Importance of service competitive power is greatly increasing. Domestic enterprises are recognizing the importance of service competitive power, but the correspondence is insufficient level. Because service has the characteristic that production and consumption synchronizes, it can be considered as process. In this study, we utilize the process reform by plan for service competitive power elevation. We divide service process reform by four types based upon special quality of goods(form and formlessness) and reform target (new process design and existing process improvement), and present various examples by each type. On the this basis, we suggest the specific elevation plan of competitive power.

With the rapid growth of high-tech, the development of cultural and creative industries has gradually become the focus of national industrial development. With the proposal of China's "Belt and Road" strategy, the role of cultural and creative industries in the provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" in the entire international trade is becoming increasingly critical. It is necessary to explore solutions to improve the competitiveness of China's cultural and creative industries, factoring the surrounding cities of the "Belt and Road" as an example. Thus, this paper proposes the six-element diamond model based on innovation capability and government support to render a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries in the 31 provinces and cities across the country. The results show that the overall competitiveness of the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" cultural and creative industries is weak. Focusing on the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road", using the linear regression measurement model quantitative analysis, the four types of influencing factors affecting the development of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries along the "Belt and Road" were obtained. Finally, according to the four types of influence, the competitiveness improvement plan is proposed from the four aspects: government role, consumption preference, industrial innovation ability, and the introduction of high-quality talent.

Plant industry is very important industry that dominate 70% of standard foreign countries construction acceptance an order woe 2004 years. Technique of plant industry is state that secure part equipment connection detailed design and construction class' competitive power. But, high added value creation among plant industry need technique elevation because available plan, basic design technology is insufficient. Companies make a great effort for saving costs because a rise in logistics costs weaken trade companies competitive position in the international market. Therefore it is important for companies and government to enhance logistics competitive. This article focus on the logistics laws and policies to improvement companies competitiveness and save logistics costs. It has researched from the point of view rather government basis than company basis. Korean Logistics policies have some fundamental problems that the law and policies are spreaded to several administrations such as, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs etc. We propose the solutions as follows; First of all, we review the laws and policies on logistics and point out the problems. Second, setting up the principle of Korean Logistics Policies according to the changes in international logistics paradigm and circumstances. Third, adjustment of systems and tasks of administrations related to logistics. Fourth, innovation plan for logistics policies. The plan can carry out two ways demonstration business and diffusion business in order.

Currently, advanced countries invest lots of efforts to develop improvement of electric power production and supply, confronting environmental problems and new energy development. They set up long term plan focusing on electric power transmission infrastructure construction technology, establishment of the customer care service network using electric technologies, improvement of economic productivity by innovative electric technology, prevention of global warming gas and clean and efficient energy use etc. Comparing to those countries, the level of technologies that we have are in behind and moreover, technological resources are limited. Therefore, Korea is required to reconsider efficient distribution of R&D investment by concentrating on limited R&D resources to important technologies which could be stepping stone to gain competitive advantage. It can be done through comparative analysis of electric technologies among advanced countries and analysis of electric technology development policy.

As the influence of service industry into domestic economy is increasing, it also has been influenced more powerfully at the domestic GDP(Gross Domestic Product) relative importance and employment relative importance continuously. By means of these reason, the Korean government announced the synthetic countermeasure for strengthening the competitive power of service industry in December, 2006. After then, it announced phase I of 'service industry advancing plan' which is concrete execution plan in April, 2008. Also, it is announced to announce phase II plans in september, 2008 and phase III plan in December, 2008 additionally. Service quality is the most powerful competitive means at service marketing and a key point for improving service productivity. The improvement of service quality has considerable influence on survival and profitability of service industry. Therefore, the study of objective service quality measurement in service industry is very important issue. The purpose of this study is to suggest a measurement model of service quality using fuzzy theory and AHP which measuring service quality objectively in subjective environment. It is expected that this study will help the improvement of competition power of service industry as well as establishment of effective decision-making.

The domestic construction industry need to do productivity improvement through technology development than improvement of manpower control or system and develop competitive power through technology in international construction market. Upon this, government for elevation of technological level enacts and operates the advanced construction technology endorsement system but is not looking at effect as that the actual use-results also expected first. This paper covers a plan to build supply chain cooperation systems among stream of the textile industry to strengthen international competitiveness. To obtain the study objective, it has been reviewed the theoretical rationale relating to organizational cooperation model and discussion and performed the case study that analyzed stream group and participated firms to the textile stream policy project. The analyzed stream cooperative types that measured configuration of cooperative degree and productive type are new market creation, technology improvement, relation maintenance, and relation cease. Two types - new market creation and technology improvement - have significant effect of the textile stream cooperation. Key successful factors of these two effective types are the external intervention of specialized consulting organization and build internal coordination and integrated mechanism to the cooperative stream group and participated firms.
