As the power industry moves towards open competition, there has been a need for methodology to evaluate distribution power system reliability by using customer interruption costs, particularly in power supply zones under the competitive electricity market. This paper presents an algorithm to evaluate system average interruption duration index, expected energy not supplied, and system outage cost taking into consideration failure rate of the distribution facility and industrial customer interruption cost. Also, to apply this algorithm to evaluate system outage cost presented in this paper, the distribution arrangement of a dual supply system consisting of mostly high voltage customers in an industrial complex in Korea is used as a sample case study. Finally, evaluation results of system interruption cost, system average interruption duration index, and expected energy not supplied in the sample industrial complex area are shown in detail.

Electronic commerce has many advantages compared to the traditional way of doing business such as up to date information and rich service for less cost. There is a growing number of electronic commerce applications on the Internet. Using software agent technology, the market framework offers timesaving automation of auctions and flexibility through negotiations among the agents. In this research, we attempt to evaluate the performance of a negotiation decision function that considers the potential competitors in competitive market environment as well as that of a negotiation decision function that does not. For this evaluation, this study adopts the electronic marketplace as an application domain in which many sellers and buyers compete for limited resources in the marketplace.

본 연구의 목적은 우리 나라 온천관광지를 대상으로 개발한 관광지 라이프사이클 모형을 영국의 바스 온천에 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 방법으로는 관광지 라이프사이클 모형의 교통. 관광객의 체류기간. 편의시설. 경쟁 관광지, 광고활동. 관광행정, 환경문제 그리고 지역주민이 태도 등의 각 항목별 지표를 사례지역에 적용하는 비교 분석 방법을 택하였다. 이와 같은 비교분석법에 의한 연구 결과 '경쟁관광지'를 제외한 나머지 7개 항목의 각각의 지표들이 영국 바스 온천에 적용되었다 바스 온천에서 '경쟁관광지'는 관광지 라이프사이클 모형과는 달리 침체단계에 나타나지 않고 성숙단계에 등장하는 것이 특징이다 결론적으로 우리 나라를 사례로 개발된 관광지 라이프사이클 모형은 경쟁관광지의 등장시기만 수정. 보완한다면 규모가 작고 역사가 오래된 서구 온천관광지에 적용이 가능하다.

Recently, due to the economic recession and increase of ITO (IT Outsourcing), bidding in software industry has been recognized as more competitive and the importance of software bid evaluation for corporate selection is being increased. This study aims to analyze and prioritize influential factors in the software bid evaluation criteria which is adopted as the main evaluation model of national software businesses by Ministry of Science. The priority was developed by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) through pair-wise comparison. For the analysis, this study developed analysis model for AHP and conducted survey of experts who have work experience for more than 10 years in the IT industry. As the result of analysis, weighted factors in the evaluation criteria were deduced and differences of priority factors between purchaser and bidder were investigated. The analysis showed differences of view point in the bidding process. With these results, this study suggests how to write a proposal strategically and effectively in perspective of the purchaser. It is expected that priority factors will be adopted in strategic proposals in both bidder and purchaser. For purchaser, the priority will be adopted to select reliable bidder. So, we expect that the priority factors will be used to get more values for both bidder and purchaser in their business atmosphere.

The modern market is highly competitive. It has progressed from traditional competition between enterprises to competition between supply chains. To ensure that enterprise can form the best strategy consistently, it is necessary to evaluate the trust of other enterprises in the supply chain. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of supply chain trust research, analyzes and expounds on the qualitative and quantitative methods of supply chain trust evaluation, and summarizes the research in this field. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is the most frequently used method in the literature to evaluate and rank criteria through data analysis. However, the input data for AHP analysis is based on human judgment, and hence there is every possibility that the data may be vague to some extent. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this study improves the global trust method based on chain iteration. The improved global trust evaluation method based on chain iteration is more flexible and practical, hence, it can more accurately evaluate supply chain trust. Finally, combined with an actual case of Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co. Ltd., the paper qualitatively analyzes the current situation of supply chain trust management and effectively strengthens the supervision of enterprises to cooperative enterprises. Thus, the company can identify problems on time and strategic adjustments can be implemented accordingly. The effectiveness of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is demonstrated through a quantitative evaluation of its trust in downstream enterprise A. Results suggest that the subjective preferences of and historical transactions together affect the final evaluation of trust.

본 연구는 국내의 경제상황을 판단하여 특허권의 유통을 활성화시키고 기술력을 바탕으로 하는 기업과 기술의 가치평가에 종사하는 사람들에게 방향을 제시하기 위해 문헌조사, 사례연구를 중심으로 수행하였으며 특허권의 가치평가에 대한 개념정립을 위해 우선 특허권에 대한 다양한 접근방식과 관계요인, 이론 그리고, 특허권을 다양한 국 내외 문헌을 중심으로 정리 요약하였다. 또한, 라이센스교섭이나 그 외의 거래시 무형자산이나 지식재산의 이용과 관련한 적정한 로열티의 비율 및 특허권 침해의 액을 산정하는데 기본이 되는 특허권의 가치를 평가하는 방법을 제시한다. 더불어 주요가치평가 기법을 제시하고, 가치평가 기법의 문제점과 개선방향을 통해 새로운 가치평가방법의 새로운 방향을 고찰해보며, 특허권의 거래 및 활성화를 위한 대안, 특허권의 가치평가제도를 위한 대책을 제시한 국내 가치평가의 문제점과 국내 모 평가회사의 분석사례 및 시사점을 통해 국내기술에 대한 가치평가의 방법과 제도적, 환경적 문제의 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

2000년대 이후 심화된 글로벌 물류허브 선점 경쟁에서 인천광역시가 글로벌 물류 허브도시로 성장하기 위한 차별화된 경쟁요인을 검토할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 및 사례연구를 통해 글로벌 물류 허브도시의 경쟁요인을 도출한 뒤, IPA분석을 통해 인천광역시의 현재 수준을 파악하고 글로벌 물류 허브도시로 성장하기 위한 개선 방향성을 제안하였다. 연구 결과, 글로벌 수준의 물류 인프라 구축과 세계 도시 간의 물류 네트워크 구축은 주요 경쟁력 요인으로 나타났다. 인천광역시는 인천국제공항과 인천항을 중심으로 수도권역을 배후지로 둔 물류 허브도시이나, 콜드체인, 전자상거래 화물 등 특수 화물을 위한 전용 인프라를 통한 신규 화물 창출과 복합운송 시스템 구축으로 글로벌 네트워크 확장은 주요 개선할 점으로 평가되었다. 또한, 스마트화, 친환경화와 관련하여 인천광역시의 준비가 미흡하여 향후 물류 서비스 지원 전문인력을 양성하고 물류 관련 정보 플랫폼의 구축, 물류산업 전반적인 탈탄소화 대응 등의 노력이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 글로벌 물류 허브도시의 경쟁력 요인과 인천광역시의 현 위치를 IPA분석을 통하여 평가하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있으며, 향후 인천광역시의 글로벌 물류 허브도시 전략 수립에 유용한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The Purpose of this paper is to propose performance evaluation schemes of flexible manufacturing cell using a generalized stochastic Petri net. In the competitive and global manufacturing environment, to evaluate the feasibility and manufacturability of a product in the product design stage is highly required. Through this process, all the possible problems which may occur in the manufacturing stage can be fixed in early stage. The scheme of generalized stochastic Petri net utilizing both immediate and exponential distributed transitions are applied to model a manufacturing cell with flexible machines, material handler, transporter and buffers. Performance analyses are performed based on behavioral, structural and quantitative properties. A flexible manufacturing cell is evaluated using a Petri net simulator.

Several mechanisms are introduced for the procurement of capacity adequacy. In the competitive electricity market, however, it is a GENCO that makes generation investment decision. A GENCO will invest a new generator when it can get more profit than cost. There requires a model to evaluate profit with respect to a new generation investment. In the view of long-term investment, evaluation of a profit of a generator in the electricity market is quite different from that of short-term operation. In this paper, a new profit-evaluation model is proposed for the long-term generation investment. It can treat the probabilistic characteristics of generators, ie, forced-outage-rates, which affect profit of generators.

This study aims at helping Chinese container liners keep constant competitiveness in the heated competition Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a mathematics-based, multi-criteria decision analysis methodology is applied in the study to the performance evaluation on the three biggest Chinese container liners: COSCON, CSCL, and Sinolines. Through the final results of AHP model, we completely learn the current situation of Chinese liners, therefore they are able to enhance the competitive advantage from modifying operation strategy and competition strategy in accordance with the shipping market.
