공사장 먼지피해 예방을 위한 먼지피해 배상액 산정 현실화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Realization of Dust Damage Compensation Calculation for the Prevention of Dust Damage in Construction Site)

  • 연구목적: 1급 발암물질이 포함된 공사장 먼지로 인해 피해 발생 시 피해 배상 신청을 해도 기각되거나 소음피해 배상금액의 5~30%정도만 지급하고 있다. 그런 허점 때문에 일부 건설사들은 공사장 먼지관리를 소홀히 하고 있어서 공사장 내 작업자들과 인근 주민들의 피해가 지속되고 있다. 그에 대한 해결방안을 제시코자 한다. 연구방법: 공사장 먼지의 피해배상액 산정기준 문제점, 먼지 농도 측정, 측정자료(광산란법에 의한 전광판 측정기 자료) 분석, 모델링 등 예측, 평가 방법의 문제점을 고찰하고, 개선방안을 제시코자 한다. 연구결과:현재의 공사장 먼지 피해 배상액산정기준과 먼지농도 모델링 및 측정으로는 공사장 먼지피해 배상액 산정이 불가한 것으로 드러나 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 결론:공사장피해가 예상되는 지점 내(부지경계선과 직선거리100m 내외)에서 피해배상 신청을 받고, 먼지관련 법적 기준인 비산먼지 억제조치기준들의 준수여부와 먼지관리 정도로 먼지피해를 차등 평가하는 배상액 산정방안을 제시한다.

적외선영상에서 배경모델링 기반의 실시간 객체 탐지 시스템 (Real-Time Object Detection System Based on Background Modeling in Infrared Images)

  • 본 논문은 적외선영상(infrared image)에서 배경모델링 기반의 실시간 객체 탐지 기법과 고속 PPC(PowerPC) & FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) 기반 개방형 구조의 하드웨어 설계 방법을 제안한다. 개방형 구조는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 이식이 용이하고, 확장, 호환성, 관리 및 유지보수 등이 편리한 장점이 있다. 제안된 배경모델링 방법을 개방형 구조에 탑재하기 위하여 입력영상에서 검색영역 템플릿을 성긴 블록으로 구성하여 탐색영역의 크기를 줄인다. 또한, 이전 프레임과 현재 프레임에서 영상의 흔들림이 발생했을 때 보정하기 위해 전역움직임 보상방법을 적용한다. 배경과 객체를 분리는 픽셀 밝기의 시간 분석을 통해 적응적 값을 적용한다. 분리된 객체주변에 발생하는 클러터 제거 방법은 중앙값 필터를 적용한다. 설계된 임베디드 시스템에서 배경모델링, 객체탐지, 중앙값 필터, 라벨링, 합병 등의 방법은 PPC에서 구현하였다. 실험결과 제안된 임베디드 시스템에서 전역 움직임 보정과 배경예측을 통해 실시간으로 객체가 탐지될 수 있음을 보였다.

BESS 모델링 및 전기철도 급전계통에의 전압보상 적용 (BESS Modeling and Application to Voltage Compensation of Electric Railway System)

  • The load of electric railroad can generate voltage fluctuation in the electric railway system because of high speed of the electric railroad and frequent movement and stop. This voltage fluctuation of electric railway system can cause not only voltage imbalance but also harmonic in the utility grid. Therefore the electric railroad system is in need of the reactive power compensation, such as static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) and static var compensator (SVC). Especially, the battery energy storage system (BESS) can control the real and reactive power at the same time. In this paper, the electric railway system using BESS has been modeled to show its voltage compensation effect using Matlab/Simulink.

Analysis and Compensation of PCC Voltage Variations caused by Wind Turbine Power Fluctuations

  • The voltage variation problem at the point of common coupling (PCC) in a grid-connected wind turbine is investigated. The voltage variation problem is one of the most frequent power quality issues for the grid connection of large amounts of input power in a weak grid. Through the simplified modeling of the wind turbine and power network, the magnitude of PCC voltage variation is calculated by using the equivalent circuit parameters and output power of the wind turbine. The required amount of reactive power that can compensate the voltage variation is also presented analytically by using the vector diagram method. The proposed calculation and compensation method of the PCC voltage variation is verified by computer simulations and experiments.

곱셈형 불확실성을 갖는 서보계의 강인한 안정성 (Robust Stability of a Servosystem with Multiplicative Uncertainty)

  • In order to reject the steady-state tracking error, it is common to introduce integral compensators in servosystems for constant reference signals. However, the mathematical model of the plant is exact and no disturbance input exists, the integral compensation is not necessary. From this point of view, a two-degree-of-freedom(2DOF) servosystem has been proposed, in which the integral compensation is effective only when there is a modeling error or a disturbance input. The present paper considers robust stability of this 2DOF servosystem to the unstructured uncertainty of the controlled plant. A robust stability condition is obtained using Riccati inequality, which is independent of the gain of the integral compensator. An example is presented, which demonstrates that the tracking response of the 2DOF servosystem with uncertainty becomes faster when the integral gain made larger under the robust stability condition.

  • Thermal drift of the machine tool spindle due to temperature increase dominates the major source of the machine tool error. To compensate the thermal errors, software based error correction methods could be implemented. In th~s case, we need model to map the relationship between temperature and thermal distortion. Traditionally, two or three different methods have been trled: step increase of spindle speed, constant, random. The latter two methods are described in the document of ISOlDIS230-3. In this research, three different methods were verified through the experiments from the viewpoint of compensation of thermal distortion. Constant spindle speed turned out good enough for monitoring the behavior of the thermal drift and modeling the relationship between temperature and thermal distortion.

마찰보상을 통한 서어보제어계의 정밀 안정화 제어 (Precision Stabilization Control of Servo-system by Using Friction Compensation)

  • This paper presents a stabilization control designed to improve position stabilization performance of a position servo-system(turret) mounted on a manuvering platform(vehicle). In the consideration of the motion of the platform, a dynamic model of the stabilization system is derived and shows the viscous and stick-slip friction torques are the major source of stabilization errors. An extended generalized minimum variance control which consists of a feedforward disturbance compensation as well as a pole placement feedback control is suggested to reduce the stabilization errors caused from the friction disturbances. This modeling and control are applied to a small experimental set-up and the experimental results confirm the accuracy of the model and the effectiveness of the suggested control.

  • This paper deals with an improved fault location algorithm with compensation ground capacitance through distributed parameter for a long parallel T/L. For the purpose of fault locating algorithm non-influenced by source impedance and fault resistance, the loop method was used in the system modeling analysis. This algorithm uses a positive and negative sequence of the fault current for high accuracy of fault locating calculation. Power system model of 160km and 300km long parallel T/L was simulated using EMTP software. To evaluate of the proposed algorithm, we used the several different cases 64 sampled data per cycle. The test results show that the proposed algorithm was minimized the error factor and speed of fault location estimation.

  • In this paper, we studied the error compensation using an error budget method for repeatability improvement of the precision positioning system. The precision positioning system is developed for micro-pressing machine. We performed the force and displacement analysis about parts of the system. Proposed system determines the position and orientation of the materials manufactured by micro-pressing machine. It is consisted of x-y-z linear stages setting the position, and the gripper system setting the orientation. We executed kinematic and dynamic modeling of the whole precision positioning system.
