와주는 도식화 기법인 인과관계맵을 활용하였다. 본 연구가 불법 다단계 불공정거래구조 등 현재 국내 화물자동차운수시장이 안고있는 복잡한 문제를 개선시키기 위한 정책수립에 기여하길 기대한다.

The main purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the agro-industrial complex in modern conditions. Organizational and economic mechanism is presented as a complex organizational structure of the system type, which is aimed at performing specific functions, the characteristic feature of which is the constant support of process changes without which the organizational and economic mechanism can not exist. There are four components of the agro-industrial complex, represented by agriculture and the national economy, which ensure its operation, including industry, processing of agricultural products, its storage and transportation, sale and repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and more. It is proved that the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex in modern conditions it is expedient to consider: from the point of view of system and process approaches; as a set of economic levers and organizational measures to influence the agro-industrial complex; constituent components of organizational influence on the development of the complex; a set of components, elements that are integrated into the system of economic relations of the subjects of the agro-industrial complex; a set of purposeful stimulators of agro-industrial complex development. The functions of the organizational component of the mechanism of agro-industrial complex include: redistributive, planning, interaction, control, integration and regulatory functions, the functions of the economic component include consumer, investment and innovation, social, incentive, monitoring functions of the mechanism. The symbiosis of the functions of organizational and economic components ensure the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism of the organizational and economic mechanism through its functionalities as a whole.

The development of large-scale environmental friendly livestock complex in the reclaimed tideland is one of different alternatives to increase the competitiveness of internal livestock industry against an international opening markets as DDA and FTA in agricultural field. Recently, it is possible to introduce an environmental friendly livestock complex in the reclaimed tideland by an amendment of the acts for agricultural land. However more studies that are on the basis of nitrogen and phosphorus mass balance need to preserve the agricultural environments as the quality of agricultural water and soil in rural area. In this study, the reference for feasibility study is Whaong reclaimed tideland which located at Whaseong city, Gyeonggi Province, and a basic concept of environmental friendly livestock complex is the production of forage crops with the supply of liquid fertilizer and the production of bioenergy such as biogas by the recycling of pig slurry as a resource. The mass balance of nitrogen based on between forage crops such as maize, barley and liquid fertilizer supplied at the reclaimed tideland, and also it was estimated an economical efficiency as anaerobic digestion plant for treating pig slurry of $100m^3/day$ introduce in an environmental friendly livestock complex.

We present a family of elaborate numerical models for simulation and systematic optimization of complex LCDs for demanding applications (e.g. LCD-TV). These numerical models comprise modules for solving LCD-related problems in one, two and three dimensions. The three modules feature an intuitive graphical user surface for a jump-start into modeling, a common database for a range of materials and components as well as sophisticated and proven algorithms with more than 15 years of reliable performance in the LCD-industry. Methods for obtaining data required for the modeling of key components are presented.

Moreover, it's fairly lucrative since the growth industry makes lots of added values, interacting with the others.The network industry, usually called 'Ubiquitous', connects some home appliances and makes an integrated system that you can use them with whenever and wherever. A demand for network security, however, has skyrocketed due to the relatively low safety. It's been expected that the market of home security is going to be grown up nearly 30 percent every year. Recently, analog surveilance cameras have been replaced with digital ones, and they will be providing stronger security services taking advantage of mutual interaction with related industies. In this paper, a mobile monitoring system for home security is proposed, which makes it possible to supervise all home appliances wherever you're, using the conventional wired/wireless network infra.

This article prospects the patterns of technological innovation in the steel industry and suggests the directions of technological innovation in Korean steel industry. Technological innovation patterns can be analysed through technological trends, innovation-inducing mechanism, and innovators' relationships. In the technological trends, direct coupling of manufacturing processes, lasting growth of mini-mill, and the importance of technological integration are prospected. In the innovation-inducing mechanism, while production system will be specialized, the development of new steel materials and environment-friendly technological innovation will be accelerated. In the innovators' relationships, steel industry faces more complex competition and new forms of inter-firm cooperation including M&A, joint venture, and joint R&D. In order to cope with such changes in the technological innovation patterns, Korean steel industry need to establish core competence based on technological innovation through a great leap in R&D investment, the production of high value-added products, the development of new generation steel technologies, strategic joint R&D, comprehensive technological cooperation, and government's active support.

This study is concentration on our automobile industry past and future. A core contents are changing industry society with our automobile industry side by side worldwide global strategy. First, I owe to Lee Chul prof.(Sogang Univ.) and Chung Tae Young prof.(Hongik Univ.), Because, I have been studied International Trade throughout above two profs. I knowed after I write two important points, first past our automobile industry passing with present ones, and future our foreign entry strategy side by side worldwide global complex reallities. Powerfully speaking, Hyundai-Kia sources offered to me, according to I must thank interested with parties belong to institutes. I now looking forward to future our automobile circled Hyundai-Kia Co. for pure independent own technical skill overcome U.S.A, EU and JAPAN.
